Edit October 2024: they mustve fired all the associates from before. The past few times Ive gone, theyve been hit or miss. Sometimes they treat me rather well, talk to me normally, make eye contact, you know, the regular way Southern people treat each other. Other times, like recently, theyre likely to toss your drivers license back at you instead of handing it back or even simply placing it on the table; talk about you behind your back; dont even go up to you when youre at the sales desk; say really loudly you only have 40 minutes to shoot, you know, stuff most people would consider a kinda rude way of dealing with people. I went one hour and 10 minutes before closing, but I didnt even need the whole hour, or 40 minutes even, my party of two total people stayed in the lane less than 30 minutes. There was a party of 5 people behind us who seemed to be new to the range because they were all signing range waivers. They were still shooting along with at least four other lanes when we left. The safety officer inside the range was cool though. Was not rude at all. Were they mad that all these people were coming one hour or so before closing? I dont know. Then say no new shooters after 630pm. The rules dont say that though. Me and my shooting buddy are both premium members, too. Im currently looking for a different range or a different Range USA to go to. Original post 5 years ago: Great place for gun rentals. The staff at the rental area was very friendly and knowledgeable. The place is clean and the pistols/guns were clean. The safety officer on range was respectful enough to not hover, yet remained nearby enough to be cautious and aware. With her there, I felt the range was in safe hands. While the place and the prices are fine and fair, the people and service are what sets this place apart imo.

Ok all here we go, do you feel you need a good team-building experience for your employees, or how about a birthday party? How about a new shooter learning basic gun safety? Yes, sir look somewhere else. The range master said we hate parties and company gatherings. (Joe or Joel) yup, that guy. Another thing I did not find out till after we left it is unsafe to put your hands on someone with a loaded firearm in their hands while firing. Especially a teen girl. Better yet come speak to a parent or guardian. That is disrespectful and unprofessional. I have been a member for a little bit but canceled due to the bad experience with the staff. Ill take future birthday parties and corporate events where they take gun safety, personal space, and learning seriously. Oh and by the way Range USA before you send us some oh we are sorry for your experience reply, I want a phone number, not a website support help desk.... Update... so reading the response from the company that ticket the speak of was for lost membership details so I could cancel my membership not this situation. Heres a funny add how you tried to spin unsafe practices on us saying we where not adults were not present I think you should check your cameras as there was an adult close by your only trying to change face that your adult employee put hands on a child. Oh and we did call in advance for a party from what I see the business here doesnt want to except any responsibility Im pretty sure I will be seeing this business in the local news soon

We went for a family birthday get together. Grandchildren getting their first lessons in gun safety and target practice. We were 5 adults and 3 minors on 3 lanes being micro managed concerning everything. Apparently you have to already be proficient with a firearm to shoot on this range, as range attendant was unhappy with the targets being close enough for the beginners to learn, wasnt told until after we left that the attendant had been paying a little more attention to teen granddaughters and touching them at an inappropriate time(weapon up, aimed) no reason to touch them on shoulder or at all. We were told to leave because he said we were deliberately shoot too high and targets too close. They were very rude and sarcastic as we left. Membership cancelled.

We had a membership for 3 years. Only used it a handful of times. Usually great service. This is not a family oriented gun range. Very small and lane masters are extreme in the rude sense. If you are an expert shooter already and you shoot alone this may be the place for you. If you are looking to teach or learn this isnt a place Id suggest. The lane master today mentioned that they dont like having cooperate parties or large parties. However we called months ahead to let them know we have 5 adults and 3 teens teaching them gun safety. He also walked up unannounced several times touching my two neices which is inappropriate as well as dangerous. On our way out the door one of the employees was being very childish saying oh dont be too embarrassed, have a fantastic day. He was sarcastic. They mentioned the lanes dont have complete protection so you have to shoot at lower targets. We canceled our membership today only because of the extremely rude and inappropriate behavior. Like I said its not a family friendly place and they dont like cooperate parties coming in. Very very small with lanes that arent fully protected and rude employees. Not all the employees. Only 4 that I noticed. Not a bad place just not anything we would use again.

