I don t even know where to begin about this disaster of a decision I made choosing Farid Moghadassi as a family lawyer. He s a crook and a con artist, I wouldn t EVER recommend him to anyone going through a custody battle with their children. When in court he FORGOT my name in front of the judge, he did not fight for me! and mind you I had him as my attorney for 6 months because I believed he would help me and NOTHING WAS ACCOMPLISHED HE MADE MY SITUATION WORSE! never once did he show any empathy, emotion or any type of human decency towards me and my situation with my 3 children! Just blamed everything on me! Did not accomplish ANYTHING but taking me and my mother s money. MONEY WASTED PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS CON ARTIST. He will take your money and not have a care in the world about what you re going through! RUN AWAY!

We could not have picked a better firm to work on my husbands immigration case! When we first consulted we asked for time to think about it, and they were not at all pushy to get us to sign on with them. They allowed us the time we needed to make the decision! And that to me shows how they are not just money hungry! Gerardo was always available for any question we had! He was super knowledgeable on the whole process, and the additional forms for permits we didn t even know about. The whole process took 4 months! Beyond faster than we expected. It was also very helpful financially to be able to pay their fee in installments. We will be using them again for all of our legal needs! Im going to try to keep this short. Farid was the first lawyer I ever hired. He was also the very worst lawyer I ever hired. I needed an attorney to represent me in my divorce. When I first spoke with Farid, he made it seem like he was on my side and was going to really fight for me. During our consultation, he told me he was gonna do everything for me. The first red flag I noticed is when after I paid him to represent me, his whole attitude towards me changed. Before leaving the office, he gave me the most disrespectful and disgusted look towards me. I noticed it but didnt say anything because I needed an attorney and I had already paid him. During the duration of filing motions and consultations, he spoke to me aggressively, rudely and disrespectful. Even cursing at me. When I would call to ask questions or address his behavior, he would threaten to withdraw as my attorney. When we finally had a divorce hearing, he was still rude and disrespectful. Even to the point where my soon to be ex wife said yeah, he was very disrespectful to you. I felt embarrassed being treated like that. From an attorney I hired and was suppose to represent me professionally. To treat me like that in front of the woman Im divorcing, her attorney and the judge was one of the worst experiences Ive had in my life. I wrote him a letter addressing my grievances. This was recommended by the state bar of Texas. When he got the letter, he put in a motion to withdraw as my attorney. He even made me pay for him showing up to withdraw as my attorney. Long story short. He was the worst. He didnt do anything he said he was gonna do. He was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. The worst money I ever spent. Better yet, wasted. If youre looking for an attorney from this firm, avoid him.

I have always been pleased to be helped by Rod Khavari and his assistants. I have gone to Rod for more than couple of years. I got referred to Rod by another Attorney that dont handle car accidents. I am glad I contacted him. He is very professional, patience to listen. Jay his legal assistant is so funny, professional. I like Jay, because going through such a hard time, process he does understand you, he listens to you, and he makes you laugh lol (his attitude helps a lot). He explains everything in detailed, makes sure everything is understood. I will still continue contact them when needed. (I hope not soon), I say this I hope not soon, because NO ONE wants a car accident, body injured due to a car accident. Rod Khavari is my attorney, will be my attorney to go. Do not use this law firm for Family Law matters. I am sure they are great with their Personal Injury case handling; however we have had a horrible experience being a client of this law firm for a Family Law case; and we have made them aware of the same. Trying to get a refund of a retainer for work they did not do is near impossible, and riddled with mistakes and delays.

I worked with Christian Havens on a personal injury case and he got me a better outcome than I couldve imagined. As someone who has zero experience dealing with the legal system at all, I was hesitant to even wade into these waters and considered forgetting the whole thing, but Christian made the whole experience worry-free. I could fully trust him to take care of everything and he required minimal effort from me, but was always available to answer any questions I had as I struggled to make sure I understood the legalese and he was always patient with my what if concerns. Unfortunately, I don t have anything good to say! Met with a paralegal, Jesus for consultation. He told me to make an appointment. I came to my appointment after waiting for more than hour he tells me Mr. Khavari is busy working on an important case and to email him and assured me that he will respond. Well, I wasted my time and didn t receive a response. When I called to pay and hire them, they never returned my call. I am extremely disappointed in their service. You could just say no, I wouldn t accept thus case instead of wasting my time!

I had a car accident case with K&M recently, and it was very satisfactory. I highly recommend this firm, if you are looking for an attorney for an auto collision case. I know timing can vary by case, but it took them to get my case to a close in only 7 months. Also, communication is a pat of their strengths. Ive talked with Jae Jung (legal assistant), and he was very responsive whenever I called in for questions. (Note, calling in is always faster and better way than writing an email) Ive actually never talked with the attorneys even once, and that was never an issue.

I had the best experience with Mr Khavari and Mr Camargo. My case was not only an unusual one, but it got a little sticky with the law toward the end. I cant thank K & M enough for how much they helped me in this incident and had it all cleared up in the quickest amount of time possible. I was terrified throughout the whole process, for 8 years. I was a dependent when I first came here and I didnt have any idea what anything meant, so much information I still dont understand, but K&M took the time, and patience to help me understand. Always had that box of tissues ready! Any questions I had while waiting, I just emailed and within the day I would get a response. Not that I had many questions as the firm is so thorough. I have experienced the immigration process with 2 different attorneys, both of which failed to complete the necessary documents and follow ups needed to get my green card. I finally found K&M and attained them immediately. Within a couple of months, I started to get results. First my workers permit and travel permit, then my interview, and a few weeks later, I got the email stating I had been accepted and my green card will be delivered within 2 weeks. They got everything done for me. And so so fast! I could go on forever about how amazing they have been for me and my family. I wasnt just a paycheck.. they wanted to help me. And they did. I would and will recommend K&M to everyone dealing with USCIS.. Please inform your receptionist better or hire competent people who provide ACCURATE information over the phone. Great way to attract customers! Obviously you just lost a client. Mr. M came in, sat down, no introduction kept looking at the watch and wanted to get out the moment he walked in. Our 30 mins consultation lasted 5 mins. He spoke in highly disrespectful way almost rude. I have not dealt with many attorneys, but surely have with a lot of humans. And thats the level these attorneys lack. Basic manners 101.
