9/13/24 @9:15 I came into get my bowl. I have a broken foot and was on crutches the girls working rushed to open the door to help assist me Both were super sweet and very welcoming this service is so appreciated I hope these girls get noticed for thier kindness!

Manager fires someone almost everyday for the slightest inconvenience. Overtime wages are not paid to the employees. Would not recommend going there and supporting her business in any way.

Walked in and was stared at. No hello be with you in a minute nothing other than awkward stares from staff. So we left and decided to go elsewhere. Not gonna pay $10 for rude employees and help owner live in his house.

We order often there but this will be the last time we order. Both of the work that were there in 7/18/2023 at 8:40am were very rude my son asked about our order the lady rolled her eyes and said can t you see we are working on it it definitely not called for. We made an online order it said it would be ready at 8:30 we understand people get busy but that tone and attitude was not called for

Employees acted like they didn t see us for more than 5 minutes. When they finally did get around to taking our order, they stood around and chatted instead of making our order. Good way to waste 20 minutes I guess.

Horrible customer service. Lady (brunette hair) saw us there and didnt take our order until 5/6 minutes after when the store was completely empty. When taking the order she had an attitude and when getting my order she didnt give it correctly and i was charged for the extra thing she didnt give me. She gave me attitude when i told her about the missing item and completely rolled her eyes at me and annoyed she didnt seem to fix the problem so I just left and told her it was fine. She obviously has an attitude problem and if she doesnt like to work there maybe find another job that doesnt require for her to greet people because she cant even do that right.

Worst smoothie I have ever had from a Smoothie King. On March 16, 2023, I stopped in around 3pm. I ordered a 32 oz chocolate hulk smoothie. The first smoothie, that the young guy made, wasnt a full cup. I made a question about it and he was told to make another. The second smoothie was made. I grabbed it and left. Once I began drinking, noticed it tasted watered down and awful. Not sure if he is in training but that was a waste of $12 for me. I will not be back to that location again.

We like some Smoothie King for sure. Only complaint is that the large drink is 40oz but the cup is 44oz so it always looks like youre not getting what you paid for. They immediately remade the order with no question. Customer service is top notch. The smoothies are really good. Well be back because we go all the time.

My menu smoothie was made as described. Staff was efficient but not personable. The cashier said only what was needed and nothing else. Even after being informed that Id never been there before there was nothing to say about how the Smoothies can be made with options. Or why there was a wall of supplements behind me. And I was literally the only one in the store.

Marcy is the best! She is kind and always makes our smoothies with a consistent taste. I have to be strict with what I put in my smoothies and Marcy is the only person who has gotten my orders correct 100% of the time. I order 3-5 times a week. She is fast, very knowledgeable about ingredients and the smoothies. Several others have incorrectly made my orders and the wait has been over 30 minutes before, especially when ordering through the app. You still wait 15+ minutes at times when you go to pick it up in the mornings and afternoon. Update: I started to go in the evening and Haley has made my smoothies a few times and she makes them perfect. She is really nice and is always smiling! Love the evening staff at smoothie king.

Tried to place an Uber Eats order here and then on my way to pick up it was cancelled. I went ahead and just went inside to order. There was some confusion when placing the order as to what was actually in the smoothie. But, another young woman stepped in to help. Smoothies came out quick and as ordered. I gave a low rating because they had canceled my pickup order and it was not busy. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time if they re just going to cancel it.

The only reason it s 2 stars is because the smoothie was delicious. I ordered ahead with the app, I was purposely 10 min later then my pickup time said it would be ready. It still wasn t ready by the time I got there, I ended up waiting an entire 32 minutes for 1 smoothie!! This has happened multiple times I ve ordered here. On top of that the employees were extremely rude. Won t be going there anymore!

Just tried their smoothies for the first time and they re great! The place I used to go to charged $16 for 2 smoothies and the cups weren t even big, but here I got 2 20oz smoothies for 11 bucks and it s super good! The staff was very kind as well. I think I just found my new favorite smoothie place

Great as always, the cashiers were super friendly and attentive! My smoothie was done quick and fresh, it was delicious!!! Google maps has it in the wrong location, suggested an edit already. I m so glad we finally getting one in Odessa and one in Midland!
