FEDEX OFFICE WILL NOT ACCEPT A TIRE AND WHEEL FOR SHIPPING. I HAD TO DROP OFF AT WALGREENS! HOW DOES THIS EVEN HAPPEN? UPS NEXT TIME..

This office did a wonderful job printing my resume! Tito was attentive and helped me select a beautiful paper and professional folder to make my resume stand out. Everyone was very kind and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. I will absolutely be choosing this location for all my printing needs moving forward!

Avoid this location. The last 2x I have been here they can t figure out the printing and have stopped assisting me to go help someone with Mail Drop and left me waiting. We have a business account and will no longer be coming here. Horrible customer service.

The staff here is so nice and helpful! Brittany was so great with helping me print and bind a presentation for work. They were extremely busy but she gave me great service and never made me feel rushed. Will use again for future business presentation needs.

Our experience here is for printing, and i have to stay all the staff has been very attentive, they are usually busy but they make haste to give me my prints quickly. They have all answered my question patiently, and took extra care with my staff. The work has always been delivered as promised in great conditions. My experience has been excellent, highly recommend. Tina

I always get great service at this location. Agents try hard to get to everyone quickly. Shipping packages of course but they also do a good job packing shipments if you need. Offer Passport photos, Copy, and Print services.

FedEx told me yesterday that they would deliver a package before the end of the day. I sat at home all day and there was no delivery. Today, Sunday, they sent me a text at 7:00 am saying they would deliver the package between 10:00 and 2:25. Ive been setting in my office 10 feet from the front the front door. I got message at 1:25 that they attempted to deliver the package and no one is home. This is an absolute lie. This is absolutely the worse delivery service there is. Do not use them!

I used this store exclusively . No more...the company will not take credit for a package they packed, sent, broke, and entered a false delivery location. It s been 3 weeks of online transmission, personal trips to this location and hours waiting to talk to customer service. All to cut off. Every step of the way Fedex created this mishap and now Preston and his crew are not willing to help. And to think I wrote a glowing review for Preston in August. I m done.

They shortened their hours significantly, and they are way understaffed. They spend a lot of time copying and scanning things for customers that are supposed to be self service. They don t try to triage to find out if any of the customers have needs that can be handled quickly.

Not the friendliest FedEx center Ive ever been to. They helped me and completed my requests as needed. But the guy who helped me was a bit of an a$$, even though I remained in my most pleasant demeanor. He kept trying to rush me out the door; I assume because my task was a shipment refusal and generated no income. He had another employee helping another customer and a customer entered the waiting queue while I was finishing up. Definitely better service can be found at UPS, from my experience.

The guy working here is slower than a snail. Their new policy of them filling out the forms is not true. You wait forever (when you could have filled out the form) then they hand you a form to fill out the sender information.

Ordering online is very simple and quick. The staff is also very helpful. They always make sure that the end product is perfect, even if it means printing off many test sheets. If you can get the manager named Jay to help you, hes great. Hes very helpful and knows what hes doing.

The manager was robotic in her responses to my questions and a bit rude. Then her and one of her staff proceeded to gossip in front of me about their coworkers. I had to ask to check out twice in the middle of their conversation...they were quite annoyed to be interrupted. I will never return!

Just needed to let every one know, I walked in to make flyers for a friend that had passed away. We are trying to help the family raise money to pay for funeral cost. The man at the register looked at our flyers and said Good Luck and made our flyers at no cost.......I wish I knew his name, but I thank him so much, from the bottom of my heart. I will forever be a customer here!!!

Good news! They have all new people working here now. On my last 3 visits (over a 1 week period), the 3 different employees I saw, were friendly, helpful & efficient. Im so glad they got the message & found new staff!
