Poorly managed. They leave the phone on hold so that you can t call in. They don t manage their online order service well. I placed an order online and then clicked the link to alert them I was coming 20 min before and they said they couldn t find my order. And they said that they can t go off of an order number? Weird. I once showed up 45 min before they closed and was told that they were out of fries but the truth is that they turned off the fry grease early to go home. There is literally packages of fries in front of register.

Excellent fast food place, one of the best here in Odessa. My husband and I frequent it a lot, the guys who serve you are very friendly, delicious burgers and everything is very clean and organized. We personally like it a lot.

Food is usually done as requested and is better than most other 5 guys that we visit. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The fries are sometimes not seasoned whenever asked, and it depends on the person at the time as to how much you get. I would give 5 stars, but they need to put something on the bottom of the wood chairs. All 5 guys need to. Whenever people slide the chairs back, its awful loud!

Cashier is rude and talks too softly. First time at a five guys so I was new at ordering here. Instead of helping me she talked under her breath about what I wanted on my burger then got upset when I asked her to repeat herself. Usually really delicious and filling, tonight? Not so much. Ordered a little bacon cheese and little fry, my burger bun was soggy which is a first, didnt add all my condiments and the for paying $4 for a little fry. My cup wasnt even full. No fries in the bag like normal. Very upsetting. Spent $15 for McDonalds like quality food.

If I could give this place more stars I would. Not over hyped at all. Its clear to see why theyre renowned and recieved awards. Ive been to multiple of their franchises and the consistency in quality and taste stays phenomenal! A true burger joint that focus on their craft which is burgers! No over the top frills or oddities, just amazing flavor and a classic vibe. The fries are unique as well, both regular and Cajun style; deep fried in peanut oil to cripy perfection. Great place to get a succulent burger! And free peanuts too. People with allergies be warned
