Hamburger was super salty, price for hamburger sweet potato fries and a nice tea plus 18% came out to $25 and change. The service was okay and it was a nice atmosphere but the food I had was not good. I give it three stars for the service and atmosphere, but I think they dropped the salt shaker on my burger.

Ive been coming here since before they changed the name. The food and bar staff are top notch. The manager Wes is so polite and nice. I highly recommend it. If you want a low key place to have a few drinks and an excellent burger this cant be beat on the eastside. I had the seared Ahi Tuna burger and bowl on different days. They are both excellent.

I ate here twice in two days for work. I really like the mushroom and goodnight burger. The sweet potato fries are delicious but a big splurge at $6 an order. One of my colleagues got the Parmesan fries and there was enough for a whole meal, maybe cut back on the serving size and price.

Burgers are small. Wendy s jr burger size. Delicious, but small. Fries are thin, and crispy, but as soon as they cool off in 5 mins they re hard as rock. WORST PART is the soda fountain needs adjusting, because there was zero co2 in our drinks. Completely flat and gross. 2 burgers, shared a fry, 2 drinks, and a kids meal, $50. Overpriced heavily.

Holy cow!! I totally loved this place! Ive never had this unique and delicious American Food. Crispy Brussel Sprout leaves were AMAZING. 1st time going, Linzea was an awesome bartender! I got the good night/good cause upgraded to a wagyu patty. I must say, rarely do I go to a restaurant and the food comes out looking just as it does In the pictures, but not only did everything taste great, it looked just like the pictures. Will definitely be back! While we were there, there was a guy promoting local beer, I highly recommend more of the restaurants out here to partner with local breweries and offer their beer it s exciting to travel and try new things, not the same old bud light or modelos I can get anywhere.

We assumed HopDoddy was similar to the Grub Burger that used to be at this location. We waited in a line of about 10 people while there was only one cashier (who was very sweet despite that fact and none of our bad experience had to do with her), when we ordered it was almost $70 for 2 burgers, fries, 2 drinks, and a milkshake. We wouldn t have been bothered by this if they were the quality of Grub Burger, however that couldn t be further from the truth. There was little to no seasoning on the burger, and they were incredibly greasy, as were the tables/chairs we were assigned. We sat for almost an hour and never received the milkshake, we asked about it twice, but a family of 6 got their milkshakes and we never received ours. (They sat down 20 minutes after us.) I was very disappointed by this establishment and hope people understand this was disgusting and HopDoddy is nothing like Grub Burger.

Tonight we went for dinner at Hopdoddy. The place had about 30 people, 2 patrons at the bar and 5 employees behind the counter and no line. We sat at the bar and this is when we waited, waited, and waited. We sat there at least 10 minutes and no bartender ever showed up, we were not even acknowledged by anyone. The 2 people across from us had drinks, but I m not sure who served them. It became apparent no one was going to assist us. To leave a 1 star on the food may or may not be true, we didn t get to eat. We left and walked over to Saltgrass, sat at the bar and received prompt and friendly service. Do yourself a favor and skip Hopdoddy and head to Saltgrass. us had drinks, not sure how they got them. . Behind the service counter were 5 employees.

Would not go back! I do not recommend for anyone trying gluten free options just got my burger Togo I m staying not even 5 mins from the place and my fries were cold and hard. The gluten free bun is so thick there is more bread than burger and the burger was just a basic beef patty nothing special at all! Not to mention the gluten free bun was also old and hard like the fries I had to cut the top and bottom off to even eat it and even then I ended up ditching the bread due to some sort of seed that was used in the bun and was adding a awful crunchy texture to it. I eat gluten free for a living and have never had a GF bun that was this awful as well as the cheese cost extra to add to a classic burger. A simple burger with cheese and fries was $21 and was hardly edible. If choosing gluten free options DO NOT go here you will regret it!

There was a baseball game on, but unlike other establishments they didnt have the game blasting through the sound system which was greatly appreciated. Ordered 2 burgers to go. Looked like a nice atmosphere when I went in to pick up our food. Our first time ordering from here and we thought for a $16 and $17 burger that it would come with fries or something no it was just the burger. Which was mediocre at best. My husband loves burgers and he didn t even finish half of his and threw it away. I asked for no onions on my burger and it still came with them on it. The Mayo they put on my burger was about the size of a quarter when I lifted my bun to see why it was so dry. Not a good experience, we won t be ordering from here again.

