Renter BEWARE! Musicians look elsewhere. Outside looks are extremely deceiving. Not sure of the owner, but they need to step up their game up. Not sure if they manage the building or if there is a property manager. Either way, this is more slums with a slumlord leading the pack. One of my musician friends provided a tour and the place is quite disgusting. No cool air. Bathrooms are gross, not clean, ill- equipped, no toilet paper, no hand towels, terrible smelling, and bad paint all around. Vending machines dont work. Floors in the hallways are sticky and dirty. If I could give zero star I would.

This place is fantastic and magical. We have become regular customers here. The producer Presley Miller has become like family to us. I recommend this place to anybody who is looking to express themselves and their own unique way that only they can express. Im living proof you dont have to be able to sing, dance, or have the statue of a superstar. All you got to do is be willing to be vulnerable and find whats deep inside and express yourself in that moment creating what only you can create. Its a pretty good rehearsal room. Price is reasonable too.. they dont have a sound proof room so u might hear other people practicing if yall happen to be practicing at the same time..and unlike other practice room this one doesnt have a code lock so u have to have the key to the front door and the room door..

My wifes manager had her Birthday Bash at Platinum Music That Rox Complex NRH. Frequency played 2 sets of 80s & 90s Hard Rock and Heavy Metal. It felt like the Golden Age of Rock n Roll. Great performance in a stellar venue. Cant wait to plan my next party/event. Oh and I am signing up the twins for music lessons for Christmas. I love this place. Studios, Rehearsal Space,and you can just hang with friends and co-workers and just let your hair down. WOW Truly Epic!

This building is HUGE! So many great things under one roof. Video Production studios, Audio Production studios, a live sound stage for concerts or events. Is clean, safe, well protected, video surveillance, affordable rehearsal rooms to meet any budget. This a great spot for creatives.

Pretty cool place. It has great amenities like the gym and meeting rooms. Its always clean. We are happy here. However, the rooms are by no means soundproof. From the looks of it, most of the investment went into building a recording studio and decor. The rehearsal spaces themselves are just former police offices and rooms that have been cleared out. They serve their purpose, but you can hear everything right thru the walls. They kept the jail for video shoots too.

Be very careful dealing with Platinum music and Duane. He locked me out of my room with 2 iMac computers, a laser printer, an AC unit (I had to purchase due to the AC never working in the building), all of my business and personal files and 2 mini fridges. I still had 10 days remaining on our agreement and he had no business in my room nor did he have the right to lock me out. This place is useless 2 seasons out of the year due to Duane s excuses about doing proper management/ repairs on the building and blaming the age of the building. I paid my rent on time regardless for over a year while loosing a vast number of clients due to my space being so hot that a portable AC unit wasn t enough to comfortably record music or do photo/ video shoots. Dealing with this place is self sabotage, and you will end up on the short end of the stick. This all seemed like a good deal but ultimately absolutely not worth the frustration, aggravation and time lost as well as bad PR from being connected to platinum and the shady stuff that goes on there. The place has uninsulated drop ceilings for crying out loud and is impossible to record when you have bands playing as loud as they can next door. I would avoid all things related to Platinum Music and the person running the place. I have heard nothing but horror stories from other people since. On a side note, my business files, a 27 iMac and my laser printer disappeared and everyone plays dumb about it. Shady is an understatement. Duane likes to throw gas on the fire and then runs away when you show up to confront him and leaves his little helpers there to deal with it. The man has no integrity whatsoever and is the reason that this place will fail.

Just a straight up awesome place to rehearse, record and chill with your band. Love the fact that its an old police station, go figure, but would be even cooler if we can hang out and jam in the old cells behind bars lmao! Plenty of rooms, get ur band and lease one out! Amazing rare guitar store/shop inside too! Blew my mind!

Duane knows about rockstar treatment because he is a rockstar! NO ONE and I mean NO ONE has a nicer rehearsal venue than this one. Being the former county court house makes for a great video and photo opportunity. Plus all of the amazing art Duane has made and hung around the venue. Huge stage and performance area. Bonus meeting rooms and a gym. Yes a GYM!

Met with the owner for a personal tour today. Lots of options for band rehearsal lockouts. Lots of choices to fit every budget. Live stage with 150 seats available for events. Freeway access and lots of parking and elevator to access upper floors. This place has it all!