I didnt catch her name but she was working the Gun Range Cashier area (Around 2pm on 1/22/24) and she was the most helpful Employee out of all the Locations Ive visited. Says on website that you have to bring your firearms inside in a case. That is common. When I asked for a case to come in and shoot, they force you to buy one instead of a 2 minute loaner to get it in the door like almost every other range. Was looking forward to shooting today but I ll go somewhere else to avoid forced purchases when that is something that should be On the website within the rules

Didn t realize we had to be able to shoot proficiently (timed and within a certain level of accuracy at different distances to pass. Felt a little pressured by the instructor when I wasn t performing to standards (fast enough and when making errors). Comments like you re not going to make it if you continue, versus relax, adjust this way, . Felt the instructor was tired and frustrated with me immediately.

Bought a gun online, and ended up with the display model. I purchased my Shield Plus online and when I was told that my gun had shipped to the store, I went to pick it up. They go to the back and grab my gun in the box still wrapped. Theyre checking me out when they found out the serial number on my gun doesnt match the serial number on the box. So they go looking and find that my actual gun was in the display. I ask how did this happen, but they said that it must have been switched somehow. And Im thinking why? Why take somebodys online order gun and put it on display? If I wanted to buy a gun that has been fondled and messed with, dry fired, racked with an empty mag, I wouldve bought the display model. Instead I wanted a brand new gun. Nope. Also, the Shield Plus does feed the MagTech 9mm ammo they have on sale, which is very annoying. Dunno if its just the gun or if its something else who knows. Aside from that, the salesmen are typically pretty friendly, particularly Mark. The membership fees are decent especially if youre an avid shooter.

The only positive I can give is the staff being friendly. The range itself is really overpriced. You get charged $22 per hour plus a $6 fee for range maintenance. Eye protection is $4, ears are $3. I didn t realize until after that I got charged for an additional set of eyes that I did not need or ask for. Ammo at the range is higher priced for the exact same brand and caliber in their retail section, so buy the ammo there then go to the range. Additional people on the lane are $12 with the $6 fee on top of that. Their range controls are the old style flip switches and there s little to no AC in the range went in July 8th. During my time there, there were two RSOs. One allowed rapid fire, the other did not. The one that did not also greeted a new group and went over things with them. I ll keep going to defender outdoors where they have updated ranges, AC, and don t charge you extra on top of the range fee for maintenance.

The staff and instructor were friendly and helpful. My class had a variety of ages, gender and race, it was inclusive and welcoming. The class included topics such as gun safety, proper grip, determining which eye is dominant, site alignment and time shooting on the range. Rental of the gun was included with the class, I purchased bullets and my own ear and eye gear which could be rented as well. I highly recommend the class.

Ive been going to this location for almost 2 years. My wife wanted a couples night. Safety guy in the range made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Tells my wife and I if I flash him, he will shoot us. Definitely wont be coming back. Never in my life has any safety instructor had to say something so dumb. Its not necessary to say something like that. Obviously, in any situation, anyone has a right to defend themselves if a weapon is pointed towards them. The sad part is that no one cares. Owner just directed me to contact support. At least I know my wife and I will be safe, not going to Range USA.

I recently went to a Range USA store, I wasted two hours looking at weapons and finally found the one that I loved and after filling out the form they told me that I did not qualify because I was born in another country and that the store only sold weapons to people born Here, rather, North American citizens and not people with Green cards and I was wow how strange and this is discrimination because I know that as long as they have legal status in the United States we have the same rights to North American and that same day I went to another store near there where they told me that it was qualifying that I only needed to do the criminal background check.

Rented a pistol and bought a box of their ammo ( Ammo Incorporated ) per their policy to run thru said rental. I had TWELVE bad primers in that box of 50. (ie 12 rounds I didn t get to fire; they just went click ) When I returned the gun I told one employee who just looked at me. Another (seemed to be a supervisor) asked about the problem. I repeated it. His response was to laugh and say guess we need to push that brand. From a customer service standpoint, I think a refund of my rental fee for the gun was in order but that was evidently beyond them.

