I had a coupon for the buffet, so thought Id give it a try. Very welcoming staff, clean restaurant, stacks of clean plates and lots of cutlery. The salad bar was sufficient: greens, cukes, peppers, beets, and the like. 3 choices of dressing. There was pasta and sauce. There was soup, but it tasted like they added water to a dry soup mix. The veggie bits in it were still hard. There were lots of pizza options, and if you didnt see anything you liked, they would bake a personal size to your order. The toppings were a little skimpy. For the price with the coupon, I was satisfied, but otherwise wont go back.

They did not have pizza on the buffet line. There were not a lot of people there either so I dont know why they did not have pizza on the buffet line. They gave me back half of the price on my ticket. Out of a 10 star review I would rate you all at a level 1.

Pizza is not as good as it used to be. Ive been a fan of this place for years. I work close by, the last few times Ive gone to dine in or pick up the customer service sucks! The people there are clueless. Need to have employees trained properly. I purchased a cup because the lady that was working at the time said I could get free re fills. When in reality I had to purchase the buffet every time I used it. Another time I went in for service and was never attended called on the girls behind the counter and they never looked up at me. They were bizzy talking totally ignored me!

It was ok. I stopped to eat here only because we took a vote and this was the winner. The pizza was actually pretty good, except that the cook was slacking and they ran out of pizza rather quickly. There werent even many patrons in the restaurant - maybe a total of 15. Yet, somehow the buffet sat empty for quite a while. Naturally, as a pizza was served, it would get picked up quickly, so it caused a big setback of hungry patrons waiting for more food. A big letdown for a restaurant whos main gimmick is having a pizza buffet with plentiful options.

Very sad to say I was very disappointed as soon as I was walking in to begin there was no pizza and as I was walking around, there was a hair on the pizza Nobody came to our table to pick up plates, no ice in the ice machine. Very disappointed and to have to pay $50 and not have pizza ready.

I dont think I can take my Italian friend here what type of Italian pizza that doesnt have marinara or actual Italian pasta? Only 2 cinnamon roll pieces for dessert and the toughest cheweiest cinnamon roll I ever had. The pizza barely had sauce on it. Honestly, the lady at the front was really nice, and so were the guys making the pizzas. What got me though was the guy named Cesar cleaning the plates and tables, super disrespectful joking that me and my friend should take our plates home to wash just cause were women. And then when someone else accidentally dropped the ranch, he insinuated that I was the one that dropped it. Why say it was me? Who jokes like that? Used to love coming here but think Ill make the drive to Weslaco to go to Mr.Gattis from now on.

My favorite place to go with my daughter for the food. Only thing is that the game room is like they dont even keep up with it anymore. Most of the games dont even work and you put money in and you cant even play at times. Wish they would fix them or add something new. It is a Kid place after all! It was Valentinesday and they were packed. But the staff worked hard and did it with smiles on their faces. They made our visit great. I hope management reads this and gives props to the shift that was working on 2/14/23 after 5 p.m. These ladies and gents had to work on this holiday but they did it with patience, great work ethic, and excellent customer service. They put up with a HUGE crowd. P.S. the young lady with curly hair has some great vocal cords. She needs to show that talent off. Songbird, you go, girl!! My little one and I enjoyed her singing while she was working. Everything matters and because they did everything with a positive attitude, they made our night. it was just ok. staff was friendly but for the price I would go get the lunch special at pizza hut unless you eat A LOT or really want more than one kind. also if youre picky probably not the best choice for you here. personally I dont care for jalapenos or pepperoni so that really limited pizza options. salad of course was good and the soup was ok. the restaurant was clean and not super noisy so we could have a conversation so that was nice. overall for two buffets and drinks it was 25 and for me there are better options that may not be ayce but its enough for a meal and take leftovers home

On arrival at the restaurant, it was filled with children. Many of the tables were stacked with plates once filled with food. It takes a while for the saff to clear the dishes as people exit the restaurant. A man was speaking Spanish for donations. Hes not associated with the restaurant and will leave with a positive or negative response. The buffet is very good. Try to avoid during lunch hours very nosy and packed. Parking: Theres many small stores in location, parking is quick & easy. Kid-friendliness: Theres a small arcade for kids to waste some extra energy. Wasnt able to play the games personally, but they seemed to enjoy it. Tvs broadcast cartoons as well.

