Stopped by for a Peach lemonade and mozzarella sticks. The gentleman Anthony that took my order was so nice. When I entered he immediately greeted me and let me know he would be with me shortly. After taking my order he just caught my attention such a nice guy: wonderful customer service and attentive to each customer. All the staff was smiling and pleasant . Definitely an unexpected breathe of fresh air.

Do not waste your time coming here. My wife and I both ordered a sandwich meal, and yet the person taking the order somehow deleted the entire first sandwich of the meal, and only gave us fries and a drink. When we approached them about it and asked where our 2nd sandwich was, they looked at us like we were crazy. She then goes Um actually that was the correct sandwich and we never charged you for the 2nd sandwich And to top it all off, not only did they completely miss an entire sandwich on the order, but they even got the one sandwich order wrong. Avoid.

This is by far the worst cheesesteak and mozzarella sticks I ve ever tasted so much so that this is the first google review I ve ever done. The cheese tastes like it came out of a can.. the meat is dry and flavorless.. the mozzarella sticks are disgustingly undercooked and have a bitter, old oil taste. Never go here. If you re looking for a realll Philly cheesesteak they re scamming you by naming the menu item that. Nowhere even close. I could make better food after a meant death car crash in 5 minutes.

Really liked the place the food and liked how the employees assisted me. Apart from the food I also felt very invited the place was also very nice looking overall i really liked Charley s and did recommend it

Ive given this location 4 chances in hopes they were just new...soooo slow, super inefficient, and on three of the four occasions Ive watched staff standing around gossiping with each other instead of filling orders. French fries had a strange wet dog aftertaste so we were afraid to finish eating them.

10 dollars for a sandwhich that is barely filled with meat is ridiculous and I paid 4 dollars for 4 sides of cheese and only received 2. I also asked for Mayo and you can clearly see there is none. Not pleased at all with my first experience.

The team work at this Charleys is awesome and very nice people that work there.They helped the homeless by buying meals for them with their on money. They get a Gold Star for that contribution. Also I highly recommend the Garlic & cheese Buffalo Wings with Bone. Patti Winter Vegetarian options: Im impressed by the variety of Vegetables they have, great sandwiches

Love the food. But the service varies. The cook is on his phone texting with the gloves hes preparing the food with and the cashier is dressed like if she was at home with open shoes. Dangerous.

I had high hopes after hearing so much about this place. If you have never truly had a great Philly, you will love this place. The food is good. However, if you know what an authentic Philly is like, Charleys will leave much to be desired.

Came by on a Sunday excited to have a Charley s close . Terrible service, took 45 min to get our food ( 1 sandwich and a fry) we watched as the workers ignored other customers trying to order and people walking out the whole time because no one was taking there order. Finally got our food and it was cold. Not even like slightly cold , it had been sitting for awhile and the fry s had little cheese and were also cold. I would not recommend unless staffing, customer service , and quality get better . For $20 , not worth it .

Awesome food. Got the Old School Philly, Cheeze whiz and onions; Shi..... Good as hell. Service great, especially when they dealing with a wallyworld ratchet queen. Yeah, you know.... Atmosphere: rachet queen. Final decision: Man, what you waiting for? Go put this shi+ in your face! Yeah.

Just opened in this Walmart location. I ordered the Old School Cheesesteak with melted cheese sauce and sautéed onions on a toasted roll. I also had the strawberry lemonade which I loved. I had it delivered, which arrived to my home within 20 minutes of ordering it on Doordash. The food temperature was perfect when it arrIved.

There were SIXTEEN workers and one medium sandwich and fries took 40 minutes and didn t have any Mayo or lettuce. Just a DRY SANDWICH! 3 of the workers were just standing around. Unacceptable
