Absolutely the worst for delivery. A scheduled delivery took over an hour PAST the scheduled delivery time. I wish I could say it was the first time, but I felt like giving them a second chance.....nope. Save the Hangry family and order from ANYWHERE else. I think even from Dallas would get to you faster.

Ordered through Uber. I ordered a well done pizza (which I ve ordered here before and it was perfect). My pizza was completely burnt top to bottom. Filed a complaint with Uber to get my money back but also called the store to let them know. They actually knew what pizza I was talking about and tried to say it s because of the way their oven cycles. That s fine that your oven does that. But don t put a burnt pizza in a box and serve it. Especially when you KNEW putting it in there that it was burnt and might be an issue. Don t order I guess if their oven is cycling.

Vegetarian options: I bought 2 vegetarian and 2 cheese pizzas for my students for a school event. I specifically repeated 2-3 times 2 cheese and 2 vegetarian and please clean cut. I couldn t find a chance to eat with my students and I just put one of the box with 3 slices in my car. I just took a slice and bit it and I saw a pepperoni. I was shocked. I just put all of them in the trash can because I cannot eat pepperoni. I called them, they took my phone number but still nobody called me back.

I was missing all of the extra 8 sauces we ordered. The driver said they should be in the boxes (which they werent). My pizza was also missing the extra toppings I had ordered. I immediately tried calling Papa Johns and was met with being on hold for over 15 mins with no answer, so I gave up. Since I live in Manor, its not worth trying to go there directly. Wont be ordering from them again.

I ordered a carry out pizza by phone, the guy who took my order told me would be ready in 15 minutes and how much it would cost me. When l got to the store, they didnt even have my order in the system. They started a new order.For some reason that l dont understand, the guys who were making g the pizza, delayed about 10 minutes to put my pizza in a box and give it to me, Making me wait for it unnecessarily. I waited on hold for 42 minutes just to be told by whoever answered that the managers are refusing to answer the phone he said he was a manager and then wanted to call me back. I gave him my number then he asked me if I could come pick up the pizza. I asked him if he was serious and he hung up on me. This place is trash. Obviously, the workers are trash. stay away.

PJs has to get rid of their contracted delivery. The last 5 orders have been late, missing food, and even pieces of my order missing! I have total sympathy for the store managers because I am sure they are losing money and customers because they cant maintain quality delivery and have to remake orders or give credit. DoorDash is the delivery service that are responsible for my poor service ratings. I just cant give them another chance when someone has eaten food out of my box. I was on hold for over 45 min. and no response at the store. Sharing pics. Note that the sides around the missing piece is soft so the food was taken out after it was baked.

The quality of pizza differs from time to time, and most of the time Door Dash is the delivery service. Our New York style cheese pizza was a completely different size and style than the New York style pepperoni, so I think they gave us a standard cheese pizza in a New York box.

Morgan was absolutely not pleasant to deal with. I originally found a grey hair in my food. while waiting for the remake I witnessed quite a few unsanitary things from morgan. He constantly rubbed his nose/ hair and touched the pizza boxes while also making pizzas! The remakes were made absolutely wrong. Please do better!

Papa Johns has my favorite pizza crust. Their garlic parm bread sticks are just the pizza dough cut into strips and its a thing of beauty. This particular location, though, earned its 5 stars due to their thoughtfulness. I posted a pic of this, but needless to say, Im a big fan of sauces. I dip every pizza bite in the garlic cup and the crust and bread sticks in the pizza sauce, so I always order extra cups. Many times at other places, with that many sauces, some will bust open and create a mess. This store, however, sent my sauces in the Papa Bowls containers to keep them together. Very thoughtful. As for the rest of it, the pizza was delicious. Also tried the chicken parm bites. Not great, not terrible, but you come for the pizza anyway and it was on point.

I recently ordered 1 pizza and decided to treat myself since I was working extended hours. I browsed and noticed their website shows option to packets of crushed peppers and parmesan I figured for $25.00 it was worth it. I received no packets at all. I called the location and the manager told me they stopped having any of the packets back in June, since she started working there, and she could not do any concessions since they would have been free anyway. I would not have ordered if I knew I would have to eat a less than savory pizza which by the way upset my stomach and working extra hours, I could not drive anywhere to get food that day. My point being What is a pizza without the little extras, and why offer them if they dont have them? Be advised the website showing extras is false advertisement. Their Customer Service line did not help. $25.00? Very disappointed. Never again.

