First time i went to this location it was perfect. Food was fresh and well prepared, staff was friendly. Went Saturday and the order wasnt right, cashier was still very nice but i didnt return to fix the order. Might check to see if theres another location in Odessa or Midland.

They don t have enough people working. We waited for about 10 min before anyone came to get our order. There was a young man by the counter just chilling there. When we told him we were ready to order he said there were only 2 people working. There were ay least 4 employees there. We saw multiple people come in and wait for a while, then leave due to lack of service. I believe they give profit to those going through drive thru.

Just came to order food and the lady working 6/21/24 at 8:58 *managers look at the schedule and time because it was only a few people there* was so rude and ugly to us because we ordered food and forgot to order some more so we asked them to add 2 more hot dogs at the window and she came and said no you ll have to go around and order again with a ugly attitude like fighting attitude like she s miserable working there at her grown age she said yall can go back around and order yall are holding up the line and slammed the window and rolled her eyes like if she s forced to be here working like it s our fault she works there all grown acting like that like she lied at her interview about her customer service she needs to get a better job or fix her attitude because that s not something people want to see or hear getting food there she needs to do better it s already ghetto in there as it is now she s just making it more ghetto being like that

I ordered 12ct of mini corn dogs and they gave me 12ct of jalapeño poppers then I went in to get it fixed and they gave me another 12ct jalapeño poppers so my girlfriend went in to fix it for the second time and they said she was lying trying to get more food, even after we have back the jalapeño poppers.

We were shocked at the condition of this location today. It has been a while since we have ate inside and it has always been good in the past, but today was a different story. The whole floor in the dinning area was dirty and slick to walk on. The tables were sticky. The front counter had dried tea stains from tea that was spilled on the counter and left there. The ice machine was empty. The bathroom was horrible with paper towels and toilet paper on the floor and the entire bathroom floor was covered in water and was very trashy and disgusting. We were very shocked at the conditions inside.

I came here several times and ever time I ve witnessed cooks and cashiers wearing no gloves at all handling everyone s food.. today I witnessed a worker come in after break and go straight to handling people food. I ve told them and the manager several times to wear gloves and they still don t. I m calling the health department and the head quarters in California about this place. And I have pictures of it. This Restaurant or Fast food place is NO GOOD we showed up around 5:30 pm and thier was flies all over inside we then we being to order well the Coke Machine was not working and all the food we order was cold even the French fries my wife hotdog had a fly stuck on it we then returned all the food back then I looked at the kitchen floor thier was all kind of food on the floor We left everything on the Cashier Counter and left the place. I went with my 2 boys to have dinner. But as soon as we walked in the place looked awful. Dead flies on the tables and it smelled awful like old cooking oil and cleaning products. The kitchen looked dark no lights. Only 2 people were working. The kitchen floor looked dirty and wet. It was disgusting and gross in this place. I have not been in here in years until Friday. They need to update the kitchen, counters, and overall restaurant. They need to get inspected ASAP! I will not eat here in the future until they update the restaurant and clean it. Not impressed at all. Ordered 2 kraut dogs and 2 Chicago dogs. Said they didnt have mustard. I said, you dont have mustard at a hot dog restaurant? No one was ahead of me. Some advice: if you go there and want a kraut dog, bring your own kraut. It was pathetic. On top of which, I promise you cannot find a dog at the supermarket as small as theirs. This place is a laughing stock . Went twice today once for a friend and once for myself and my wife . Seems to be the same issue no matter what time you come through this facility. The customers at the drive-through should not have to wait on the drive-through person to say hang on a minute. They are super slow and When you want chili cheese fries instead of regular fries they charge you the full price of chili cheese fries instead of just adding chili and cheese and then they tell you that that s the way the system is set up. Will not ever go back to the store again
