Robert Tsai was exactly how he was described in his bio on the Robert Tsai law firm website and on the reviews from other clients. Although my divorce was fairly simple with no complications, I can earnestly say that he was very efficient and speedy in handling my case. He was very quick to respond to emails sent even when I sent them on the weekends or on off hours i.e. after 5pm during the weekdays. His staff is very professional and articulate in handling the various documents that need to be submitted. The ease of communication was appreciated as well, whether it be email correspondence, phone or zoom. His efficiency in uploading all communication both zoom calls and executed documents was a great bonus. My first impression of Robert upon meeting him was that he was a real go getter that would fight for you and not waste time on getting your legal matters attended too, which became truth when I accepted his counsel and had him represent me. I would highly recommend using Robert in any legal family issues that you have. You will not be disappointed.

I Learned of Robert Tsai from word of mouth. I was going trough a very tough custody issue. I was trying to work out a set schedule to visit with my sons. I had previously made a legal agreement when I signed up to pay child support with standard visitation. However, their mother refused to follow the stand possession order and left me to enforce my legal fatherly rights. In addition, I did not feel that my children were living on the best environment. Robert listened to my story and took me on as a client. He assured me that the case should be pretty simple and easy. What we thought would be a few months of negotiations turned into a very long and drawn out battle for custody that took over a year to complete. After attending mediation, and seeing the difficulty of what we had to cooperate with to reach an from of an agreement for the betterment of the children, Robert gave me the advice needed to work towards the boys coming to live with their stepmother and me. Throughout the entire process, he offered me excellent legal advice to help me not only understand how to deal with what I was going through, but to also help me grow as a father and person. I owe all my gratitude to Robert Tsai as he helped me fight through what I thought was an impossible battle. On August 21st 2023 the Judge signed an Order making me the primary Conservator of my two sons. We now have a chance to make sure our sons grow up happy and healthy between both homes.

Robert Tsai not only restored my faith in the legal profession, he restored my faith in humanity. He responds to emails immediately, is respectful, knowledgeable, smart, and basically just a good person. I can t recommend him enough. Anyone would be lucky to have him on their side during a divorce. I retained him post-divorce to complete a QDRO that had been stalled d/t wrong information and incompetence. He answered every question I had immediately and was able to complete the QDRO process fairly quickly. Wish I had known to hire him from the beginning of the entire divorce process. He is the best.

Robert Tsai recently took on a very complicated, high-conflict divorce for a friend of mine and I was quite impressed with his ability to jump into the middle of a case with very little preparation time for a jury trial (rare in divorce cases) against a very aggressive opposing counsel. Mr. Tsai is an excellent strategist with extensive technical knowledge and he serves his clients with a no-nonsense, best practices skill set! Beware of an attorney who promises the sun just to get your business. Mr. Tsai is the opposite a straight-shooter grounded in practical, efficient, and contemporary methodology. He practices with a very high-level of ethics and professionalism and treats his clients with dignity and respect. Wonderful Human. Amazing attorney! Robert is a Talented Attorney and will fight with intelligence and integrity to your cause. I lost Primary, we lost this Jury trial. And I am STILL forever grateful. He came on my case last minute 3 weeks befor my Jury trial and fought off Robert Hoffman a well know bullying attorney. He could not fix the damage that had been done to my case and petition by my past Attorneys, but He was quick to his feet and Constantly working to remedy the problem. He brought in extra Talent Jorge Lopez & Nick Traylor to help bolster my case and they did just that! It was a bitter fight to the end and Robert Tsai was Amazing!! I wish I had met him sooner ,although in my personal matter my situation would likely had continued. An Attorney is only as good as the respondent and sadly only they can change their behavior. I would absolutely recommend the Law office of Robert Tsai!! They are personable, customer oriented, friendly and really care of the client, not just the fee!! They take the time to carefully explain your options and dont give you unrealistic expectations. This was greatly appreciated since there were no surprises. Phenomenal advocate and true civil servant. I came to Mr Tsai with a complex, year long case that previous counsel had botched. I wish I had hired Mr Tsai from the start. He saved us SO much time and money, thanks to his vast knowledge and experience, efficient communication with the courts and opposing counsel, and effective strategy which allowed him to run circles around costlier and ineffective opposing counsel. Robert made my extremely challenging divorce case as easy as possible. He was very knowledgeable and diligent with ever aspect of my case. One big concern of mine when dealing with lawyers is their communication. I really felt as if I was Roberts top priority and he always answered or got back to me quickly. When it came time for trial, he made sure I was comfortable and as prepared as legally possible. In the end after a very ugly trial in Montgomery Co, where I feel dads dont get much consideration, I got full custody of my children. This man is an amazing person and attorney.

I wish Robert practiced more than just family law because by far he is the best attorney I ever had. He is always well prepared, keeps you updated every step of the way, and responds right away. During the most stressful times, I was able to stay calm thanks to Robert because I knew I was in good hands. It is rare to find an attorney you can trust 100% without a doubt. Robert was not only professional and considerate during my terrible onslaught by my ex but his experience surpassed every other attorney on the case. His knowledge of Texas law and sound judgement is beyond anyone I could have ever asked to represent me and my children.
