Waited 20 minutes for my appetizer and it never showed. Ask to speak to the manager, surprise, he never showed. We left and called and asked to speak to the manager, surprise, on hold for 12 minutes before he came to the phone and make excuses. Never apologized. Wasnt even busy. Will not be back and you probably wont be open long. Also, let your servers know how bad it looks when they are chomping on gum while taking orders.

Weve been here several times and have not been disappointed. They have a large tap beer selection. There is a full bar if you want something else in an adult beverage. I love the pizza, burgers and fish and chips. My usuals. Its a fun place. Service can be spotty, but usually its good. It can get loud here because its a fun place.

My order was not what I asked for. The burger was taken back so I could get what I ordered. They sent it back with the same fries, and they were cold. So then I had to wait again. Usually, I am good with getting what I ordered. Hopefully, this will not happen again.

Was looking for a place to eat and wanted to try something new. Couldnt decide what I wanted, but came across this place I never seen or heard of. Menu has a little bit of everything, but I went for the wings. Wings were marinated and cooked to absolute perfection. The flavoring on the mild wings and the teriyaki wings were perfect, and they werent drenched in sauce. Possibly the best wings Ive eaten in a very long time. Fries were crisp and had a unique batter on them that tasted great. Ill be making it a point to frequent this place for their wings often as I have already designated it as my new wing place. Great atmosphere, friendly service and plenty of tvs with sports on as well.

We had Cayce as our waitress she was super awesome and very patient and understanding with the little one we had. Very attentive and kind. Great food. Great atmosphere. And we even got seated in like 10 minutes instead of the predicted 20-30.

Dine in is tasty and hot. Take out was cold both times we used it. The walls are lined with large flat screens filled with music videos and sport videos. If you want a quiet meal with friends you are in the wrong place.

The Patriot Burger was full of flavor and juicy. They donate $1 of every one to Homes for Veterans. That action deserves a star all by itself. My husband is a Vet. I had The Buffalo with garlic parmesan sauce. It was very flavorful and fried perfect. We recommend both of these dishes.

We stopped by today with some friends for drinks and appetizers, and we were impressed by the wide selection of the menu and drinks. Michelle, our server, was a gem. Came on a Friday night because we wanted to try something new. Wait time was about 2 minutes. There s a large bar area in the front when you come in, but several other booths and tables. Lots of TVs for the sports lovers. What I really liked was that it was also super family friendly, even with the sports bar vibes. They had great options for kids, which was nice since I had my toddler. I ordered a Burger, a Pizza, and their sampler appetizer. The only thing I honestly didn t like were the cheese sticks. I just didn t like the batter I think. Everything else was amazing! Prices are reasonable and the drinks didn t taste super strong, but snuck up on me just right. Definitely will be coming back!

Went today kinda slow in the restaurant. It was Mothers Day. I havent been in 3 yrs and was kinda upset the sweet potato fries were gone and the kid pizza was 8$ and the large pizza was $20. The fish and chips had only 2 pieces instead of 4 and the tartar sauce with spicy for some reason I think instead they used jalapenos instead of pickles everything was very pricey wont be going back because my waitress wasnt very attentive today cause ignoring me the one top to cater to the big tops and I understand that its Mothers Day but I just felt ignored. So not be going back. Prefer their sister store Texas Roadhouse better service for one top customers.

We tend to come for late night dinner after our kids baseball games and this is the third time we ve come where the hostess tried to convince us to leave. Tells us the wait is really long and there s a lot of people in front of us, the wait was 10 minutes, and we waited maybe 3 minutes. Just weird and unwelcoming.

I am so impressed on how they have turned this restaurant around! Since 2016 we visited on and off and we were never too happy with the service, so we would write it off for a while. Only been once since Covid ended. BUT Yesterday was so great! The staff were all working hard and very friendly. Food was fresh and didn t take too long and everything was correct. This place went down hill. Long wait to get food. I was sitting at bar and waiting for service and two other couple came after me and was served first. I ordered food which took forever. It was cold and you could tell it had been sitting in back door a whole. Sent food back. Paid for my one drink and left. This was the reason it took a year and half to return back here. I was pleased to find a delicious cheeseburger and wonderfully seasoned French fries. It was late afternoon and I ordered coffee. It was good, not leftover burnt coffee from the morning. Chad was our waiter and took excellent care of us! Parking: The handicapped parking is on the side of the building. That seems strange to me, as that parking is supposed to make it easier and closer to enter the business.

Ive been to a few of these Bubbas. Each time is the same, they have amazing service to the point of almost being annoying lol. The waiters are always attentive and in my experience the manager also comes out to check and make sure you are good. Took my friends pops to this one for his first time and they gave him a free appetizer coupon for next time. I had the shrooms burger and was pleased. It was juicy and flavorful. Cooked med rare perfect. Fries are some of the best for a chain. My friends pops had one of the salads and was pleased.
