I went into this location on Friday, June 22nd! I was so impressed with the courtesy and efficiency of the employees! I had gone here as a plan B to my printing needs. I had already gone to a Staples in need of printing a memorial card for my mom s memorial service, which was to happen on Saturday. Staples employees were extremely rude and told me they couldn t have this ready until Saturday afternoon. The memorial service was scheduled for 1:30 pm on Saturday! A young man by the name of Zach assisted me. When I told him my dilemma he responded that he could have this printed for me in 15 minutes! I said, I ll wait! He was the most efficient and courteous young man! Mr Zach has definitely won my business! I will go out of my way to return to this location if I have a need again. I witnessed so many come and go in the time that I waited. Everyone at this location worked together professionally and efficiently! Great job UPS for hiring the right team to operate this location!

The attitudes and the eye rolling of the staff here was a complete turn off. I did not feel welcomed at all. Negative energy.. I normally utilize the Broad Street UPS but decided to try this location. Never again.. Laurine definitely needs to attend a customer service class as she looked at me like I was inconveniencing her and never greeted me with a simple hello. Whoever the manager was ( dark curly hair - locked the door at closing ) demonstrated the biggest eye roll towards a customer who was mailing a large painting. He was so busy rolling his eyes, he didn t notice me looking at his lack of customer service. What was equally interesting was that the same employee tripped over items behind the counter and almost fell, right after the big eye roll towards a paying customer. It pays to be kind to people. I thought packing & shipping was supposed to be a part of the services UPS provides, why look a person up and down and shake your head like he did something wrong. Disappointing.. I will head back to the UPS on Broad Street. First impressions last..

Staff is very helpful - This is my go-to spot. Amazon returns are super easy, they provide you tracking info (except for consolidated items!), fax services (If youre still holding on to 90s technology for some reason...), notary on-site (for all your legal stuff), copies, printing services, packaging supplies, etcetera etcetera! Best part is the friendly staff and the candy bowl. 10 out 10!

Faxing prices are WAY to high. One dollar more than Albertsons and 1.79 more than the Library which is free. I knew there would be a fee for convenience but this was silly. No biggie cause if I was desperate I would pay but I would think you would choose to markup on other services.

1/3/22 at 5:25 pm: dropped off a return to amazon on 12/28/21 at 12:14 pm. Checked with amazon - not received; contacted main UPS they show it has not left the store in Mansfield. I called the store at 5:20 today; was told they dump everything going to amazon in one big bag. Rather than answering my question about where the item is, was told they have a long line and to call in the morning. I work - not always able to make personal calls. I was put on hold and told it will be awhile before they get back to me. Almost 10 minutes later, told that this is how Amazon gets returns (Ive never had this happen before in over 5 years of using Amazon); the tracking number given was a consolidated number and no way to track it on line. It has left the store was all I could be told. I would not use this group to return anything. Not happy.

Always great customer service. Was just in here, and there was only one team member at the counter helping people. A few folks started to form a line - my self included, and an additional team member (Mike Neesen) quickly got on another register and started helping customers. He was handling myself and another customer at the same time. They re the opposite of the DMV here!!!

The men working at this UPS Store #4284 on Hwy 287 were hugely helpful when we needed help sending a fax. We really appreciated their fast & efficient customer service (something we did NOT experience at the UPS Store #6870 over on Broad St). We will be repeat customers at this location for sure!

Absolutely the worst. No matter how many times we send out fragile items in safe packaging while labeled fragile, do not bend it always returns broken. It seems to me so far that no one really takes the time with anyone s packaging and/or handling it with care.

I wish I could give a negative star! This is horrible. My package was supposed to be delivered on a Friday. I checked the tracking that afternoon to find out they attempted a delivery no one knocked on my door, or even left a slip. So I called, I was told that it would be handled and that my package would be delivered the next day to my address... well they lied again! I checked Saturday around the time it was delivered the day before. It was headed to a UPS access point, and not my address. I called and got the run around about how they couldnt do much. I was redirected and told to call another number where I was told nothing helpful. The only think they could do was bring the package back and make me wait 2-3 more days to get my package on Monday or Tuesday! Why am I inconvenienced because of a mistake you made? I dont understand that at all. Your customers keep you running and the least you could do is own up to your mistakes and fix it without the extreme inconvenience.

Took my package to be delivered & they lost my package cause they was not paying any attention to the label. They sticke the wrong label to my package. I went to speak to the manager (Mike) about the matter with but no help from him. I believe as a manager & owner is your job to help customers with any problems but all this manager said Oh no we cant help you however it was a mistake one of his employer made & put the wrong label on the package. Horrible experience at this UPS Office, maybe I was better off going to FedEx office.

Had an extremely bad experience with this location. The older male Caucasian employee with a goatee was rude and unprofessional, berating a newer employee over a mistake made on our order in front of us and other customers and then promising to take care of it then insisting on charging us for their mistake and questioning stamp values. For more than dropping off prepaid and labeled packages, stay away from this location and save yourself the trouble. Despicable.

We use this store occasionally to ship items and have been generally satisfied in the past. However, recently we needed to ship some items to an APO address for Christmas. My wife went to the store, bought a box and a card, and shipped our small box. The total was a little over $60. I thought that sounded high, so I checked the USPS website for a comparison. I discovered that it cost us about triple to send this package versus going to the Post Office. I called the store to inquire about the difference and after confirming that I correctly designated the shipping zip code as an APO, I was informed matter-of-factly that The UPS Store only ships via the USPS as a courtesy and uses only standard rates. The UPS store does not offer the If it fits, it ships service. This would have saved us about $40. In the future, we will certainly consider the USPS first. The UPS Store is convenient, but you will pay a hefty premium for it.

I have been a loyal customer of this UPS store for the last year since I moved to Mansfield. I have family who has worked for the usps here in town for 30+ years and was postmaster but still went to the UPS store because of the convenience of being within walking distance to my house. This ended when I had issues with two packages I recently sent. My first one I sent to Weatherford by overnight air I was verbally told would arrive at the delivery address by the next day in the morning. The package ended up being delivered in mid afternoon. These were important court documents. The second package I shipped ups ground to Oklahoma and the box arrived with a huge slash on the top. Luckily nothing was taken. I called the office to see what they could do to rectify the situation but was given no options. I understand the package that was cut open is out of their control. However they our now saying they never said the overnight air would get to the destination in the morning but that it was always scheduled for the end of day. I learned a lesson. Always check your receipt for the delivery time before leaving their store as it my be different from what they verbally told you.

I have been coming here for a few years now and I never have had any problems. Even when the store is busy during holidays, the line moves pretty fast. The staff is courteous and helpful and always off tips if I package something wrong. I have used their packaging service many times although I have never seen how they package my items. I do however hear it from my online auction clients who will usually report the item was well packed and secure. Their excellent service keeps me coming back.

The Poor-Fair review is incorrect. The store is, in fact, there. Its located just on the other side of Great Clips from Tom Thumb. The store is well kept and the employees seem friendly. :)