Overall the food, drinks, and atmosphere were on point. I had the Ahi Tuna as a bowl. While brussel sprouts were really good, they were the most salty brussel sprouts Ive ever had in my life. It was pretty clear that the cook was seasoning to their preferences and not to the recipe. There was just so much salt on those brussel sprouts. I would have been happy with an eighth of the amount of salt that was put on those sprouts ... The tuna was excellently prepared and tasted great. When ordering we found it disappointing that they did not allow me to choose which brussel sprouts I was allowed to have with my ahi tuna. They wanted to charge me for an extra brussel sprout order just to have the brussel sprouts I wanted. The person at checkout also tried to overcharge us for the mixed drinks. I ordered the cinnamon sugar shake with screwball peanut butter whiskey, the shake was very good; however, on their menu it shows that adding a shot of whiskey to the take is $3.25, and they rung us up for $6 for the shot of whiskey. The large menu doesnt do a great job of showcasing their ordering process to ring up your order as the two groups in front of us, in addition to the issues I mentioned previously, all had issues when ordering and it was clear that the two people taking our orders were frustrated at having to explain the proper way to order from their menu... I dont understand why we are unable to choose which type of fry or brussel sprouts we can have with our tuna bowl, even if that would mean a small upcharge. Compounding this with the super salty sprouts both my coworker and I received, made for damper on what would have been a great first experience at this restaurant.

I think its rude to want a tip before you even sit down or get any service. Guilting people to leave a tip when placing your order, is annoying. With that being said, we were given a dirty table. There was a ton of people working, no reason to have dirty tables. My order was wrong, thats fine i picked it off. When asked about being sat at a dirty table, when other tables were clean and empty, we were told, oh most people would just sit at another table. We cant see the tables when you order. Bad service. Place an order over the phone. Was told 20 min. until food will be ready. Showed up 20 min later and they said they haven t even started the order. No one was at the register to greet me, they were all in the back goofing around. The restaurant was at 1/4 capacity if that. While trying to place the order they kept trying to put me with their AI which took longer to complete the order than necessary. You would think they would have attention to improve business through customer service because the restaurant is never packed. Instead they come across as mis managed and non customer friendly. Burger shop masquerading as garnet. Order at the counter, drinks are self service. We got a Buffalo and a tuna burger, very average in flavor and nothing to rave about. Dirty tables and the register literally forces you to tip. Edit 08/11/23: have returned since my first bad experience because the Brussels sprouts are nearly life changing. Great burgers here! Very fulfilling, and the yam fries are made to the exact taste fulness. Not over-sweet but just right. The burger was cooked and dressed to perfection. Were looking to enjoy in the future.

Nice place..little pricey fries cold and seemed like they were made ahead of time. Couldnt understand the person who took my order. Burger was cooked perfect but flavors were little bland. Ordered a strawberry margarita tasted sour, took it back bartender she acted aggravated asked for regular margarita...felt tipsy after one drink of my drink...I like margaritas but that was strong.

I love the food!service has been really good except for one time at the bar, but they made up for it and got me served extremely fast!!! Nacho fries are my favorite!!! The burgers are delicious!! Love the drinks!

Same issue as Grub Bar before it the table service is set up really weird. Wish the burgers would come with frys 12$ for just a burger is pretty steep for the size and quality . Overall not bad.

I wanted Sushi, My bf wanted a burger. I went with burger because we always have sushi, (and passenger princess me has to be nice once in a while ). To my surprise, they had an Ahi Tuna Burger bowl. Whaaaaaaaaaaat???????? It was sooo good. The staff was so friendly. Btw, I would eat several large bowls of those nori chips....just sayin. I forgot to take a picture, Im bummed about that, but it was awesome, and I am a happy sushi loving lady!!!! Oh yeah, my bf lived his shroomy burger and parmesan fries. That caffienated bbq sauce on the fries is awesome too!!!

Meh...for the price its not great. Food is fine but considering they specialize in burgers, they arent anything special. If you just want to drop a $20 on a decent burger and watch some sports then its the place for you.

First time here. Sat at the bar for drinks before ordering. Katelyn was great! Getting a second drink proved to be near impossible! I have bartended and know that your first priority is customers at your bar. They were also filling drinks for the restaurant. In my mind, one bartender should take care of the bar, and one the restaurant. Once the bar is taken care of, that bartender can help with restaurant drinks. A new bartender came on shortly after we got there. I had my drink up at the top of the bar for another drink. It sat there for over 10 minutes without service because Katelyn was gone. When my Husband tried to wave the black haired bartender down. She gave him a look that should have turned him to stone and she took care of the restaurant instead of my drink. Once Katelyn came back she refilled my drink. The attitude from the black haired bartender was very obvious. Her hair was in 2 braids that ended in a pony tail. I hope you dont have to deal with her. When I go out I want to be treated like I treat people, with courtesy and attention. We had some fries with parmesan and truffle, and the Brussel sprouts. They were awesome. Unfortunately, the attitude at the bar negated our opinion of the whole visit. Again, Katelyn was awesome! I wont go back and advise you to take your chances...

I was in the other night and the food was great and the service was great but there was a one there was one young man by the name of Brian who is Bucky tables who did an outstanding phenomenal job as I was eating I observed his work ethics. I also just called Management in Odessa to let them know what a great employee they have their as most of the other kids were standing around the kitchen kind of BS in. Great job Brian keep up the great work I hope when I get my food trailers rolling I have employees dedicated and hard-working like you!

Last time I will be coming here. Service was terrible and I had an undercooked egg on my burger where the whites of it were clear and slimy. If I could leave less than one star I would. Completely overpriced for their unseasoned meat.
