Cross creek ranch is not only beautiful and stunning but the staff is outstanding and will make sure your special event comes out perfect! My sister in law had her wedding here this past weekend and both the ceremony and reception was fantastic! Crystal went out of her way to make sure everything ran smoothly on the wedding day. All our family and guests were stunned to see how beautiful cross creek ranch is and how outstanding the reception was as well. I had my wedding here in the summer. Everyone was so wonderful to work with, they really laid out all of our options and were amazing with coordination and execution. Heather was who we mainly worked with and shes just a miracle worker. Due to a storm that came out of no where, we all had to fly by the seat of our pants, and Heather went above and beyond every minute before, during, and after our wedding. It was a beautiful venue, great setup, and the guests and us just loved the beautiful scenery for pictures. Its so close to the city but also makes you feel like youre so far away at the same time, a true hidden gem! Thank you all so much for the memories!

Bride here - BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! And this wasnt my first rodeo! ;) From our initial meeting through the conclusion of my dream wedding, Crystal, Heather and Katie were with us every step of the way. Aside from being friendly on our budget and being several vendors wrapped up in one, their process for making your dream event happen is STELLAR - theres no guesswork! They have done and seen it all, and have a method that easily sidesteps common pitfalls and leaves you free to focus on what YOU want instead of getting overwhelmed with logistics. Now... the property! SO easy to get to from the freeway, but nestled among upper-end estates surrounded by nature. The pond, bridge, geese and landscaping is perfect for those who need the rich outdoors! The facilities are not only maintained, but regularly updated. After our initial meeting, they updated pathways, built a new arbor and completely renovated the bridal suite! They put their heart and soul into their facility and it shows. They take above and beyond to another level. My new husband has mobility issues (particularly with stairs), and without even a mention, we show up to the rehearsal to see that they had custom built ramps for the groomsman suite and the wedding arbor if needed. That alone moved my heart to tears; they truly care about the experience of every couple! Did I mention they have done and seen it all? This was never more apparent than with their on-site coordination skills. Crystal was running point on making sure everyone was where they needed to be, that my new husband and I actually ate (didnt happen my first wedding, lol), and that our experience was stress-free and a joy (which it was). Her people skills are so top notch, she was able to engage our restless, young ring bearers from a tantrum to absolute joy as they sprinted down the aisle (and yes, those pictures were AMAZING). In a nutshell, if you want a billion-dollar experience without the pricetag - this is the place! :)

This is for the venue tour only: Gorgeous, gorgeous venue! We came to a wedding here a few years back and it was beautiful! It s all inclusive and offers so many amenities that will definitely make your wedding hassle-free. They ve been making upgrades here and there and everything is beautiful. Staff is very friendly and we had the pleasure of touring the venue with Katie, the owner. She was great and very informative! Ultimately, it ended up being a little out of our budget but Katie was extremely helpful with trying to work with our budget, so we were very thankful for that. I still highly recommend for anyone wanting to get married here!

Do yourself a favor and book your wedding here. You will not be disappointed! Me and my wife got married here on Friday, 13Oct. The staff is the absolute best. They truly go above and beyond. When your event is complete you feel like they are apart of your family and lifelong friends. They set everything up to perfection and really take notice to every single detail. Cross Creek Ranch and their staff made my wedding dreams come true. My wedding was in April 2023. Crystal and Heather were both beyond helpful from start to finish. They provide an all-inclusive venue, which helps greatly. The planning process is so simple. They provide you a cheat sheet and all you have to do is answer a few questions and bring pictures of your dream day and they make it happen! For my day of coordinator, I had Heather. Heather made sure that my day went as smooth as possible, had food ready for my now husband and I, and was willing to help with anything she could. At the end of the night, she made sure we had all of our belongings together to make for an extremely easy and carefree exit. Thanks CCR for an amazing wedding day! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a venue.

