The manager was so accompanying. We wanted to watch Packers and Saints. One TV for the Pack and one for Saints. This is a super nice sports bar. Lots and lots of TVs. You can sit inside or on outdoor patio. Food really good. One of the best hamburgers Ive had in a long time. First class place! Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian. Not a lot, but there are options.

Reminiscence to the famous restaurant in London, Duck & Waffle, I had to try my own rendition as BH has some of the best duck wings around. For brunch, get the duck wings off the appetizers menu and add the waffle à la cart. Mr. Chase s service made our visit that much more enjoyable!

Went here for the first time with friends for Happy Hour. I didn t think there would be a lot of food to choose from their Happy Hour menu but there was! They offered more happy hour food at their location than what was posted in the online menu; at least 3-4 more items. We ordered the wings, mozzarella bricks and chips with queso. The food was good but the customer service was exceptional! Not only was our server very attentive but the manager came by our table a couple of times to check on us. We never had to wonder where our server had wondered off to. After about an hour and a half of sitting there, we noticed a young lady singing in the opposite corner. She had such a beautiful voice! We now know that on Fridays, there s a live band and we will be sure to go back.

Vegetarian options: Plant based meat patty Green beans no meat And other side that fit the bill. Dietary restrictions: They have keto friendly options with burgers served on lettuce. They even altered my beyond burger to be keto friendly a great vegetarian option and it tasted just like real meat with a wonderful grilled smokey flavor. Bottom line: Didnt have brunch reservations and didnt want to wait, so we decided to give Brick House a go. It was a good decision. Honestly breakfast was absolutely delicious. My bride had chicken and waffles w/poached eggs and I had the Prosciutto Benedict. Both were delicious. On service, it was a little bit hit and miss; our waitress seemed to have other prioirities. She was pleasant enough but perhaps could have been more attentive (present? Available?). Fortunately, the other waitress in the area, (forgive me I dont remember her name (she seemed to be the more experienced of the two)) was awesome, helpful, and friendly.

My recent visit to The Brickhouse restaurant in Rosenberg, Texas, left much to be desired. While there were a few highlights, overall, the experience fell short of expectations. The food was disappointingly average, with the chick and waffle dish being merely okay and failing to impress. The menu lacked innovation, offering typical bar food fare without any standout dishes to distinguish it from similar establishments. Adding to the disappointment was the rudeness of our waitress, whose attitude made us feel unwelcome and rushed, despite the restaurant being nearly empty on a Friday night. It was an unnecessary blemish on an already lackluster dining experience. However, there was a silver lining in the form of the twisted old fashioned, which proved to be the highlight of the evening. It was expertly crafted and provided a welcome respite from the otherwise underwhelming meal. We had the Atlantic Salmon which was cooked perfectly and complimented very well by the rice and green beans. We also had the massive cheese sticks which ended up being virtual loaves of great tasting cheese. Our kids were basically full afterwards. My wife had the Tai Chicken Salad and she really enjoyed how flavorful the dish was. The staff took special interest in us and our kiddos and it was a pleasure to visit. Also the Old Fashioneds were made perfectly which is saying something. My wife had the My Boy Blue cocktail which was definitely a drink she liked. I have been going to this Brickhouse for years, sadly, today will be my last day I go there. I ordered food for pickup at 4:15pm. I got there early, around 4:04, and my entire order was sitting at the front on a table already. How long had it been sitting there? If I was dining in would they bring my food out 20 minutes before I could eat it and leave it sitting on a table? Food was cold and soggy when I got home. ALSO they are now charging a $5 pickup charge....A PICKUP CHARGE. They are charging me for picking up my food instead of using a delivery service that they would lose money on. When I brought these issues up to the manager and the hostess at the front, they brushed it off and hardly paid attention to me. Well, I guess to a chain they do nto care at all about one unhappy customer.

UPDATE: We have just stopped going here. The last 3 attempts to dine on the patio we ended up walking out due to NO SERVICE. THREE TIMES!?! What are the chances? Lol spoke to the managers who were unbothered and unapologetic and having a meeting on the same patio. Smh. This location is less than a mile from home and has a great patio. That is the ONLY reason I go to this location. When we arrived, there were 4 employees seated, hanging out right near the hostess stand, along with what appeared to be 2 hosts. And from the empty inside and half full bar and empty patio, youd think wed have received quick, efficient service. Not even close. Rarely have I ever received a bar beverage in less than 10 minutes. I know I have never received an ice cold beer here, so much so Ive started ordering 2 at a time. In fact, we were about to walk out again last night after waiting for drinks for so long that I was sure either the server forgot to put them in or... Neither. The server did put the order in, its just the bartender enjoys putting on a show and doing it all herself. The food is better than the service and that is below average at best. Chicken and waffles were decent, my daughter ordered every time. My nachos were piled high and overly excessive. But for $18 nachos, I guess thats to be expected. I have never once seen a manager to even speak to about concerns. It appears a young adult must be managing and hired all their friends.

Wife ordered the fish & chips .was extremely greasy. I ordered the cheesesteak maybe next time put the cheese on the dry roll. If the music was slightly lower atmosphere would have been rated higher. Might try again

Place was nice. They have a good menu. Great fresh tea. I had a philly sandwich, Rob had a Cuban pork sandwich. Both sandwiches were good, but nothing spectacular. Robs sandwich was a bit greasy. And my veggies on the philly were a bit al dente. Waitress was not very attentive, but she had a lot of customers. She was very friendly.

Sad that someone can spend an hour here and barely even get a food order or a drink. Absolutely the 2 worst bartenders Ive ever experienced. Being ignored. TERRIBLE. I would give zero stars if I could. It took over an hour to get our to-go order (we ordered it at the restaurant and waited for it inside). The hostess kept asking us to pay for it while we waited and we told her that we preferred to wait until we got our order first. When we finally got our order I was immediately annoyed because they put the steak, French fries, and the mashed potatoes in the same container. So of course the fries were soggy from the steak juice. I live two exits down 59 from the restaurant and by the time I got home my food was ice cold and the fries were extra soggy. There s no way the food should be that cold from that short drive - which tells me that our order had been ready long before we got it and the hostess never went to check and/or she wasn t alerted that it was ready. We spent a total of $97 and we really could have went to McDonalds or jack in the box. Oh, and they charge almost $5 extra for to go orders. Hard pass. 10 out of 10 don t recommend.

One star to support the workers, but I must highlight concerns about Manager Angels extreme behavior. Numerous negative reviews mention him, and a friend got unjustly fired for a minor phone use issue. Angels lack of acknowledgment, strict presence, and multiple wrongful firings create an unpleasant environment. Firing dedicated employees over unrealistic expectations worsens the already short-staffed situation, impacting service quality. The insistence on micromanaging phone use in 2023 seems impractical. Addressing Angels management style is crucial for the locations improvement at Brick House.

Sat at the bar, but only 1 bartender working. We ordered the fish and chips and the southpaw burger. Fish and chips were on point. Tender, moist, yet crispy. Chips were also on point. The coleslaw did disappoint. I commented to the manager that it was not to par in my opinion. What surprised me is that he never came back to give his own assessment. I went on a Monday night so I understand that its not fully staffed. Bar was not full, but it seemed like the bartender was only attending those he knew personally which made the experience not much better. The drinks were good. We ordered the organic margarita with don julio. Wed go back for those. All in all, Id give this place another shot during the weekend hoping that it will be a better experience. This place has potential, just needs a bit more attention to detail.
