In Houston TX at my favorite restaurant while on the road. Wings and fries are perfect as usual. Unfortunately it takes two hits. Bathroom was worn, dirty, broken fixtures, in desperate need of repair. Second hit is another bartender totally checked out from the customers. Then he totally disappeared . Then when he reappears he is upset I had to ask another server to find him. This location is severely neglected. Booo Very disappointed

Should have listened to the other reviews. Very dirty facility. Hostess asked how many we said 4 she grabbed two menus started walking,dropped them on the table and kept walking. Never said a word. Food took over an hour to get and was cold. Waitress said my son could get any side with his kids meal so he chose mac and cheese. She then charged us $5 for it. Got an appetizer of fried pickles for $9. There were only 12 pickle pieces. That is 75 cents a slice. Never again will I go in there. First and last time going there.

Applebees and Buffalo wild wings on Fairmont had the worst servers tonight. We got up and walked out of Applebees. When we got to buffalos I told hubby that I wanted to tip 30%... (Im a server myself so I like to spoil my server when I go out to eat but tonight I could only go by percentage) Ended up leaving the server a $0 tip and a snarky note. Ugh. I kinda feel bad but I didnt become this good at my job by getting paid when I didnt earn it. Ive had my share of guests giving me harsh feedback. Hopefully she grows from it. Server was Stephanie.

This was our first time at this location and it was terrible. Service was okay but the food was cold and fries looked like theyd been sitting out for hours. Extremely overpriced for what you get and everything seemed to have been made long before our arrival. Dont spend your money here.

The food at Buffalo Wild Wings is consistently good and for a moderate price. The servers are always friendly and attentive and everything is out impressively quickly. The atmosphere can be really loud and busy (resulting in a kind of messy vibe because thats just what happens) but over all everything seems well taken care of and its a great place to go watch the game or gather with groups of friends.

We were greeted by a nice waitress who did an amazing job, but when our food came out, I noticed a roach crawling out of the crack of the bench. My husband was sitting at.. We ignored it, but then another roach came out from The board of the wall. We got grossed out and didn t finish our food when the manager spoke to us. She did not offer compensation for our meals, even though our food was going to waste since we didn t eat it just an apology. What a waste of money that day.

My husband and I have been here a few times and we decided no more. First when we got there I had to change my son s diaper. Restrooms filthy! Like they hadn t been cleaned up at all and there was a chicken wing in the changing table. That needs to be wiped, thankfully I had wipes. The restaurant itself is nasty. Food all over the floor and tables don t look like they have been wiped down. My husband had to stop someone to get our drinks. The staff is walking around or just standing there. Salad was bad. You give two little pieces of chicken tenders and a drop of buffalo sauce on them, on top of a dry salad. My husband s wing order was wrong but they gave him 5 extra so I guess they thought they made up for it. Overall, not going there anymore. Very disappointing.

We love BWW but have tried this place 2x. (Pasadena location)The 1st time I walked out after 15 minutes of waiting for a server to come when they would go to all the tables around us, even newly seated tables. The 2nd time I ordered pick up & the food was cold plus the fries were stale like they had been sitting there for awhile. Not to mention that I ordered GF options & still got sick.

If there was an option to put zero stars I would. There is no professionalism at this place at ALL. We had sat down to eat and we told our waitress that we were ready to order our appetizers along with our drinks and took our drink order then walks off. Without a give me a second or I will be right back the waitress name was Sarah by the way. When she comes back we tell her that we were not done ordering and then she proceeded by giving us an attitude. We asked for another waitress did not get an apology from our previous one and still BAD SERVICE.

