I wish I did more research and hired someone else. They dont fight for you. They actually discouraged you. I lost all confidence in them when the lady in charge of my case wouldnt even contact me back. They truly dont care and will make more money than you even thou u where the one in the accident and have the injury

Worst experience in our life. They did fight for limits but they took most of it. And my husband is still hurting and in pain. I had to call every week for updates. It took 2 years to get Pennie s. How these companies stay in business is beyond me! Don t walk RUN

They get you as their clients then leave you hanging... they dont answer their phone, will not respond to text. Then if for some reason like your transportation goes down and you miss a couple of appointments (while waiting for your vehicle to be repaired) they close your case without your consent. Find someone else.

I would give 100 stars if it was an option! I highly recommend Loncar Odessa, more specifically, Amy Evans. She just made the whole process a breeze. It s scary getting injured with medical bills piling up. Amy went above and beyond to make sure I was in the loop and aware of everything going on. It s been literally the worst experience. I definitely do not recommend this place. I was involved in an accident that caused me to injure my back and shoulder. Chris represented me and Zee was supposed to be the person calling me. Ha! She never called and updated me I would call and email over and over. Believe it or not they told me after almost 3 years that the lady who caused the accident moved to Mexico and pretty much the want anything they could do because it would cost too much. I have permanent damage to my back and nerve by this accident and in the end Chris said I was getting $1000 dollar once the bills were paid. $1000 that all after all the trips and places the ha me go over and over and over. Told me to keep track of the miles and I would get that back in my settlement. What lies!!!!HORRIBLE SERVICE and in thr end Im told Chris got up and left and stayed his own practice and took a few people who worked there. It was a horrible experience!!! Stay away from these people.

My mother was in a car wreck that totaled her car and yes she was sent to the hospital because she was knocked out for a split second because she hit the steering wheel and the airbags didn t deploy but since the driver that hit her had no insurance there was nothing they could do...

Not very happy with them. They have not kept in touch with me. In October it will be a year since my accident, my attorney decided to move away in April, i received a letter from them explaining he is gone, i waited to hear from someone until end of July, called their office the lady answering the phone acted like i had put her out asking about what was going on with my case, she informed me they were waiting on my dr to send over his documents, calles dr office they informed me they had answered their request in June, called them back to let them know, its just very frustrating when you do not know what is going on, i was released from dr in March of this year so they should of had time to get records. I do not feel like they really care about you or your case, just my opinion, btw they were recommended to me so i am sure to some they are good, just hasnt been a very good experience for me.

Took to long to settle case over one year to receive check well maybe it s longer cause I still haven t received it they told me one month ago I should have it then, today I called after talking to them yesterday and they told me to call back today and now they are saying no not today it might be this week but always something sucks cause and I ve gotten into it with the secretaries their and Chris is a good guy always in his word ! But I was always confuse in what they needed and didn t want the write this review they might hold my check longer and make something up .