Let me start off with this, I have been to this range before when it was shoot point blank. Never had an issues, First time here at Range USA and wow this place is not the same now. Decided to Rent a gun.. went with the X95 bought. 223 as suggested by the Front end employee. Got into the lane and loaded the x95 and started the fun. After the first pull gun jammed. And that was the start of the worst experience in a gun range ever. The range master was no help. Some bullets got caught up on the barrel and mag. Spent more time fixing issues and trying to stay safe then actually enjoying the guns. After 5 jammed bullets and 2 miss fires i was done. Returned the gun back and ask for a refund. Management was not much help. Just gave me free lane pass. $75 later and a jammed gun Not fun!!

Range maintenance fee is a scam. For those that dont know, they make money off the brass you leave, and they make money when the lead is harvested from the bullet trap. Theyve tried to charge me this fee for the 3rd time this year because it wasnt saved in their system. Its $6 a person and at this point its been evey time Ive tried to shoot. Only once a year if the associate logs it in their system. I walked out last time, enough is enough. Stop gouging customers because most people dont understand and think this is reasonable. Save your money and go somewhere else. Your fee is a scam! Go to Shoot Smart up the road and pay one price, and you can use the lane all day if you want, not by the hour!

The class was extremely informative and helpful in making me more comfortable and feel safer handling handguns. The instructor EJ was fun and engaging. Great informative class for people new to handguns. It is not a shooting class. You will get a short shooting opportunity at the end of class to practice grip and safe gun handling. If youre wanting instruction for shooting youll probably want to look into a different class or private lessons. But if you want to learn about handgun safety this is definitely the class for you.

My husband and I came in to buy a gun Sunday the 15th. He had an email they sent for a gun that was on sale. The girl tried to argue the price and tell us it was actual MORE and didn t wanna honor their own website! After a min or 2 she gave us the online price but her nasty attitude towards us and acting like we were lying (we showed her the email they sent!), just made me so uncomfortable. I bought 1911 Springfield armory Garrison a few days ago and realized they gave a scrached pistol. Before I buy it , that product doesnt have any scratches, but after I came at home and opened up, I found scratche on the left side slide..... my family has almost spent 8k-10k dollars on this store since 2018, but because of this action, we cannot believe this store anymore. Hope you people check guns always before and after bought, dont have experience like our family.

About a year ago, my wife bought me a membership to this range under the previous name. It was great. The only thing I had to buy were my paper targets and I could bring a free guest also. Now, under the new name, I noticed we now have pay a $6 cleaning fee per person. Im not sure if that is a one-time thing or every visit. Besides all of that, its a nice place to shoot.

Stay away from this place if you dont want feel like Jewish people in 40s. On 12/08/2022 the range staff tried do not allow my 16 years old son who is the Russian citizen and legally stays in the U.S. as well as he waiting for his immigration documents. He presented his foreign passport with the valid U.S. Visa during check in and that document was declined by the range staff according to their internal instructions. Im proud U.S. Citizen and I was extremely disappointed about that situation.

Online LTC class was TERRIBLE, uninformative, & VERY much geared toward supporting cops, not gun owners. Its obvious the class was taught by a current or ex-cop. I want to know things to protect myself when carrying, NOT how to respond to the police. Also. The instructor for the range proficiency class was a NO SHOW, the staff wasnt even aware a class was to be taught that day but there were 8 of us that showed for it, & yall refused to refund our money. We were told wed have to wait another 9 days til another proficiency class was available. We took an in person class the next morning with another range & other instructors that were very friendly & helpful! They even let us sit in on the parts that were a little unclear with the online course..... no extra charge! They even followed up with us & sent us extra info as part of their courtesy services. Now that was impeccable service!-UNlike Range USA. Very disappointed in the apathy of workers, corporate, & team leaders regarding this issue. Highly doubt we will ever be frequenting your store/range again. Too many others to choose from that actually care about their customers.

