I had a really bad experience with this law firm from my case taking almost three years to having multiple people in charge of my case and nobody knowing anything about my case bad costumer service from the paralegal s only two people were good at their job Martha and Ivan. The attorney was in the office didn t want to sign my check and had to wait another day for it to be signed, will not be coming to this law firm in the future I do not recommend this law firm, they had a good team in the past but not anymore. If Elenitza is taking care of your case your in good hands if not go some where else

A couple of days ago I was on the freeway and hit in the rear by a semi truck at about 2 miles an hour. Luckily, no one in the vehicle sustained any injuries but there was some rear bumper damage. The truck driver that did this took off, effectively making this a hit-and-run. I contacted this law firm, and although they couldn t take on my casa, Dulce Torres helped me obtain information that will help me hold that driver responsible. Dulce was friendly, patient, and so incredibly kind. If there ever were to come a time where I would file a case I would definitely look to this law firm as a top choice. I really appreciated how Dulce went above-and- beyond, and this is not only a great representation of her character, but of the character of the law firm, and who they hire.

I have to say one of the best elements of this Law Firm by far was ALEX Their paralrgal/legal assistant. From the very beginning he expressed such professionalism and dedication. I honestly have to say I am NOT impressed. They are still working on my car accident case from 2 years ago, I was not at fault but they seem to want to just settle and not put in the work to get me compensated fairly. The lack of communication is also another factor. Maybe it s because it s just a car accident but either way, attorneys are supposed to fight for their clients. El Paso attorney s seem to be the weakest I ve even encountered. I just do not recommend this place.

Our case was first filed almost 3 years ago and since the first consultation we get nothing but run arounds We have to be calling the firm all the time because they never bother to contact us. They always are polite and come out with different excuses not to close our case We went to the extent of collecting all claims and bills for them to expedite the process but till now we get nothing but excuses why our simple claim has not been closed I recommend you look somewhere else since this law firm does not keep you updated on your claim and always has given us the run around.

I want to thank Ruhmann Law Firm since they helped me with my case in a car accident that I was involved coming back from New Mexico due to work. They were responsible, kind, always on time on my visits at their office and always answered my calls. I was always posted about the status of my case. They also explained everything to me about worker s compensation, car insurance, the whole nine yards. They helped me a lot to get the most I could based on the type of car accident that I was involved which was pretty bad I should say which I know some other attorney laws don t pay that much attention to their clients. In this case I can tel you I m extremely happy with Ruhmann Law Firm. I was referred by my boyfriend since he saw the advertisement by i-10 just a few days after my accident. Waist of time !! I live on the east and was called in cause they wanted to see me. I drove all the way to west side taking almost 3 hours out of my day to meet these lawyers all to be told a plain NO like you could of told me that through the phone why make me drive so far away and waist my time very unprofessional didn t even give me a good reason as to why they wouldn t proceed my case. Don t waist your time guys thankfully I didn t take his opinion and proceeded to another lawyer who looked over my case throughout and is taking over my case since I do have all my paperwork and proof in order. Don t take advice or a first answer always proceed to other lawyers out there not all of them are out there too just look good and be money hungry like these people who only want money to pay for their fancy cars and offices. I do not think Ruhmann is a attorney, this guy will not fight in your case. He just crosses his fingers and hope he gets a settlement, then he wants almost half? Once the other party said they were not responsible for my accident, Mr. Ruhmann submitted like a cowardly dog and returned my case because it would be more work for him. Hes scared to go to court and does not want to put any work into the case. Go to Gopin or any other attorney that will work for you.
