If I could give this place zero stars I would. I agree with some of the bad reviews ( the good reviews have to be fake). Brought the watch in for a shattered screen. After wearing it the screen separated from the case. Would you believe the owner started accusing me of heating the watch up to 85 degrees, because there s no evidence of glue in the case? Asking me what must I have done to the watch. Then he asked me if I want to glue the watch back together with a damaged display or leave it open unglued . Like be for real. Dude is an idiot . And will never agree that his poor repair job, subsequently made the glass come off, subsequently DAMAGING the display. ALSO the first red flag is whenever the tech starts arguing with you from day one asking for money to buy new parts, blaming you Don t Do it! I will never put money into an establishment like this EVER AGAIN. You shouldn t either!

I took my all in one desktop to geek squad in best buy off of Westlake Houston. All of my stuff disappeared so I thought they could recover it. Had years of files, pictures and videos of my kids on it. They took a look at it and said in less than 5 mins that there was nothing they could do and that the computer was done. I was so hurt. It feels like a mourning thinking I lost all of these memories. I took my desktop and went to King Wireless & repair right before he was closing on the same day. He spent a lot of time with me and reassured me that it was recoverable. He was able to recover it all and I appreciate his time and knowledge.

Im pretty certain that some of these 5 stars are fake. They have to be. My experience with King Wireless alone tells me that the 5 star reviews arent true. This is why...I brought my phone in for repair because the screen went black. I called before I went to make certain that this place was capable of repairing this type of issue. I spoke with Mohammad and he assured me that my phone could be fixed. I bought the phone in on Wednesday morning, and Mohammad said that my phone would be fixed by the end of the day, at latest, Thursday morning. I was so excited because he sounded confident that he could fix my phone, even after receiving the phone and taking a look at it. I hate to say that I was let down and deceived. I did not hear back from anyone Wednesday evening, so I called on Thursday morning. I was told by a lady (Who I assume is the wife) that Mohammad was not there and would not be in until after 1pm. I was very disappointed and explained my frustration. The lady apologized and told me she would try to contact him. I never received a call back and when I called again, no one answered. I showed up on Friday and spoke with the lady that was there, and again she told me that Mohammad was not there again. She called him and we spoke on the phone and this time, he told me that he could not give me a date as to when my phone would be fixed. I asked could he at least give me a timeframe and he said he did not know. Maybe one, week, or two weeks, he did not know. I left the store frustrated because he had already dissected my phone and I did not want to wait for him to put it back together. I told him that I would give him until Monday to come up with an answer. Fast-Forward to Monday. The store opens at 10:00a.m. and no one showed up until after 12:00p.m., I waited in the parking lot the entire time. When he walked in the building, I told him to just give me my phone back and I took it somewhere else. AND my phone still was not fixed.Come to find out, after getting a second and third opinion, the phone could not be fixed. So maybe he didnt know what he was doing. I dont know. I absolutely do not recommend King Wireless.

We took a iPad Pro tablet 12.9 there for repair of the charging port. The service was fast and inexpensive. While we were picking up the tablet, (same day) we asked if they could repair a cracked screen on my iPhone. They also did that in 10 minutes while we waited! Very professional and kind people. Had an absolutely amazing experience here after my screen breaking with my S22 Ultra. I initially went into my Verizon store and told them about the issue. They refused to give me any information on how to fix my phone and the only solution they offered was to sell me a new phone. They didnt even give me information on where to get my phone repaired. Quick google search showed king repair right across the street. Walked in, explained the issue. I was told about the price before the repair and dropped my phone off. It was ready 25 hours later and in perfect condition. I would use king wireless and repair again if I have any more issues with my phone.

I bought two used Microsoft Surface Pro 4 tablets with battery issues from eBay (dont ask). I have replaced iPhone batteries at home before, so I assumed I could fix these as well. I was not aware of how difficult it is to replace the batteries in these devices. No local repair business would touch them due to the danger of cracking the screen. I came across a YouTube video from King Wireless showing a near-effortless battery replacement. I mailed the two tablets to Texas (from Maine). I received a call when they arrived, when they were diagnosed, and when they were ready. Total cost was right in line with the estimate. One needed a new battery and one needed a motherboard repair. Excellent customer service, fast turn-around time, and a VERY satisfied customer.

