How I feel about this please I literally pulled up and there was a homeless guy I had to wait for somebody to come and move him and that took like 20 minutes then I walk in. We agreed on hot pink. It was light pink overall I feel like it s a good place for kids hanging out but honestly it s really freaking disgusting in the playground and the jumper. It stinks it smells there s plates there s cups there s pretty much everything you could name in there. It just looks so messy and trashy it showed on the website that they had a ball pit Honestly, the balls were everywhere. It was just I don t know so gross. They tell you that if you clean up you get refunded 100 also included as to take out the trash, but there s no trash cans nearby so literally cleaned up for no reason

We were impressed at how big this facility was, and we loved that there was a designated area with all of the equipment provided to do the piñatas. There were plenty of activities for the children at our party, which were ages three through nine, and the kids had a ball!! We utilized the music and love that there was a refrigerator, as well as plenty of tables and chairs. We were also impressed at how big the venue is and the floor plan did not disappoint. It was clean and very accommodating and it absolutely met all of our needs. We feel like the price to rent was very fair and the owners were very helpful and extremely accommodating! We would definitely recommend to family and friends. It was very easy to make reservations online, and I had no problems getting in touch with the owners. They were very good as well as prompt at communicating before, during, and after our event. We would definitely hold another event here in the near future.

This was a super nice experience for the family. Owner s were very kind and professional and they made the booking a venue very easy. They also provided an additional hour for setup which is very convenient. Overall I was very satisfied.

This place was a slam dunk in regards to having something for everyone! Adults had fun, kids of all ages had fun, it was great! It s spacious enough for a decent size party and has plenty for everyone to do! My ONLY complaint about this venue is that when I booked they said they would refund $50 of the deposit for cleaning up after my party. Which - cool, that s awesome. Cleaning up I assumed meant the basics of throwing away all our trash and cleaning up all of the thing we brought. But the ACTUAL definition they use for that is much more in depth - trash taken out to the dump, floors sweeped and mopped, popcorn machine cleaned, etc. Which honestly, feels pretty excessive for a $50 refund when I m already paying you $450 just to use your facility. But overall, good experience and I would definitely recommend.

Great set up to entertain kids. Owners were easy to work with but communication could be better and it wasnt the cleanest place. I do appreciate that they give you an option to provide table covers. Overall we liked the space.

Its filthy, first off. No soap in the bathroom, food on the floor, outdated games and missing pieces. The DVD player doesnt work, the toys are old and the play structure is beyond disgusting. If you can get past the fact that youll be bringing your own cleaning supplies to start your party, there is a lot of seating, two separate areas for kids and adults, and they have a microwave and fridge. Id never book here again, but if youre looking for a big place to hold a lot of kids, its better than a park on a hot day.

I recently used Memories party place for a kids birthday party and LOVED IT! I really like how the play area and eating area are separated. It keeps the loudness of the kids playing, away from the adults conversing. The reservation process went smoothly too. Sonia was very punctual, professional and answered all of my questions. The venue was clean and spacious. Plenty of tables, chairs and outlets for the catering. Also, a fridge to keep your cold entrées fresh until serving. They have a karaoke machine and even offer a photo booth with all the props. There are two TVs set up in the dining area which is perfect if you dont want to miss out on a game of your favorite team. All in all, great experience and I will be using this place again!

I booked this venue well over 6 months in advance. I ended up canceling my plans about 4 to 5 months in advance. When I emailed the owner I received no response and was blocked from all points of contact. Never received my deposit. Would not recommend since they are not trust worthy. If you need my email for proof I can send it. Just ask. And I have my confirmation deposit via text if needed to back this review.

The best place, we celebrated my wedding, we had no problems, in the end we ended up adding extra hours, especially the children also enjoy and are entertained. Its my third time booking and we were happy with the deal.

It was a personal as in only family and friends not in the public among other people It was entertaining for the children and adults with the Bluetooth music machine.. Everyone enjoyed there time there Worth it believe me its worth it Thank you for making a place like this
