Have loved Fatburger for a long time and was super exited that we found one here in DFW. It was bad enough that the burger was over cooked and over seasoned. The service was horrible. We waited 45 minutes for that over cooked over seasoned burger. 45! Only two people were working and neither seemed in any kind of rush to get the food out to the customers. Doubt we ll be back.

Food was good but the service that the young men provided was SUPERIOR. Some of the best customer support within the DFW Area, and once again the food is made fresh to order and is big. Whoever is supervising, I believe these guys deserve to be compensated beyond tips for their authenticity!

Ordered online and made perfectly clear who s burger was who s and even labeled with name. When I got the order they gave us two of the same burger and only got one right. Left without even getting any food out of it on a $50 order. Food was cold and fries stale. Highly recommended against it for how much it was. Ridiculous.

When, I lived in Los Angeles...Fatburger was the only place I would go for a burger. I discovered one in Richland Hills. I live 4 hours away, but thought if Im ever in the area I would definitely go there. Well a few days ago I was in Fort Worth and dropped in. Nope...it tasted nothing like a Fatburger in California. The 1/2 patty was way over cooked, dry and chewy, but the fat fries were okay.

Best burger for the money in Hurst. Had a burger with my son on August 5th and was so happy. I tell everyone to go there. Now days at most restaurants, once your in they dont pay any attention to you. But not in Hurst. They CAME TO THE TABLE and checked on us THREE times. The people who work there are so sweet. I hope they keep the hard working staff, cooks included. The only suggestion I can make is a cooler temperature in the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: I use a Roll-a-ter (basically a walker.) Very easy access.

I eat Fatburger every time I visit California, I recently just found out that there are locations here in Texas. First time going here, and it was not as good as the California ones. The meat was dried and not as seasoned as much, barely any lettuce (all California Fatburgers has a decent amount of lettuce). The fries were not bad (got the skinny fries). Ill try them again one more time, maybe I was unlucky.

The service at N Richland Hills Fatburger was absolutely fantastic! I was highly satisfied with the food and the customer service provided by the workers! Zharya was extremely friendly & personable! Her customer service was top tier! Zack & Kendall was extremely friendly as well! My friend and I literally stayed in there for hours just talking! Not once did we feel rushed, they all were extremely helpful to answer all of our questions! We will definitely be back! That s for certain! The food was top tier is well! Visited FATBURGER and was served by amazing team members at this location. ZHARYA was the 1st beautiful smiling face I noticed as I walk through the door. The 3 of them and their friendliness and efficiency made my experience truly enjoyable. ZHARYA took my order with a smile, ensured everything was perfect, and even recommended most popular items. Maybe I m lame for coming to a place called Fat Burger and ordering a turkey burger BUT I will say it was very juicy and flavorful :) lots of places will overcook turkey and dry it out, but it was perfect here. I had to redeem my lower calorie choice by rounding it out with a strawberry shake which was also very delicious. Entire staff were very friendly and personable, especially KenDell at the register. She s a great choice for the business to give a great first impression :)

My husband and I were really excited to go and try this place out after hearing about the variety of burgers we can get. We ordered our food at 5:25 to go and we waited until 6:15. At that point we just left. The staff was in zero rush or even cared to act like they needed to be moving quicker. 2 families ahead of us didn t have food either the entire time we sat there. The staff was lazy and incompetent. Do not go here unless you would like to wait for an hr, waste your money and leave hungry.

Outstanding service, placed an order on the phone and came in to pick it up; from the phone call to the in person, owner was out on floor making sure all guests were pleased, same gentleman who got my phone call treated me quite well gave me a discount and a drink after I told him been a challenging very long day... THATS SERVICE... paying attention to your customer, caring, sowing good seed and wowing my first time in. One of the best veggie burgers Ive ever had and it might be the best Ive ever had in DFW; even offered dairy free cheese! Got an add-on sweepot fries and was really looking forward to it but I have to say I could not even tell they were sweet potato fries, they had so much of whatever type of grease was on them that it just tasted like a regular fry. So if I had anything I suggest for improvement, it would be to fix that... 5 stars all the way otherwise. Cheers to more success guys, keep it up!

This used to be my favorite place to go get a burger when the mood struck, but it seems the quality of the food and staff has gone down over time. I am still able to get a burger, but it seems theyve changed the gluten free buns. This one crumbled and fell apart as I ate. Also, as mentioned in the dietary restrictions, the fries, once upon a time, used to be in a dedicated fryer. It appears this is no longer the case as I found what appeared to be breading (from chicken?) in my fries. Im sorry to say, my Fatburger days are behind me. Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free buns, but it appears the fryer is no longer dedicated. I found a piece of breading (from chicken?) mixed in with my fries.

This place is great. Its a little on the pricey side, but I think the quality justifies it. The cook (and maybe he is also the manager?) goes out of his way to make sure youre greeted, feel welcomed, and enjoy the food. The burgers are really good, and the meat has good flavor. The sweet potato fries are probably the best side. BUT the shakes are OUTSTANDING! They really take you back to a time when things were made with quality and care. They could probably just sell the shakes and be wildly successful. (The strawberry shake is especially incredible)