Besides there being roaches at this place the service, staff, and management is horrible here. Their wings are not cooked all the way. Don t come and waste your time and money here. So, I spoke to the person that is supposed to be the top general manager there and he is also highly unprofessional. This place sucks so bad. I cannot even describe how bad it is. The whole staff there should be fired. Beware guys please please do NOT come here and waste your money. The waitress Sarah is horrible as well. I never leave any kind of google reviews for restaurants but I felt this would be necessary to put out. I ve gone to this bdubs location throughout my life and it s VERY disappointing to see how much this place has fallen off a cliff time and time after again when I try to give it the benefit of the doubt. Last Thursday I went here after my sisters graduation since she was in the mood for some Buffalo Wild Wings. It had been awhile since we ve gone so why not you know? It was about 11:35pm when we got there and they told us there d be a 25 minute wait. Which cool, it was busy and graduation parties had been occurring at the time. No biggie at all. After those 25 minutes we were sat and looking around the place it looked EXTREMELY messy..messy to the point where tables had so many plates and cups on left on there with no one carrying to attend or even bother cleaning up. So that had me a little concern already with the cleanliness. Anyways, we get sat/greeted and we get our drinks pretty fast, we order loaded nachos as well and they came out 10 minutes after we sat. So far so good right? Throughout the entire time being there we never had drinks refilled or really had been attended too at all.. after 30 minutes we were ready to order our food as we had already finished our appetizer. We order our food and it takes about 45 minutes to come out. I mean, to the point from our booth to the kitchen we literally had to point our food out to our server to ask if that s our food.. he said yes of course. So we get our food and we re pretty disappointed, my sister doesn t want to even eat anymore so we agree to ask for a manager on duty. We then get the manager over quickly and we let him know about our service we received. All we got was a okay,have a good night. That s it? That s how guest are treated at this location? Even to the smallest of criticism these employees can t take? Then he took the food away and never came by again. After we just asked for the check and we paid for the nachos. When we were on our way out our server came back to bring the credit card back and tossed it right on the table without even saying anything or looking at us. I understand this was one of many very busy days any place that s opened past midnight will go through (it s a long night I GET IT) I m a server myself so I know how it goes. But seriously some better training,better sense of urgency and hospitality needs to be added into the environment. I know it s not a 5 star restaurant or anything. But even the bare minimum for how servers should treat guest here would atleast straighten this place out. I won t be returning here at all.

Went in around 11:00 pm on a Monday... To not being greeted or acknowledged at all. Till around 5 mins pass by, and a guy that was cleaning up told us, Do we want to sit at the bar, which we replied not really. may we have a booth... he decided to get ignored by us saying that and put us at a table and started asking us what we would like.. me and my buddies ordered everything, but unfortunately, as we ordered a man in the back, he yelled out an inappropriate word because im guessing we had a few items. Everything was correct, freshly microwaved. But like I understand, yall close at 12 am. yall act like when people come in, its the end of the world. Like Im really a patient person, and I honestly was pretty upset about how some of these workers were reacting. I say this from experience. Every time I ve been to this place the service has always been terrible. My girlfriend and I will be ready to order for 20 minutes and our server is nowhere in sight. Simple requests such as a refill take 15 minutes. We ll ask our server for queso with pico on the side and it comes inside the queso or with no pico at all. I m sure there are servers here who are amazing but every time I go, without fail, I get trashy service.

Very bad service. Took a while to get anyone to notice us (party of 5) standing waiting to be seated for a while. We finally got a server and he was ok then he disappeared after getting us our food. We were due for refills and no one was showing up. I asked another server if she could get him for us and she said she would give us our drinks. Then never did. Finally another server came, got us two refills on sodas but not our two beers. Then tried charging us for 4 beers so I had to ask her to take them off, we never received them. Service has not been the same for some years now, but the food is usually on point. Two down sides: 1. They charge $1.50 per little each cup since when?! I have no clue because I hadn t been there in over a year. 2. When you see me finished with my meal, don t ask me if I want my ticket yet, ask me if I need a refill or is there anything else I would like, another bar drink or dessert. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Upon being seated, we waited 15 minutes for him to finally come get our drinks. We were at that table for over an hour and a half!!! When our food finally came out it was ice cold like if it was sitting in the fridge because he would go outside, talk to the host, or completely disappear. Even the other servers were telling the table behind us that they will get their to go boxes because yall gonna wait more than 10 minutes for him to come back . It Took 15 minutes after we got our food for him to walk by us and we had to wave him down. we left without eating because the food was completely inedible. We pre-ordered a tray of 50 wings days in advance of our party. We were able to set a time of pickup online when we ordered. When we got to the restaurant they did not have our order ready, and it took 40mins for it to be made. A manager said the order came through yesterday but then I showed them my email receipt saying the correct date. Basically, the forgot our order and didn t seem to care that it was extremely late. I had guests arrive to the party before the food was there.

