We recently celebrated our daughter s wedding at Eden Event Center, and we couldn t have asked for a more perfect day! Carolina and Jorge, the owners of the ballroom hall, were absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived until the very end, they made sure that we were catered to and attended to with extreme professionalism. The staff was attentive, and their service was impeccable throughout the event. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and the photographers, bartenders, and waitstaff were all top-notch. The lighting and sound system created a festive atmosphere that kept the energy high and fun all night long. The venue itself is elegant and beautiful, with stunning table arrangements and a gorgeous dance floor that all our guests enjoyed. Parking was convenient and plentiful, making it easy for our guests to arrive and leave without hassle. Most importantly, the food was outstanding delicious and beautifully presented. We truly felt like every need and wish was anticipated and handled with care. We highly recommend Eden Event Center for any wedding or special event. Carolina and Jorge ensured our day was flawless and unforgettable!

We had our daughters sweet 16 party here, and everything was great. Jorge and Carolina helped us with everything. This is truly a stress free way to plan such a big event. Having purchased the Deluxe package, which also included the dress, cake, and invitations, was the best thing we could have done. Not only is the hall beautiful, but the service was excellent. I highly recommend anyone planning a special event to choose this place. My daughter had the time of her life and we didnt have to worry about little details. We just had fun! If looking for an event space that take care of EVERYTHING so you can enjoy the most memorable day, Eden is where to do it. Jorge&Carolina went above and beyond to ensure our event ; Quinceañera, went off without a hitch. They are so professional but also make you feel like family. They have great packages to choose from and so many awesome options to fit your expectation and budget. We went with their premium package that included everything. my daughters dress was beautiful. The vendors are all amazing. The food was amazing. The cake was immaculate. The guest service was top notch. And our guest absolutely adore the decor. The dj had an awesome playlist that kept us on the floor all night. Our recommended choreographer was amazing and had every detail taken care of to make sure our program was successful. Our photographer & videographer captured every moment they could. Every detail was not overlooked. .Thank you Eden for making this a core memory that we will always remember.

Been trying to reach someone to provide me more info for about a week now. I finally spoke to someone today and all she could say is that they are NOT taking in new clients. I told her it was for June 2025 and asked if they were booked all year and her response was NOT TAKING IN NEW CLIENTS and hung up. If this is the service you provide, then I am better off looking somewhere else. TURN OFF YOU PAGE IF YOU ARE OUT OF BUSINESS! Its a very nice hall. Not very big but well decorated. The service is impecable and have a bar service. They have an event coordinator that is not intrusive or overbearing (Im a photographer). The champagne for the toast was ready at the table. They had someone overseeing the cutting of the cake and offered help when the quince needed help. Overall a great experience.

I planned my wedding WHILE going to nursing school. That is how easy and streamlined the process is at Eden! Heather was amazing! She was always there to help, remind me of deadlines, and answer all of my questions. They have a system that makes the planning process stress free and enjoyable! Victor was our coordinator the day of our wedding, and he was awesome! He made sure we had our dinner, which was delicious, and that we always had a beverage. He also made sure our wedding ran smoothly, stayed on the timeline, and gave us reminders about what was happening next. The bartender was sooo nice and made the best drinks. The waitstaff was super great and polite. A young man even brought me a cup of water at the end of the night, which was much needed! The venue is beautiful and everyone there is great. You really cant go wrong with Eden!!

Eden Event Venue made our wedding so beautiful and very safe during the Pandemic. Hand sanitizer was available, masks were worn, and they did so much more to ensure our guests felt safe. On top of that, they took out a lot of the stress out of planning and we appreciate that. We didn t even need a wedding planner because they were on top of things. They were extremely flexible in helping us to have the wedding that we envisioned. We had the best time. Our family thought everything looked beautiful and were very impressed with the venue. They thought it was very expensive and thought we spent a fortune. On the contrary, Eden Event Venue is very fair priced as opposed to other venues in El Paso. We highly recommend Eden Event Venue.