10/10. Getting married is a big ordeal, but the team at Cross Creek Ranch held our hand the whole way, and it was simply perfect. Heather and Crystal are an absolute joy to work with and we are very thankful they were part of our special day. I am SO glad I chose Cross Creek Ranch for my wedding. First of all, the ladies there are incredible. As the bride, theyll have your back and make sure you get your vision (which is great if you have more vocal family members). They provide all the major things: catering, basic décor and centerpieces, linens, and have tons of add ons to customize your day. If you are looking for a wedding venue- LOOK NO MORE! Seriously, planning every tiny detail of a wedding never appealed to me, the thought of multiple vendors and a planner etc etc was so overwhelming I put off the wedding for years! Then I came across Cross Creek Ranch and I loved the idea of an all inclusive venue. They literally made this SO easy and seamless- we had one planning meeting to pick out details and that took maybe an hour. Heather and Crystal are top notch at what they do! They went above and beyond at every turn and were always quick to respond when I had questions leading up to the big day. Crystal was my day of coordinator and YALL when I say she is a rockstar, I mean it in every sense of the word! She not only made sure everyone stayed on schedule and things moved along smoothly, she also made sure I had a plate of what food I wanted along with what I wanted to drink already at my table when we made our entrance into the reception. My bustle on my dress broke and she was there to save me- literally went back into her office and made a make shift bustle with safety pins so I was still able to dance all night without anymore wardrobe malfunctions. The team at Cross Creek will no doubt make sure that your day and night is one to remember forever and always- as it should be! If I could give ten stars I would! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I cant gush about Cross Creek Ranch enough. They really know what they are doing. They take care of almost everything for you, so we got to the venue day-of and felt completely comfortable knowing that everything was ready and would run smoothly. It was absolutely gorgeous. They even made a special effort to find and include two types of flowers that my husband gave me on our second date. We elected to have our ceremony and reception outside and it was so perfect. Heather was our coordinator for the day and she was so amazing. Heather and Crystal both made us feel so special and heard during the planning process. I am disabled and the ladies restroom is less than adequate for a wheelchair. Doors are not wide enough and stall was way too small. Also no lighting in the parking lot after dark. We had to use cell phones to safely find our car. The venue overall is very beautiful though and we enjoyed the wedding very much.

I got married at Cross Creek Ranch May 2021, and let me tell you my wedding was no easy feat. It was torrential downpour. (I was told the venue has never flooded the way it did on our wedding day, except for one other time.) Our original plan was to have the ceremony outside by the arbor then the rain made us change our minds to the pavilion day of it is literally flooding water at the pavilion. The main bridge to enter the venue was flooded over completely at one point. So we moved the ceremony inside and it somehow was still absolutely perfect. The staff at this venue are top notch, and Crystal my day of coordinator was a super star! They handled everything, and made sure things went as smoothly as possible. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! I trusted them 100%! Because of them I was able to have a beautiful, stress free wedding day even though weather was not on our side. Thank you! You guys are AMAZING professionals!!

I ll be honest, my mom went to look at this venue without my husband and I just to check it out and said she s not sure we d like it. My husband and I went and immediately fell in love with everything. It was exactly what we were looking for. The package we did had so much included which really made the journey so much easier. Our wedding was set to be May 15th 2020 but because of Covid, the venue called us and told us the bad news we knew was coming. Everyone was so accommodating though and we were able to reset the date to July 24th 2020. It was a smaller venue and they all followed state regulations. No one from our wedding got sick or anything. They were all very professional and observant of every detail. They were made aware of my heart condition and watched out for me and kept me as stress free as possible. They also loved my service dog. I would highly recommend Cross Creek Ranch for weddings or business parties or any big event.

Not only was the venue nearly all inclusive (HIGHLY recommend Napolis), I can t even begin to tell you how grateful I was to have Crystal on my team. She worked with our crazy families, loved on the flower girls and ring bearers, and was ultimately on MY side down to the very last second. The prices are amazing compared to an a la cart wedding once the numbers were drawn up making everything about this venue well worth it. Our granddaughters reception there was wonderful...beautiful place... but there was no surveillance on the gift table and someone stole all their envelopes from the unlocked box on the table. Dont bring presents to the reception...it was so sad and expensive!!!