I drove all day for work and finally settled into my hotel. This location closes at 10pm and I placed my order online at 9:15pm. I got my delivery (Sunday night) at 9:50pm. The delivery driver was friendly. I ordered buffalo wings. Didnt taste good. They were soggy and not crispy. The PaPa bowl was awesome! Very impressed with it. I would order it again. I was reminded of why I hadnt been to Papas over 10 years today Just to play with my taste buds I ordered something small & quick that takes no time . My pick up order was suppose to be ready in 10 min. When I arrived 10 minutes later I paid and waited. While waiting I over heard my order had not been prepared nor on its way. Hate writing a bad review for this location, never had a problem until now. After reading others reviews it seems to be that Grubhub is ruining this locations reputation. We ordered from the Parmer Ln. location in Pflugerville and the results were less than acceptable. After placing the order, the website said it would be 32 mins. It actually took an hour and a half to be delivered. Then they couldnt even get the order correct. Somehow, ham looks like pepperoni to these guys. We then attempted to call the store and speak to someone only to be put on hold for another 20 mins. Serious lack of customer service at this location. Next time, Ill just drive to Dominoes and avoid this place.

Do not order from this location. We placed an order that was canceled after an hour and a half. When we called to find out why the order canceled, they said that the GrubHub driver told them we didnt want it anymore. We communicated that we did still want it and asked for them to proceed with the delivery. Another hour and a half later, still no pizza. What makes it even worse is that now no one will even answer the phone. My husband waited on hold for over 45 minutes and no one picked up. I want to say that I would never order from Papa Johns again, but I know thats not true. This location though will definitely never be one that we order from again. We have purchased the Gourmet Vegetarian Thin Crust and have loved it because we can make the crust crispy by taking it off the tray after 10 minutes and put on the oven rack for 2 minute intervals. Now (as we were told) due to a change in the dough formula it sticks to the tray and you are unable to remove it. We will return whenever this problem is corrected. Thanks

My review is similar to others. I ordered a large pizza and included a 30% tip. I ordered the pizza around noon, but delayed the order till 545pm. At 552 a car pulls up and I assume its the delivery guy. However after 10 minutes, he hasnt left the car. Another 5 minutes past and I decided to call PJs. After being on hold for 15 minutes, I was told that my pizza was delivered on time. I decided to look out my window to take a closer look and the person in the car was eating a pizza. I assume the dasher decided to eat my pizza and marked it delivered. I assume he also is tracked by GPS which would explain why he ate it in front of my house. I told the PJ employee that I think the delivery guy is eating my pizza and he didnt seem surprised. About 5 minutes later the dasher slowly drove away. PJS remade the pizza, but advised me to pick it up. It was ready when I arrived, but was a huge hassle. This location was my go to for months and I ordered pizza from there weekly. However since switching to DD the deliveries are taking longer and the pizzas are cold when they arrive. PJS typically sends a free pizza coupon when this happens, but even the free pizza is not worth the hassle. Ill try again in a few months. Maybe theyll find some delivery drivers.

Its somewhat a shame that 1 star is the lowest I can give. Ive ordered from here 2 or 3 times before with no real issue. Pizza was good. It was delivered on time. Tonight, I ordered and was told 80-90 mins. Thats long but I can get places being busy. But 90 minutes later, their website shows it still being made. So, word is PJs is using Door Dash delivery drivers now. I have had horrible experiences with delivery since they switched to DD. This has been my main pizza place for years. Not any more. The amount of disgusting things I have experienced since the switch over I wont be ordering delivery at Any PJs till they nix DD. Worst. Business. Decision. Ever. I waited on hold for 45 minutes and no one picked up. Our order was missing items and they delivered the wrong pizza, 40 minutes after the stated delivery window. Then they wouldnt answer their phone to make it right.

Order a pizza through the Papa Johns app. They had Door Dash to deliver. The delivery guy didnt even ring the door bell, he just left it at the door and walked away. I left a 25% tip at the time I ordered using the app so I would expect at least a doorbell ring. I called the store and the guy just wanted to put it on Door Dash, but I didnt order from Door Dash. He complained that they too busy to take a complaint and then hung up. Ill be calling the store manager tomorrow.

I have been ordering from this location for 4 years now and NEVER a problem, the food quality is great, good menu choices and food is ALWAYS hot and delicious. I am always highly satisfied. I normally choose pick up for my orders. This last time I chose delivery. I was quoted 30 minutes and an hour went by when I received a call from door dash saying the driver with my food was at a post office and that my address line 1 did not come through from Papa Johns. When i asked what options I had they just said we can still bring the food. I was upset because why didnt the driver ask the store before they left if not showing or even call me when they picked up my order to get my address. Door dash customer service who contacted me was NO help. Just said where driver was and asked for my address so can drop off. I called Papa johns and got to speak to the Mgr. Jeremy. I explained to him the situation and how I was no longer comfortable consuming the food that was out with the driver all this time and it would be cold. Jeremy listened attentively apologized and advised he would have my order re-made and I could come pick it up. That he would handle cancelling the order with door dash. Jeremy made EVERYTHING OKAY and as normal the meal was WONDERFUL hot and delicious and just as ordered. Thank you Jeremy for caring for your customer and making it right!!! I recommend this Papa Johns to everyone in Pflugerville area looking for good food with great price and specials! Thank you Jeremy and Pap johns team!!!

