Be sure to check your food that the give you what you ordered before getting all the way home and missing items. Drive back to pick up and asked them to have it ready so I can get back to my food before it cooled down. Still had to wait when I arrived.

I love coming to fazolis they always have the best customer service . And my food always comes out hot and delicious. I recommend getting the lasagna it s so good especially with the breadsticks. I havent seen or been to a Fazolis in maybe 20 years. Saddened to see the one in Summerville, SC close in the mid 2000s. The Odessa location did not disappoint. I went the drive thru and chose the pick 2 lunch express. Alfredo and Raviolis with meat sauce, 2 breadsticks and a drink (not a fan of Pepsi products, so Dr. Pepper to the rescue). Delicious, just as I remembered, very friendly staff and $7.57 is unbelievable in this day and time! Definitely going back and highly recommend! Some things never change! :-)

This was our 1st time eating here. We did the drive thru and when we got home we opened up our order without any silverware. I ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, the noodles were good but let me tell you the chicken was aweful. It has over salted and dry. I was really repulsed by the taste of the chicken. First off, if you have never went into Fazolis for dine in, go asap. Ive eaten here for years, and always had drive through. The portions are even bigger when you go in, and served in real bowls and plates. Todd saw me pull up, and came and opened the door for me when I got there. He took my order as well, and was super friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The inside of the restaurant was spotless, and I sat down to a freshly wiped table. The food came out super fast, and like I said, HUGE portions. The best value and service Ive had in a restaurant in a long time.

Called after 15 minutes they said it should only be a few more minutes. Seen at least 5 cars go through the drive thru. Went inside frustrated at this point, like why order online... it s been 45 minutes and we re still in the parking lot waiting for our order. If I hadn t already paid I d be at rosas now

My boyfriend and I both got the loaded spaghetti. Let me say it was delicious, much better than olive garden. I was very surprised it wasnt a ton of pasta and just a sprinkle of meat like most places. The loaded spaghetti is exactly that. It is LOADED, filled with hearty meats and cheese. I almost couldnt find the pasta! The fresh bread sticks were very yummy, and paired well with the large iced unsweet tea we picked. Service was fast, friendly and price was reasonable. We will definitely be going back here again.

I was having a bad experience using DoorDash (would give them only a star for this transaction) but then Miss Rena stepped up and shined brightly. Great Customer Service! The family I had the meal delivered to loves Fazolis and appreciated the yummylicious food.

Our Bible study ladies ate here on Wednesday. We received cold food and returned it to only receive the same thing. The manager was gotten for us. She asked what could she do for us. When explained she said she would take care of it herself and bring it to us. We received a hot meal which she thought was owed to us. She said if we need anything to let her know. We graciously thanked her for her hospitality. Its good to see Customer service is still practiced. Thanks be to Rita manager at Fazolis. Your kindness want be forgotten.

Very clean restuarant.Niice and friendly staff. I had an awsome experience. This is one of my favorite places to come eat. Really good Italian food. Its a little pricey but well worth the money.
