Rude staff that seems to be bothered by everyone there. Trying to charge people for having phones plugged in to outlets. Security guards were a joke and just as rude. Place has a/c but they refuse to keep it on to save on electricity. Charging the different people that are part of the event to use they re Wi-Fi or to even have things plugged in. Horribly ran establishment, to include the staff which are the owners. Definitely wouldn t recommend this venue to anyone.

Being told they would charge you $50 if you are caught using their outlets to charge your phone! Ridiculous!!!

Venue is very nicely decorated. Owners are great at communication and very welcoming as well! Staff is friendly and work very well. Different venues to choose from which makes it convenient for big or small events. Fantastic venue to have events at, highly recommend!

We recently had an event here but will never use again. It was a quince and the day before for practice they would not turn the ACs on only ceiling fans and said if we wanted them on we needed to pay $300 for two hours, its July and very HOT outside. The day of the the event the dance was over at 2am but they shut down the ACs at 1:30am ith people still enjoying themselves on the dance floor. Highly disappointed with this establishment and cannot believe they acted this way. As much money as it brings in and the owners act like that was is just a huge let down. Will not recommend to anyone and hope this helps the next person looking for a venue elsewhere because this place is not it! Only gave one star because I had too.

We held our Prom at this venue for the second year in a row. I think we were the first high school they had ever worked with, and we are so happy that they took a chance on us! The owners have treated us like family from the very beginning. They tend to our needs, communicate respectfully, and treat our events as if they are their own. The first time around we were all in awe of the beautiful venue! They keep their space immaculate! I also noticed that the fridge behind the bar is always fully stocked. I love that attention to detail. The bathrooms are also always clean with working napkin holders and soap dispensers! Their whole area feels secure since it is a gated area, and at least one of the family members are always on site during set up. Today after my students had left to get dressed for their prom, one of the owners started vacuuming the floors and straightening up the spots where pieces of trash had been left behind. I don t think the type of service that they offer is like anything else you will find here in Odessa. This place is one of our city s greatest treasures and I will recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing event venue!

We booked our Quince celebration for our daughter at the Fortune Ballroom. We were very pleased with everything. The venue was decorated very elegant. Was pleased with it all. We had an overwhelming attendance. We were excited to see so many in attendance to help celebrate this special day with us...

Our familys recent event was supposed to be supported by the staff in this establishment. Instead, we got maintenance personnel who were rude and seemed annoyed by our presence. Forget about the security the place hired! Off duty police officers were treating everyone like suspects! They were there for OUR safety, not to interrogate or investigate us! This place has a lot of work to do provide a friendly environment for their customers special event!