This place has fixed my daughters older version apple tablet and my other daughters iphone screen. Don t get me wrong ,They get the job done BUT when I walk into a place of service and ask for a price I expect to be told how much I m going to be paying WITH TAX or tell me the price without tax ! I think that is such bad practice and it doesn t make me want to recommend them. I know maybe this isn t a big deal for some but when it s $11 more with tax, yea tell me the correct amount from the get go! She wanted to tell me you know Texas taxes mam Ummm no I m sorry people don t account to pay $11 more for the price you verbally gave them. Again, they get the job done and they went ahead and gave us a screen protector. I hate that I sound ungrateful but I feel I should let people know before they come here. I would have gave complete five stars. Don t give me a smart remark when I m trying to help your business on how some people wouldn t find that courteous to find they are actually paying $11 more than what you tell them. Let them know the price is not with tax. It was $151 to fix the iPhone screen and they told me it would be 140.

The worker I spoke with was very polite, and was angle to give me a quote and time estimate over the phone. Once dropped off, they had a very quick turnaround on the phone repair. Everything was explained in detail before any payment was made. Once the phone was repaired, they had me test it out to make sure it was working. So i just got my phone fixed by this company 2 days ago , the back of my xr and its already broken AGAIN ! With a protective case , only dropped it twice and on the second time the back was broken .. i went to explain my frustration because i have spent good money with this company assuming the business owner knows what hes talking about , well atleast good enough to get your moneys. Umm yea so dont trust the quality of their back screen because its insane how i had a good protective case and its broken already within TWO DAYS. As i explained this to him he claimed that i didnt have a case on it for it to have cracked.. and that it mustve been something harder when it was literally a regular flooring that wasnt that hard, me as a great customer i dont like to be told what i did and didnt do when i know what happened! If the quality of your supply is poor, i understand that and ill spend my moneys else where. I just want to give you guys a heads up on trying to a be a loyal customer to ones company. NO LONGER GADGET MD!!! I went here thinking it still was. The owner showed up 45 minutes after they opened. I had been waiting outside for almost 2 hours because online said they opened at 9am and he showed up at 10:45am. He Promised my screen would be done by 3:00pm and I didnt get it back till almost 8:00pm. He told me he would charge me one price and charged me 30$ more and said it was taxes.... My phone looked like it fell off a skyscraper and I thought it was a lost cause to even bring it in, but I took my chance. The guy did a quick look, and quoted me a fair price, for the amount of work i was getting done. (Front lcd replacement, battery replacement and new black glass for my iPhone). Was told to come back in 4 hours but ended up taking the whole day (8 hrs) I didn t mind, and I expected that. Phone works like brand new, it s been 3 weeks since I got the repair done.

The first day I came in and brought in my phone they said it would be 3-4 hours for a diagnostic and he would call me. Never got a call. I called at 6:45 before they closed and they just said oh call tomorrow at 2 I called later than that and they said no we have 2 more things to try next day I call no uh we have tried many things but we are going to try the second thing we said yesterday never got fixed within the 4 days they had my phone. Then when I went to pick up my phone and it wasn t even screwed together so he said he had to close it back up then helped the 4 people that walked in while in the middle of it instead of fixing the 5 minute thing he made me wait for 15 mins while he helped the other people. And in front of me told another customer oh we can fix everything and anything while I was waiting to pick up my phone that they had for 4 days and couldn t fix. I would ve rather them told me they couldn t fix it the first day so I could be getting it fixed somewhere else or selling it. And this is the location in ATASCOCITA NEXT TO ROSS AND PARTY CITY so they don t try to say it s the wrong location

Pretty good experience, service was quick and accommodating. Staff was nice. My phone screen was broken, and they fixed it up. Im still having some issues with the keyboard, but if it persists Ill just bring it back and see what they can do.

..This review is for IHop in Humble TX ... Prior to the pandemic shutdown, my grandsons and I visited the restaurant at least once every 2 weeks and sometimes even weekly. My youngest grandson loves the pancakes especially when they decorate them for him. The staff is always courteous and welcomes you (with kids) with a smile and depending on the amount of customers will try to accommodate you as to where you wish to sit. If you are a United States military veteran they do offer a nice discount and a wonderful breakfast for senior citizens at a greatly discounted price. Good place to eat I suggested that you give it a try..

I agreed to pay 70 dollars to have my ipad repaired. When I went to pick it up they said there was no charge that after it rebooted it started working. They could have easily taken my 70 dollars. Very trustworthy business