Hadnt been here in a long time. It was crazy. They charge extra for cheese on the salad bar! Everything else was empty. There wasnt any pasta and very few slices of pizza on the buffet line. They were also out of all the desserts. There were no straws at the drink station. Finally, it was very dirty inside. This Cicis used to be good a couple years back. I come often because it s my kids first choice but this location is horrible. Third time we come and the buffet line is empty, all that s left is maybe 5 slices of old dried up pizza. The staff needs a major update or management needs to be a bit stricter. I tried to place a pizza order, the staff ignored me while talking amongst each other for a good 5 minutes as I stood a foot away. Placed my pizza order, 20 minutes later I ask for it and they forgot to make it. Went to Weslaco location last week and that s what Cicis is about they had friendly staff, fresh pizzas coming out and a full buffet to choose from. Brownies are always dry here thought it was due to new packaging but nope Weslaco s were the way we remember them. I would not recommend this Cicis, spend your money elsewhere, it s just not worth it at this location.

Greeted very politely and with a smile. An employee was singing in the back while making pizzas. I just learned her name is Angel ; she does it all the time.. I would highly recommend stopping by not just for the sound of her voice, and great personality,but for the food as well. The pizzas was real good, and freshly made. Tonight my family came to eat and we were there for 45 minutes and no pizza available. 1st worker said the 1st shift people left them with nothing made. My family ate when did came out but I myself didnt do asked for a refund and what possibly was an assistant manager came over and was telling the other worker typical. What she neednt by that I really dont care. Then said oh its because we are short staffed and I said yes the previous guy told me that but I didnt eat and Ive been here for 45 minutes. People were waiting for pizza and looking so disappointed. 2 workers just waking back and forth not helping or trying to help get the rest of the crew caught up. As people were coming in the cashier never told people we are backed up its gonna take a good 20 minutes for pizza or something so customers would know and not start looking frustrated and upset with the crew at least trying to get caught up. Never going back.

Went to eat at around 1115 in the morning for lunch. Food was good. This location I feel needs an update. It looks dingy and a bit dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting and there was no toilet paper in the stalls and one stall had a female sanitary item in the toilet. The restaurant should ALWAYS stay stocked especially the night before opening and the bathrooms should remain clean. Food again was okay but as far as the atmosphere; that needs improvement.

The last two times I ve gone here have been on a whim. On both occasions there wasn t any pizza out even though it s a buffet. The manager or assistant manager seemed to only tell the cooks to cook once you complain and ask for pizza. This place honestly feels like it s run by children because it is. It feels like a 10 year old is running this place. I mean I know this isn t a high end place but the least you can do is have pizza out. No pizza, no pasta unless you complain. Myself alongside other patrons, were waiting for anything to be brought out while employees were just standing around goofing off.

Had a pleasant time eating at this restaurant. Friendly service, the cashier, the attendant at the pizza counter. Had some good pizza. Will go back again. Thank you everybody. Now this is my second review. Just came back from eating at CiCis. I love the Spinach Pizza. I ordered it and the baker made it for me. My wife liked it. My mother said it was delicious. This is my favorite.

I used to go to Cicis years ago. I enjoyed the variety it brought. This last trip was not worth the money. I spent most of my time waiting for pizza to be put on the buffet table. I the pizza had very little cheese on it. I ordered one for my son who likes a cheese pizza. Its was borderline edible being just sauce and bread. The quality of food and service isnt worth the visit currently. Hope it gets better

There was little to no pizza available. Not many options to choose from. No bread. No desserts. Everything looked old. And I had ordered personal pizza and the guy looked upset and bothered that I wanted to order. He was throwing the papers around and pen like he hated his job. I told him thank you and he ignored me.