Range USA solicited this review by email. They want me to review my class, specifically the proficiency portion of the Texas LTC. The problem with that is, the instructor never showed up for that class. Without explanation other than, he isnt here, 8 people stood around and waited for an hour past the scheduled class only to be told the instructor would not be coming. We were compensated with complimentary range passes to be used at another time and then told we would receive a phone call soon. They did call the next day and wanted to reschedule two weeks later. I refused and asked for refund as I had taken time from work to attend the class and was now forced to find something that worked in that time frame. They then offered a class next day with a work in to another scheduled class that was full. I declined and requested a refund. Although the range itself is nice, the shop is nice and the retail staff is of quality. I can not recommend any class taken through here as they are taught by outside instructors that have no obligation to Range USA and are not held accountable to Range USA. Remember your getting an independent contractor instructor-not a Range USA employee.

Previously Point Blank, now Range USA. Staff helpful, friendly, & safe. Be aware you pay for everything here, even after paying an entrance fee & range fee, they charge for ear protection, so bring your own. Range is hot/humid per usual & beverages are not allowed. Clean facilities.

Corporate falsely advertises, and the store is terrible at communicating issues with customers. I bought 3 guns and they cancelled my order over their mistake and didnt even try to rectify. Go to gritr sports instead, they are a better facility and their store is cheaper. Edit: inclusions and exclusions aside, you can not expect to put products online for prices in which you cant honor and then try to bait and switch. I have made a ticket and you all were very unhelpful. Not to mention when i told your customer service representative that the same product was cheaper elsewhere anyway, i was told to just buy it from there. Im not the one who entered a false price online, and i would have been willing to still buy but there was no recourse for their mistake and tries to lie about it multiple times about why they cancelled the order. They could have at least offered something for my wasted time but i will never bring my business back. They price gouge ammo and you can find better prices anywhere else and any products they have

My son and I took his newly purchased Beretta handgun to Shoot Point Blank store in Nrh that was purchased at a different store because he was having issues with the trigger. A gentleman named Dakota who was working behind the counter worked on the gun for over an hour and diagnosed what the problem was and didn t charge us anything for his effort! I m also a gun range member there and recently purchased a new S&W Shield at this store and the sales associate who helped me was also super helpful and knowledgeable in helping me select the right gun for me. The class was great! Being a first time shooter, I learned a lot. Yet, I felt like there could have been a little more time of instruction for the first time shooters on how to load and shoot the gun. In addition, the information stated we would have about an hour of range time; however, we only had about 20 minutes. All in all, it was a great class.

Had a great private lesson at Shoot Point Blank! EJ Demarre was my instructor and he was fantastic! I have almost never shot a gun in my life and he did a really good job teaching a total newbie. He made me feel calm and confident while still respecting firearms and all the safety procedures and rules that come along with it. Great job of really stressing the importance of firearm safety and still making the class fun. I just scheduled another class with him. I dont know a lot about firearms, but based on customer service I would highly recommend this place!!!

Thanks Chris for the prompt and courteous service. I called ahead to check in stock on an item and told him I d be there soon. When I arrived he acknowledged me- had the item ready and expedited my transaction. I was in and out as quickly as one could expect with this type of transaction. They had my tax stamp for weeks and did not bother to contact me, my suppressor was approved October 30th and the stamp was postmarked on November 3rd, I called to have them check on it several weeks ago and I was told someone will call you . I never received any call. I stopped in last week and talked to the lead retail associate Dakota, I asked if my stamp had arrived and he didn t even bother to ask my name or take the time to go check, finally I called once more and was told I would get a call back.. I just today picked up my tax stamp and suppressor that I could ve had several weeks ago. I have another tax stamp pending here that I m worried I won t hear about also.

I went in to look at a Springfield hellcat. Iv been looking at them online and wanted to check one out in person. I was helped right way by a knowledgeable sales associate. Point Blank has a rental for that model gun, so I was able to try it out before making the decision to purchased it. All the staff is nice and help full.

Cash register broke when trying to check out. Somebody came to help and was very rude to the person who messed it up and us as well. Rental guns jammed. Sights were off. When I went refund a mag I bought they were acting mad about it and rude the whole time because their cash register broke when printing reciept. Won t be back!

The class was better than I could have ever expected. The instructor was very knowledge, and blessed with a lot of patience. Unfortunately I took the written portion of the class on line and the practical with Andrew (instructor). After my experience, I wish I would have taken the entire class in person. I was super nervous about the practical test at first, the instructor was very encouraging and supportive. I definitely recommend everyone take the class in person.