It used to be a great place. But, the last 2 visits, the restaurant is dirty. Trash on dining floor and restrooms as well. We wait for 20 min. The place was almost empty (around 9 p.m. on a Saturday) but no one was cleaning the tables or the floor. As you can see in the picture. We left that last time.

Been a customer for nearly 20 years. Keep coming back even though their bathrooms are absolutely disgusting! However, last night was the last straw. My husband had a thing for six free wings, and when we went to check out for some reason the system wasn t taking it. Our waiter who was extremely nice went to the manager and came back and said the manager said you re just gonna have to pay for it. So my husband asked to speak to him, and as he approached the table, he immediately had an attitude and basically admitted to my husband that although he could do something he wasn t going to. For a place with wings in the name, their wings are always just OK. This location is nothing but consistent with every other Buffalo Wild Wings Ive been to that theres too much sauce on the wings with sauce and theres too little flavor from the dry rub wings. I do not have anything negative to say about the location as they had my order ready in a prompt time and everyone was nice.

I have been to this location, the location in Webster, Tx and the one in the Woodlands, Tx location and all 3 have had terrible service. I m not sure what their hiring process is but the management at these locations doesn t seem to care about the customer experience. Food is decent and atmosphere is good, but the service really brings these places down.

Let me start off by saying my last experience was horrible, but this experience was just absolutely what you should expect of a restaurant. I want to highlight trae the waiter was just absolutely perfect. That man deserves a raise, and then some he absolutely made the experience flawless. The food came out extremely fast, and it was well cooked. I definitely rate this place a five out of five. I m glad to see they re changing in a good way.

Waiter didn t give us a refill, we eat our food without a beverage. Then they charged us 10 dollars worth of drinks and refused to take it out the bill for 3 drinks of soda. Terrible service!

I have dined here 5 times since moving to Pasadena with several different people and we always agree that the servers are never attentive. Even though I have had a different one each time, theyre always just laughing in the back. The only time I have a full glass of water is when they set it down. They never come back again. Half of the time the wings come very dry when you ask for them wet. Will not be returning.

I ve been going to the location for many years. It use to be an amazing spot and always busy. We visited today 7/23 for lunch. Absolutely horrible!!! Took about 10 mins to get seated and only 2 family s in the restaurant. About 20 mins for the drink order. After 30 mins the food arrived and was missing 2 entrées. No employees could care less about being there and our waiter. Not to mention the Constant smell of Marijuana. If I could give 0 stars I would and definitely will never return to this locations.

Update: I did call them twice and still no refund. Took forever and was missing half of the boneless wings. Spoke to a Dani or Danny and she said I would be getting a refund. No refund yet and its been since June the sixth. Called yesterday and I was told it could take up to 7 days. Will update my review if I do get my refund. I had to drive 30 minutes back and forth that I was not about to drive another 30 minutes so the fair and most convenient thing was to request a refund. They were very busy and kept apologizing for taking longer than expected and I didnt mind waiting but got home with part of my order missing.

Coming from a previous waiter & bartender, don t work as one if you hate your job and gonna be rude for no reason just because you had a long day making the rudest faces. so when I ask the waiter if he s ok because he had a mean attitude when i ordered our drinks he acts rude and makes rude faces. I ve came to this location for 10 years now. not to mention the bartender had me waiting at the bar for 10 minutes & it was only two other people at the bar & literally served me the most watered down mojito ever. It looked like grayish water with black flakes floating?? yea i refused to drink that. I rarely go to Buffalo wild wings but today I went. I wish I remembered the waitress name bc she was amazing. The All American burger was great , fries on point. Got 6 wings for a dollar but the Asian ting was not hitting any taste buds . All together I think Ill be back . Vegetarian options: I did see a cauliflower wing on the menu, looked interesting. Ordered takeout. She said it would take 15mins.. cool I live exactly 15mins from BBW and when I got there she was on the phone taking an order which is ok. The manager corrected an order that was from a different location and apologized for the way I was treated at the other location! He did not have to do that! But he did! You can tell he genuinely cares! He was kind understanding and professional! Also every server that saw me greeted me and asked if I had been helped! The servers at the other location completely ignored me along with the manager! Honestly I have to give credit where credit is due! The staff here is great! Thank y all!