I had my daughters Sweet 16 at EDEN EVENT HALL! It was the most beautiful and magical night!! I have never seen my daughter so happy!! I was very nervous about this night, we originally set the date for July 10th, due to the pandemic we need to reschedule twice! Heather was absolutely wonderful in helping and so understanding. She really did a great job to ensure we got the party my daughter dreamed of! The night of the party went so smoothly thanks to Heather and her amazing crew!! I didn t have to worry about a thing!!! I was hired to DJ for a beautiful couple, a few days before the hall contacted me (Heather). Very rude. I was so sad to see they gave them a difficult time to make extra money. they made them get their more expensive package. 2 days before the event, they demanded me to go to their venue, which I didnt mind but with short notice and work sadly I was unable to do so. Heather seemed okay, but told the bride a different story and tried to make it seem like I was being difficult. Luckily I told the bride to please just take their package so they wouldnt have another thing to worry about on such a busy day. But I can tell they focused more on making extra money. They should of kept this from being an issue, being it was so close to the deadline. They had an entire month to contact me. But they chose to do so a few days before and kept telling the couple they had to decline the DJ. I can tell the client was stressed and was trying to save money. But they had to spend more money and get their package. Im sure their regular DJ is fine. But it was just a matter of them being so unprofessional and not being reasonable at all. I hope they contact 3rd parties at a more timely matter.

My husband and I live out of town, so I thought the planning process would be a bit difficult. But, these ladies were a great help and they made it as simple as possible! They scheduled all our tastings during an EP visit we made a few months prior to the wedding, which was perfect. I mostly communicated with Heather about all the event details along with any concerns we had, and she was very responsive and accommodating! Even during a last minute hiccup a few days before the wedding, Heather, Janine, and Angelica (their Event Manager) made it all work for us! All the vendors were also great! The food was delicious, our cake was gorgeous, the mariachis and DJ were a blast, the staff was friendly/attentive, and the photo booth and chocolate fountain were so much fun! We re thankful for all of their help in making the night perfect and memorable! We definitely recommend Eden for your future celebrations!

I can not praise this business enough. They handled everything with such professionalism & grace. Their services are so inclusive from the options in caterers, cake tasting & ordering, to the decor & the bartender. Everything was so well put together & planned that making a large event turned out to be a breeze with the help of Heather & her wonderful & attentive staff. The staff was very helpful & attentive to our guests, the bartender was such a wonderful help in planning a great drink menu & helping us figure out exactly what would be needed to make that whole part of it a success. My wife and I went to go see the venue at an open house that they had, in search for a venue for an upcoming event for our daughters.Overall we liked the venue its great for Quinceañeras,small weddings services, or sweet 16.The hall has seating for about 300 guest. Its spacious given the fact its on a shopping center. Theres a small lounge area by the entrance of the venue. It has a set up for bar, soft drinks and a small dance floor.

My family gave my wife and I a wedding shower at Eden. The venue was brilliantly decorated and Heather was attentive, polite and helpful in everything, even deep into her pregnancy. A true badass. Let me be clear: I frankly dont care much for weddings or showers. I had to go to way to many as a kid and it left a bad taste. Our event at Eden though was nothing but joyful and resplendently beautiful. Everyone had a blast! Mariachis, cold beers, choco fountains, and tacos galore! Thanks so much Janine & Heather! My husband and I just got married at Eden and it truly was the best night ever. Heather and Janine worked with us throughout the entire planning process and we genuinely felt stress-free from the day we signed on until the end of our wedding. These gals went above and beyond to make our day special. All of our guests were impressed by the venue and they loved the food provided by Eden s choice caterer. I cannot begin to explain how happy and grateful we are to the staff at the beautiful Eden Event Venue. We planned my daughters quinceanera in 5 short weeks and we were lucky enough that Eden had the day available, since they had recently opened. Just the thought of planning such an event in only 5 weeks was stressful enough, but the staff helped make this special moment for us stress free and an enjoyable one. We have had other events elsewhere where we are running around making sure everything is in order and that things are running smooth. At Eden, I was able to enjoy the party and visit with my guests. They kept us on track and assisted us in decorating, cutting the cake, making our guests feel welcomed, and so much more! My Husband and i had our wedding 2 weeks ago and decided to have our reception and dance at Eden Event Venue . I cannot say enough positive things about the Venue. The staff Heather and Janine are so easy to work with. Throughout the planning process they could not have been any more responsive or helpful. The food was as delicious as it sounds on the menu - lots of choices for banquet and the sit down full course meals. The day of the the event Heather and Janine stayed the whole event to make sure everything ran smoothly while being attentive to the guests that attended. The atmosphere is perfect for the back yard wedding feel .From the day we paid our deposit to the end of the event Heather and Janine went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was taken care of ( Cake , food , Dj , Mariachis during reception photo booth candy table and more !) All the feedback we got from invited guests was very positive. Definitely a Must for events ! Eden Deserves more than 5 Stars! Highly Recommended!
