Once they see you winning at a game they go and shut off the game. They have done this every time I start to win at a game and while Im playing they will come and open the machine and the game no longer works anymore. Very disappointing.

Place is expensive for a NOT fun atmosphere my kids came super disappointed , we paid over 400 in 10 kids and the kids came asking for $$ to jump????? Wow they overcharge by the hour, then they charge extra for a mini trampoline area , kids wanted to take pictures and machine ais always out of ink . SMH. food is overpriced, a salad is 13 bucks . My goodness. No wonder every time we just go to main event. We wont ever be back. Thats it. Not good for partys , nor going on weekends. 2/10

We loved it, we went for a schoolarships fundraising night. We spent an awesome* family time, the kids loved the new trampoline area. We spent like 3 hours and didnt realize with all the fun! Kid-friendliness: Awesome place for the kids. You feel so free, with no worries about where they are.

Remodeled. Looks very nice. Many different games. Added a small jump area for little ones (probably 5 and under). Ordered salad as well, not pictured. Salad bar had a nice variety. Order the pepperoni and a supreme. A little pricey, 20 bucks for the pepperoni 25 for the supreme. Both large. About standard large size but the extra cost is to be expected at a place like this. The pepperoni was fresh but the supreme was cold. I took it back and asked them to run it through the oven again. They did so. It came back a little more brown, but at least it was hot. Tasted good and got no complaints from the staff for reheating it. They have a system now where you can either buy points to play the games or buy time. Still not sure which is better. 60 minutes cost $30. Unlimited plays on the games. In the end, two of these 60 minute cards and two large pizzas plus six drinks and a salad ran me about $150. The two pizzas took kind of long to get to us. Probably around 20 minutes. There were hardly any customers when we were there so I cant explain why it took so long or why the one supreme pizza was cold when we received it. A comment about the trash can. The opening for the trash receptacle is not large enough for their plates to fit as you can see in the photo. Sure you can fold it and stuff it in there, but for convenience sake, a larger opening would be nice. Parking: The building is connected to a mall, but they have separate entrances. So, you have the mall parking lot. Kid-friendliness: A bunch of games for kids of various ages to play. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.

Super friendly employees. They seal your arms and check you when you leave (to see if the child has the same number as you). I feel like it is very well cared for. The games 10/10 Kid-friendliness: 100% place for children

Chuck E. Cheese is an amazing place! The games are very fun however, some were not working but mostly it was the ones no one plays. Also I love the fact that they still have the old Chuck E. Cheese logo and still have the art of the 2000s chuck. The food is amazing. The new trampoline s are very fun even tho it s pretty small. R.I.P playground. Also the Chuck E. Cheese performances do great most of the time.

The parking lot is spacious, The food was very delicious and the children loved the games... Kid-friendliness: Lots of space, many games and very safe for children. When you enter they mark your hand, I didnt know why, but when you leave they check that it is the same number that parents and children have on their hands. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is!

This entrance needs a solid path entrance and a solid path exit made it difficult to be tendered and have people entering and exiting through the same gate. We need more energy in this place felt like I entered a funeral service. We also need better pricing bought a pizza for $10 and let me tell you that thing will only feed you at least an infant. You want business fix the small things.

Toys locked up... they have display toys but wont give whats locked up my child left crying spent over hundred dlls eating there and couldnt get a 15 coupon toy because it was locked up even tho display was full on counter display dont understand why they were in the show case .