We had our wedding at this venue, and it seemed to be all good until everything that could be the worst scenario happened to us. We were incredibly hurt when we found out that thousands of dollars were stolen from us at our own wedding. Of course we contacted Cross Creek Ranch, and they told us they had no cameras and to look in our stuff. They did not help us at all at with this situation, and they made it seem like we had somehow lost it when we only had one box where it could be. Why would a venue like this have no cameras? It was also even more devastating because one of the gifts was from my husbands grandma who passed away, and now we will never see the hand written card and gift she gave us for our special day. Not to mention there was an officer there, and I don t understand why because he was on his phone the entire time. It gets worse from here because one of the ladies who works at this location, her name is Crystal, was extremely rude to my mother in law and several of the people in the wedding party. The way they were treated really hurt me. They asked for help for a small task, and she told them to Do it themselves . We worked super hard to pay for this wedding, and we expect at least a little bit of help and respect from the staff there. If you decide to use this venue, make sure any card box you have is completely glued shut because stuff like this can be devastating. Also, don t expect them to treat you very well after you pay because I have never had my family treated like this before. We did everything possible to work with them, and they treated my family like garbage.

A place with plenty of outdoor space, comfortable and clean facilities. It is very good in its rooms and the wedding parties are very beautiful. I dont know if they make the food there, but the one I tried was well made and delicious. I think the place is suitable for weddings and large parties, with many guests.

Cross Creek Ranch was an absolute dream! Our wedding day was so, so beautiful! The venue is nearly all inclusive and comes with a lot of stuff wrapped up into the price. This takes a lot of hassle and stress out of your day. The team -- Heather, Crystal, & Katie -- were super helpful in answering our never-ending questions, preparing everything for the big day, and making sure it ran smoothly. They have three different ceremony locations -- the arbor, pavilion, and in the reception hall. They also have a grooms cabin and bridal hut. Our wedding day had a lot of moving parts -- a photo dash from table to table, wedding party scavenger hunt, and even a Texas Tech game day tradition tortilla toss -- and they handled it like champs. They really took care of us and made sure our day was perfect. We had a blast! The venue was lovely and just right for us. Highly recommended!

Cross Creek Ranch is absolutely amazing! If your planning on getting married this is the place to go! It is stress free, gorgeous and just an amazing experience! This was the one and only place I looked at and once I found out it was inclusive I was sold. I booked a year out from my date and Heather and Courtney were amazing through the whole experience. We were able to use the venue for engagement pictures and they answers any of my questions prior to the wedding. We even had a meeting months before to plan for my ideal wedding. Heather was amazing and patient to try as many things to get just the right centerpiece and decor for my wedding. The day of the wedding was so stress free! Heather literally took care of everything and placed all my decor exactly where I wanted it! She also made sure my husband and I were ready and for us anything we needed! The ceremony and reception was an absolute success because of Heather! She knows how to throw a great wedding and helps the bride and groom only worry about enjoying their time! I highly recommend Cross Creek Ranch! You will not be disappointed and have the time of your life and will never stress about a thing with heather at your side!

All Inclusive Venues are the best! They really help take a lot of stress away and helps make your day the best day of your lives! We saw the venue in the summer time and fell in love with it. We wanted a spring wedding but with Texas weather you can never tell. So on our day it was rainy and cloudy and still just stunning! You can not go wrong with any date you choose! If you are looking for a stress free wedding Crystal and Heather are amazing wedding coordinators who just made our day run so smoothy and perfect! We got so many compliments over every single little detail about our wedding! We wouldnt have changed anything about our wedding and 100% recommend this venue!

