We were being EATEN ALIVE by fleas ! I purchased 3 gallons of Enforcer. For Homes. Sunday night before Memorial Day. They had it sitting on my front porch at 9:20am Memorial Day morning! That blew me away!!! I treated the home twice in a 24 hour period and we havent seen or been bitten since. Great Job TEAM TSA !!! Pleasant change from most other places we have delt with. I went to Tractor Supply in Longview today to get eye ointment for my daughters show steer. Online it had showed there were 10 but when I got there the shelf was empty. Garrett, an TS employee, ask me if I needed any help and I told him the situation. He told me that they had just got a truck in but everything was still on pallets and in boxes but if I could wait he would go look and dig through them. About 15 minutes later he came back and had the medicine! Theres not alot of ppl that would have done that but Garrett did. Thank you Garrett and thank you TS!

Do not buy Big ticket items from tractor supply unless you know youre going to be close to the store you bought it at if you have a problem, about $130 cable puller in Palestine Texas which did not operate properly I tried to take it back in Longview at my hometown store and the manager was very nice but he advised me I could not get my cash back like I paid for it with I had to take it on a gift the employees were very apologetic and explained to me that it wasnt their policy so Im calling it corporate greed and I will not buy any more big ticket items from tractor supply. After I used this gift card up Im going to try not to buy anything from tractor supply

Went in on Saturday afternoon and was greeted straight away. A brand new associate offered assistance. He had only been there a couple of days and still offered. He found an associate who was more than happy to help us. I want chicks and a turkey but had to make the home arrangements so had to return Sunday afternoon. I was very happy to see Hope whom had helped me with the chicks the day before. She gathered my chicks and pointed me to everything I would need. I my experience in this store and will be back for many more visits to come!

Wonderful customer service!! Every employee was not only helpful, but friendly. I brought my shih tzu in with me to get his food, and the cashier, Jennifer, gave him treats. Not only one treat, but tried a few different ones to find one that my dog likes.

I have to mirror the review of someone else regarding the propane. After unhooking and carrying 2 40lb tanks across the parking lot. Theres no one here that can fill it, you can come back tomorrow morning U-Haul can fill them Then, please train more people! Not one person in the store is qualified to fill propane? Dont offer and advertise as a propane filling location if its something you only offer on a sporadic basis.

Its nice to have a store like this on Sundays because myself owing Wallace construction, allot of weeks is the only day I have off. I appreciate the fact that when you ask for something everyone knows where its at forgets someone that does. Being a contractor it is bad enough Lowes and home Depot move things on occasions, and they still dont know where anything is if you ask. Everyone is always so friendly and ice. Thats a great change than allot of other places in town

Not sure why its so difficult to get your propane tank filled. You call to the store and ask about getting your tank filled and its always. Not today or noone is here to do that. Then why have it or provide a service noone will do .I asked what are the hours to get your tanked filled still no answer. So either dont offer the service or post times that these services are available. Its not rocket science people. Im sure noone will follow-up on my review, like noone fills up propane tanks.

Before even driving here to get propane tanks filled, I called right before I left the house to make sure they even had someone available. Get told yes they do and that it could be done. Drive 30 minutes to get here only to be told that in fact No, they cant get to the tank because the gate got broken LAST NIGHT and they cant get to it. How about instead of wasting peoples times and money BY LYING, just tell the truth? Would also like to note, this is not the first time this has happened. Poor business.

Kane at tractor supply in Longview Texas has zero customer service after loading with us tpost we got home and realized he gave us 5 foot not 6 liked requested. We turned around and went back and he argued with us that he was right we were wrong then he got on his little radio and started cussing up a storm which was very unprofessional when we went back to reload he never touched a single post in fact he went In to get a drink and let us load the post ourselves

I COME to Tractor Supply once a year to get supplies and get my five propane tanks filled. I came at 12:30 PM 3-5-22. I drove 25 miles to get to the Longview, TX store. I was told that they did not have a person to operate the fill unit. So I waited, a person was to be here at 01:00 pm to fill tanks. It is 01:05 PM now and no person on hand to fill tanks. If Tractor Supply can not have personnel on hand during store hours why dont they post when someone will be their. I have done business with Tractor Supply since 1957 in Fort Worth, TX. They have really gone down hill with lack of inventory and service. C. J., Kilgore, TX.

Overall it is not just the store but the app needs to have the time or the cutoff time for propane refill. Nothing more disappointing than getting to the store ready to get a propane refill and find out they have cut off the time at 4:00 when theyre open till 9:00 p.m.. poor poor information given out of the store not to mention waste of my time and fuel expense getting there and back home only to find out I cant get it until the next day after they open and only until 4:00 p.m.

Ive always enjoyed going to Tractor supply and I spend alot of money there. After discovering my cows had a busted water trough this evening, I drove 40 min to Tractor Supply in Longview to get another one. When I went to check out, at 8:05pm, I was told that I couldnt purchase it after 8pm even though theyre open till 9pm. The cashier said nothing could be purchased off outside lot after 8. I offered to carry it thru and was told that wasnt allowed after 8pm. Ill spend my money somewhere else in the future

Don t shop online to have delivered the tracking is wrong and changes on a daily basis they tell you it will be delivered and you have to have someone over 18 there so you rearrange your life leave work early cancel doctors appointments for almost 2 weeks to be home for the supposed delivery only to find out that it hasn t even shipped!! They even have the assembly company call to set up assembly of the chicken coop but still did not deliver the coop!! I m still waiting on my chicken coop hopefully it actually shows up eventually but I will never order online from tractor supply again always had great experiences with them in the store but clearly they re shipping and delivery department Needs some serious work

Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a store by far . I called to see what the length of the 9 auger bit is that they had in stock because online it didn t list it under the specification . I needed a 3 foot long one because 4ft is to long for my tractor . They lady was very upset she had to get up and go measure the bit . She said she was going to put me on hold I heard her say gah lee and then her coworkers started laughing . If you have a problem with doing a little extra for a customer at least make sure they are on hold first....

WOW!! And not a good wow....i called twice to see about getting propane bottles filled at 7:33 pm and they said they couldnt do it after dark. Well, i called Tyler and apparently they can so its just a Longview store problem. I even offered to hold a flash light and was still refused service. This location is a joke and apparently the guy who fills propane will do anything to get out of it.

Edited the review from 2 starts to 4. The hardware section is well stocked now and personnel seem much more accessible.(First Review)... I shop here often because of the convenient location and good animal feed selection. Also, the staff is friendly, if you can find them. Most of the time, however, its a real hassle finding an employee to help. Several times, I have given up looking for an employee on the floor, and left frustrated. Also, in the hardware section, about half the bins are empty... months at a time. The store has potential but seems poorly managed.

I had a gift card, so I dropped in the Longview store. All I can say is this aint Atwoods. Small store with less selection. They have little to no clothes for a big guy. (Strike 1) No fresh, gimmee popcorn at the door (Strike 2) The cashier didnt know how to redeem my giftcard (Strike 3, aaaaand youre out!) Dont waste your time here.
