It was a great size for event the only problems I do have is both restrooms were overflowing within 30 minutes in of our party they tried to say it was us but both stalls overflowed at the same time . We called and they sent someone to fix it and it took maybe an hour for someone to get out there. We got them to bring us Porta potty s that arrived another hour / hour 1/2 ish later. Due to this a lot of my guest left. Not only that but I have tried calling the owners to see if we can drop off the key to the building and see if we could get our deposit and then some for the inconvenience (about 6 times myself and 4 times my husband) and they do not answer. This is the same location for mi pueblito rv park. If you want to live in a trashy place, this is it. The electrical installations do not meet NEC. They allow dog kennels (bark all night). dont bother in complaining to the owner because she doesnt care.