I don t think I can say enough great things about Cross Creek! We fell in love with everything when we went to tour a year before our wedding. Heather helped with our planning and day of corrdination, and she was so helpful and I didn t worry about a thing. Everything is beautiful at Cross Creek! The center pieces and set up was more than I could imagine it would be. We picked cross creek for a lot of reasons but the fact that we didn t have to worry about finding outside vendors like for food as an example. Just made my life easier! This is why you want your wedding here! Important things when choosing your venue. What do they take care of? What is included? How much you want to spend? Do I want to be bothered during the ceremony? Absolutely not. Cross Creek worked with us to plan our wedding before. We met with them I think 3 times? The event turned out amazing! I was never bothered with questions of, do you want to cut the cake now? should we start serving food? They do most of the leg work for you so that you as the newly wed couple can enjoy your time with family and friends. My wife and I had a blast at our wedding they simply told us what to do. For us that was what we needed, we arent big planners. If you enjoy planning your own wedding then maybe choose a venue where you can do that.

I was recommended this venue by my husbands coworker for its all inclusive package and my husband and I do not regret choosing this venue at all. First, I would like to say that the venue coordinators, Heather and Crystal, were very responsive and prompt at replying to all of my questions at that I had from months to weeks prior to the wedding. They made this process clear for me, which reduced the stress load. Secondly, Crystal was my venue coordinator on the day of my wedding and I dont have anything but good things about her. There werent any signs of rain on the forecast nor did the sky show any signs of rain (blue sky, white clouds), but 10 minutes prior to the wedding it poured. Crystal and her team were quick to relocate and redecorate our ceremony indoor. They went above and beyond as they ran in the rain to pick up flowers that were setup outside, made sure me and my guests stayed dry with umbrellas, rearranged all the seats and table indoor, and redirected our timeline to make sure we had a successful reception. Our guests were also very cooperative had nothing by good things to say about the venue. The rain mishap only added to the intimacy we wanted for our wedding. I would definitely recommend this venue to everyone, but also to those on a tight budget (because this venue makes your tight budget look like you paid for an extravagant wedding).

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Cross Creek Ranch! They were absolutely incredible to work with. We planned our wedding from out of state, but that was no problem with how inclusive their packages are. They include tables, chairs, linens, CENTERPIECES!, decorations, etc... For things that arent included (minister, photographer) they gave us contact information of people past brides have used! It was so simple! They did such a great job accommodating our requests leading up to the wedding but also the day of making everything run SO smoothly (I had other brides compliment me on how smoothly the day/night went). I recommend CCR to any bride!!

We had our daughters wedding here a couple of weeks ago and we could not have been happier with the results. Everyone from Katie to Crystal and Heather to all the staff, everyone was so helpful and on top of their game. It did not matter who you were working with, they always had the answers and made sure that all the details were handled. Being able to allow them to handle everything gave my wife and I a lot of peace and we were able to focus on what was important and that is our daughter, her husband to be and all the family and friends that were there in attendance. My daughter and I looked at several places not knowing that CCR was just a few miles up the road. We fell in love...A hidden paradise but whats even better...the staff! I m so glad I chose CCR as my wedding venue. The staff was so helpful, courteous, and organized during the planning process - not to mention the venue is absolutely beautiful. Choosing this as an all inclusive venue took loads off my shoulders and allowed me to focus on providing a wonderful experience for my guests rather than coordinating with too many vendors/choices not to mention it was also super affordable! The staff was able to create beautiful ceremony and reception decor with one short planning meeting. Everything was streamlined and went wonderfully. My guests raved about how great the bbq was and the s mores bar! Three months later, I still have friends and family telling me how much fun they had at our wedding and I know it would not be possible without the wonderful staff at CCR! Great Venue. Heather is amazing! I was the photographer for a wedding and they were simply great. Accommodating, helpful, organized and all together on top of stuff. Venue has a great rustic feel, a beautiful little lit bridge over a pond that is gorgeous for night photos, string lights around for ample light where needed and pretty shots. Well recommend, glad I now know of this little gem.

Gorgeous property located close to Dallas. Called them last minute asking if we could use the property for a proposal and they were more than accommodating.