I placed an order for pick up tonight. At 7pm. Went to get my pizza 1hr 30mins later and was told it was not ready. They took my payment and told me my order was in the oven. Waiting in the store I see my tracking get updated to picked up. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PIZZA NEARLY 3hrs later. They gave my pizza away to someone else. Remember Ive already paid AND have been in the store waiting to have them call my name the last 30/40mins Unacceptable !!!!!!!!!

I made a pick up order online at 6:13pm for 4 Papadillas, a large specialty pizza, 8 wings and a 2 liter soda. It said itd be ready in 40-50 minutes. I got to the store at 6:50 to where the front counter guy (about 58 average build with close to a mullet of blonde hair somewhere in his 20s) told me itd be another 15 minutes. I stood in the corner observing everything from then on where a slew of thats Fd up events crossed my mind too many times: An angry customer came in with an issue about his wings and his call about the issue getting hung up on (by the front counter guy) after saying he couldnt help the guy (believable after my observations). The self proclaimed manager, Gus (about 6, very slim white male in upper 20s-mid 30s), was summoned to where he only offered to make another order of wings but didnt offer anything for his inconvenience (traditional in these events). After that, a lady asked about her order that was taking over 1.5 hours at the time so she asked to cancel her order and get her money back. The counter guy completely ignored her and asked the next customer in line what they needed! Complete shun! Gus was eventually summoned again after a second customer requested their money back to where Gus left his dough prepping station to handle the issues on the computer. When he was done, without washing his hands, he went back to dough prepping. Thats when I called him over and informed him of his service countermans reluctance to deal with fairly easy discrepancies and then about his health code violation of cross contamination between a keyboard (used by multiple employees) and the food product. He didnt respond but went back to his station. Multiple customers would ask about their orders and hed ignore them. They went with the standard were really busy but I use to manage the Pflugerville Pizza Hut when it was a restaurant/buffet on top of the carry out+delivery right next to a highschool with a lot of activity with an equal inside staff (6, excluding delivery drivers) and never had these issues that werent easily fixed to satisfy the customer. I counted 6, with each station manned at Papa Johns as well. I finally got my order at 7:16 but they got it wrong (got Jalapeno poppers instead of my wings) so I had to get those replaced. Finally by 7:27 I was out of there. The only reason for 2 stars and not the one is because the cook and the packer did their jobs perfectly; food tasted great and the correct sauces were with them. The service counterman needs to be put as cook, as he cant/wont deal with customers there and Gus needs more training in conflict resolution and health codes. Well take our business to either Pizza Hut or Dominos from now on.

Had a great experience ordering from them for first time for delivery to the Spirit of Texas Distillery. Three guys chomped on two pizza pies which arrived hot and tasty with paper plates (which the driver brought out of forward thinking initiative delivering to bar). Great driver,great pizza from this papa johns, so 5 deserved stars! Recommend

How can people like Pizza Hut? Their pizza is so greasy. Dominos is nasty and unprofessional. Their drivers always complain about their job and how they re understaffed. Papa John s hasn t let me down so far. Pizza is on point. Delivery drivers are very nice and professional.

I usually love Papa Johns pizza, but my last experience was awful. The delivery driver was great, buuuuttt the pizza, Padilla, garlic knots, and jalapeno poppers things were all burnt. It seemed like they turned up the heat to cook them faster. There wings were the smallest hot wings Ive EVER seen. I ordered extra sauces, which I paid for, and didnt receive them. I was very disappointed in my experience at this Papa Johns.

Ordered online and paid at the pick-up location in Pflugerville. The Works was discounted online by $5. As with most of my buy online and pick-up, I quickly paid and left only later (10 min) to discover they had not applied the $5 discount. Called back and Leah tells me that as a business it is not their custom to tell customers about a lower price when they are willing to pay a higher price. My willingness was displayed by me handing them my credit card and assuming the items had been wrong up correctly. I asked them to credit me back the $5 and they said their corporate office was unwilling to allow them to retroactively credit me back the $5. Leah is either unethical or immoral for following these policies or they are not corporate policies.
