I went in to order a quesadilla and between the portion size and the customer service it was horrible ! I felt as if I was a bother to the cashier and the employee handling my food ! they had pans and dirty containers on top of the chips . no chips on the shelf . Not nice very rude . my food was cold ! The cashier i m guessing her name is jasmine extremely rude and brushed me off . I love chipotle but after this experience I will not be back. If you do not like your job then find another one !! Don t make customers feel like crap and a bother for wanting to order dinner!

Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurant Chipotle in Allen, Texas, has good healthy food, very tasty with fresh ingredients for building your burrito bowl, grabbing tacos, or if youre keeping it healthier...getting a salad or a lifestyle bowl. Youll be happy choosing Chipotle for lunch or dinner. I absolutely love that you can make your meal your own... by choosing the ingredients you like. Customer service at this location wasnt all that bad. However, customer service wasnt all good either. Some of the staff working the front serving... appeared to have attitudes. Always remember, customers will remember how you treat them. Good customer service is a must. Other than that... this is a good location with good food. I recommend it.

They have been sliding downhill for a while, but this is the most poorly-managed chipotle I ve even experienced. On multiple occasions they have marked orders as ready to pick up and then not started them until 15 minutes later. To make matters worse, they can t even assemble basic food items. Check out this chicken quesadilla anything missing? Once could be a bad shift, over and over means incompetent supervisors.

Been eating chipotle since 2007. My experience was this. I got there 11:20ish that morning. My order is simple. Bowl, 2 tortillas wrapped separately, white rice, xtra veges, double chicken, corn and thats it. This lady, tall, about 57 was to disturbed that I asked for extra veges and that I complained about my double chicken not looking like double, mind you, it will be paid for. Her response, we just opened and this all we have. Have never been back to chipotle since.

I recently visited Chipotle and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Upon receiving my meal, I discovered insect eggs on my lettuce. This is absolutely unacceptable and a major health concern. It was disgusting and completely ruined my appetite. The young lady behind the counter was clearly in a rush for something. She kept yelling white or brown rice I d say give me a second as I was reading off multiple lunch orders from my phone. Black or pinto constantly yelling I guess I wasn t answering fast enough. Poor customer service. Someone had order a protein bowl she had no idea what goes in it. Again I was putting in the order for the office and was reading off a text. Someone went to the back and got a flyer with its contents. The gentleman was polite & helpful I d give him 5 stars. Came this night to order a children s Byo tacos. I have never had an issue, or charge, when I ask for a side of red salsa and corn for my chips. The bowl I received was portioned poorly. I asked for extra rice and beans and they proceeded to only give me a regular serving of both. If I could give no stars I would. This is the 3rd time I have been at this location when they ve mixed the meat with beans. Today there was pinto beans all through the Barbacoa meat. When I ask if there s anymore meat without beans, because I don t eat beans, she said no and looked at as if I was crazy when I know and she knows that beans don t go in the meat. They meat was half gone, and there wasn t any coming up off the grill. I have been in the restaurant business for over 20 yrs your cook had 3 other pans of chicken but none of the other meats that s unacceptable

This chipotle already opens at 10:45 compared to most at 10:30, but they never actually open at 10:45. Sometimes they ll let you in the door a little after 10:45, but then you have to stand there for 10mins before they let you go down the line. Then they treat you like you are such an inconvenience for having the audacity to show up during the working hours posted on their door.

Id like to start this off by saying they removed my updated review where I informed everyone that their employees stole my wallet, lol... this chipotle has seen better days. I stopped by today with my siblings, and the rice is undercooked. The chips are stale, and theres none of the organic lemonade. Its packed, its dirty, its loudand the music sucks.

This Chipotle location is so horrible that the entire staff should be fired and this location should be shut down. I am normally not this mean. And I normally don t post bad reviews. However, on multiple occasions, this location has missed my additions, packing only partial orders. I keep going there because it s the only location near me and I m lazy to drive around. But corporate, you have to do something. Also, we notified the staff about no ice- my 7 year old even commented about why they would not do anything. And trust me, they were not busy. There were maybe 1-2 customers in line.

I came in today during lunch & placed an order 1 bowl (white rice, black bean & meat) than a burrito (white rice, black beans & meat) however after taking a few bites I realized there was hardly any meat & mostly rice so I went back inside & explained it to the cashier who went to speak with the manager (Daniel Moya) who is also the person who made my orders .she was head bopping and said out loud to him that she made the meal & therefore it s the right amount & wasn t going to do anything about it! So when he came over to tell me this he also dismissed me & continued to the next customer She then walked over unapologetic with a mean face & reiterated what she had also told him I then opened the burrito & showed her infact barely any meat At this point I m upset like I m paying $35 at lunch time & this is the way the store manager is treating me as a customer like really I told her this is not the way you treat a customer .then when other customers also sided with me as they started to see what was happening I literally threw the rest of the burrito in the trash & let her know I will be sharing this with the public .TERRIBLE way to treat customers

What has happened to customer service? I work in the hotel industry so I get that dealing with people can be difficult, but that doesn t excuse rude behavior. My husband is a restaurant manager. We get it. But this was my second time at this location. This chipotle invented new bowl - 50% of peppers and 50% of it is Rice. Literally paid for more meat. I guess this chipotle location is trying real hard to save on meats or is pepper the new meat. I literally had 6 bite size pieces of chicken and tea Spoonful of corn. Thank you for your great service I ll make sure to report this and never use your location again.

Terrible customer service. Order was placed through Chipotle app but they had no record of it. Rather than trying to resolve this issue, cashier asked me for proof that I had indeed placed an order. Showed her notification on Chipotle app but she wanted confirmation number. Pulled confirmation number up from email and showed it to her. She then wanted proof that I had actually paid for it. Not going to this location again. They need to train their staff better.

Terrible if I could leave a negative star I would. Went in around nine little to nobody in line and ordered a quesadilla. And all they said was that s only ordered online and refused to make a simple quesadilla. Just a bit ridiculous weather I type it in on my phone or say it in person there was nobody behind me . I regrettably must leave a one star review, it has to do with the attitude of the cashier. I was informed at checkout that they were out of chips for the evening, it was one hour to closing, no big deal. I asked for two tortillas, I was proceeded to be charged for said tortillas. I get it, the business has to pay for the product that you re selling to the customer. She had a horrible attitude and said you were going to pay for the chips anyway. Next time I ll just leave the food there and drive 1.2 miles up north to the chipotle on Stacy, I guess it s my bad for not making that decision at the time and still giving this franchise my money. Maybe other staff members are more accommodating, it just wasn t my experience this evening.

This place is JUST Terrible. They deserve ZERO star. We have been experiencing problems with our app orders at this location in the last couple of months. They have been filling our orders incorrectly, meats in vegetarian burrito bowls, white rice instead of brown rice, hair in food and extra salty which in all cases we had to dump those meals in the trash can. We ordered some food online tonight with sour creams on the side but when we opened the bag at home we realized that there were no sour creams. We had to drive all the way back to Chipotle but we were told that they were all out of sour creams! If it had been disclosed that they did not have sour cream while we were placing those orders or when we were picking up our food, we would not had ordered those meals at that location. I still cant figure out how a Mexican restaurant would be out of sour cream couple of hours before closing and how their workers would not know the difference between white and brown rice. They dont care about their customers at all. That was our last meals from Chipotle.