When you walk in, you get a greeting. I like that. If its your first time there, they explain the menu. Meat for the Burgers is fresh, with the vegetables. Fries were fantastic, maybe could use about more? Lol. Only thing I didnt like, which is maybe nit-picking, they have music playing for the restaurant but the cools have other music playing at the same time. Ordered online (Doordash). They are less than 8 minutes away and took over an hour to get my order. When I got my order I reached into the bag only to find all of the food was cold. I unwrapped my ($50+ order which was completly wrong. I called the store and all I got was nothing we can do about it unless you bring it back. So this was my second time going here (not my choice), and there is no way I will be going back. The burger is sub-par, I paid almost $17 for a single patty burger and fries/w drink. Of course, pay extra to add cheese because there are no cheeseburger options. The fries have no seasoning, and you will spend 10 minutes opening ketchup packets! Its not worth the price. I order through uber eats yesterday and was incredibly surprised by how amazing the burger was. I got the XXL burger on a gluten-free bun. By the time the order arrived the bun was soft and not overly soggy and the burger was delicious. The patties were incredibly seasoned and huge! They literally dwarfed the buns! I would very much recommend this place to anyone looking for a great burger! Dietary restrictions: As someone with Celiac disease I am always struggling to find a good gluten-free burger. Their gluten-free bun was delicious, it was very soft and fluffy unlike other more dense buns. I would highly recommend!

Came here for the first time today around 1pm. May have been my first time ever to a fatburger. First off, im going to say the burger was excellent. Huge and greasy and juicy and amazing. Huge pro Fries, not so much. Not the greatest fries 3/10. But here were the negative. Two burgers, two medium drinks (although one was supposed to be a large but clerk forgot to give me my drink) one side of fat fries. Nearly $30. so thats a negative on the price for a fast casual dining. family of 4 would be nearly 75$ and im not paying that for this experience. The seating and interior is ok, games on, but everything felt like it hadnt been cleaned in a bit. No ice tea. Huge miss for me as i only drink Ice tea no pop. Which had i known, wouldnt have gotten drinks at all. also order a large and a small and was given two mediums. Person at the counter was expressionless. no vibe, no interaction nothing. Tried probing with questions about their xxl wall of fame and it was just explained that its a burger. Rather than what the wall of fame is about. she did tell me one person did 8 patties tho. But it was a burger with no cheese for $8. Two burgers (the smallest they had), one sweet potato fries, one chili cheese fries, and two drinks was $35. The chili cheese fries werent all that, either. The chili was bland and not hot enough to melt most of the cheese. Just plain meh. The food was above average but for that price, I probably wont be back. Oh, the staff was great. The folks behind the counter had plenty of attention for us. There was something up with the AC so they had swamp coolers filled with ice. It was OK but thats because Im acclimated after a crazy hot summer. The do have an outside patio which will be nice when it cools down. Vegetarian options: They removed their Veggie Burger but have the Impossible Burger. Dietary restrictions: They did advertise a gluten-free bun. I didnt ask if the fries were fried separate from the Onion Rings. Parking: It might fill up when business is hopping.

I waited almost an hour for my food, I live 3 minutes from there and my food is cold, wings had no flavor, I received a half full shake. My first and only time there and I will absolutely never go back. I am leaving one star because of a recent change that was made. I have been eating at Fatburger since 1990 and know this food very well. Today I came in for a treat and ordered a Large Fatburger meal with a shake and spent about $25. When I received my food I noticed the burger patty was at least 50% smaller than normal. When I asked about it I was told the change was over cook times. Well, those cook times have worked since 1952 and most definitely since 1990 without a problem. This is a betrayal to your loyal patrons. We all grew up with these burgers and now disappoint. Especially when spending $25 for a meal combo! This cannot stand as this is a fundamental change to the brand and was made without thinking of the guests that support these locations. Shame on you.

This place is amazing! First time going and the cashier with dreads was the best. He very excitedly explained how the menu worked, gave us Margarita samples and came by to check on us during our meal. His enthusiasm and jokes really elevated the experience. The burgers were delicious and customizable. The Oreo milkshake was perfect! Not too thick to get through a straw but also not too thin. The skinny fries were probably my favorite part. First visit 7.11.23 First off, they gave a warning that A/C was out, but also stated food will be good Wife and daughter ordered a burger, great taste. I ordered wings (of course), buffalo flavor. They were a bit on the skinny side, but the flavor was still good. Each got a different side, skinny fries, sweet potato, and onion rings. All tasted good. Onion rings didnt have a lot of batter, which was good. Sweet potato fries were wavy, but cut thin and crispy, that was just as good. And the skinny fries were crispy and fresh. Daughter and wife got a chocolate shake and the ingredients are mixed in a blender. And they were good too. I was telling a worker that we drove in from irving just to eat. He said, you know there is one in Arlington right?? I replied, I do, but a coworker said the service wasnt good and that he had visited this location on Sunday, and he liked the service. So we drove here instead. All in all, will definitely go back to that location. And Ill get a burger next time

I ordered a bacon cheese burger and a regular burger to go and paid online. When I get home my burger doesn t have bacon so I call the restaurant and they informed me that they were out of bacon. If they were out of an item that was ordered either they should have said something or refunded me when I got there to pick up my food. Then I bite into my other burger and my hamburger is pink, and according to the manager they cook all their meat medium well. If that is the case it should be indicated on the menu, but this burger is definitely not medium well it s not cooked completely.

The guy who made my food was super sweet. He had locks and a beard. Maybe 511ish. Very nice. The burgers, fries, and shakes were delish, but the service at this location is what will keep us coming back! From Ms Dee taking the time to walk us through the menu and talking TO our kids instead of around them, to the genuine smiles on every employee and how they all showed love and respect to every person in the building. I cannot say enough about how the staff at this location made such a difference in our day. I went in for lunch around 1pm for my first ever time trying Fatburger. The guys working we re excellent in customer service, greeting, menu knowledge, and most importantly food prep. Waited 30 minutes on a burger and fries because they forgot my order and other peoples orders. The front counter girl was very rude and took 35 minutes to make one shake that took one minute to make and she put the smallest amount of whipped cream on it.
