5 out of 10 gas pump trips requires me to walk into the store to get the gas pump receipt! This in the time span of ever since they opened this gas station. Do they not keep up with receipt paper in the gas pumps so that it does not inconvenience me and customers to have to walk into the store to get my gas receipt, or are they purposely trying to not have receipt paper in order to have foot traffic into the store to get the gas pump receipt? Very inconvenient.

E-85! I finally found a place that offers true E-85 flex-fuel (Not the E-15 that QT or Murphys offers). Its about 50 cents cheaper per gallon and my truck runs on it very well.

Give it 3 stars because although it s a great store they have an employee who does not know what professionalism is. My shawna Very rude to her peers and customers had an incident where I was on the phone via FaceTime listening to her being rude to my husband while he shopped. And once while I was buying gas she yelled at a coworker in front everyone.

Every single time I enter this location I feel like Im interrupting something. The team is ALWAYS yelling to each other and using abrasive language and tones. They dont bother to stop their personal conversation while customers are around. The ice cream topping bar is usually put away by 8:00 pm (dessert time) and theres always an issue using the side door to the patio. I think Ive made my last attempt to visit this location.

I have never liked Race Track until I visited the new store. I loved the fresh ground coffee. The breakfast sandwiches were great and the employees were very nice. My wife and I got coffee, breakfast sandwiches and sat outside. We will be back. Very impressed, no more QT for me!

Used my debit card at the pump and got a $75 authorization charge which is completely normal but usually the charge is immediately charged back after youre done fueling. I bought $20 worth of gas, the $20 charge posted on my account but the $75 authorization is still pending and apparently will be for several days. So now Im out $95 for buying $20 worth of gas. And of course I cant get any help from Racetrac customer service because its Saturday.

Used to be my favorite. Sad to say Im done with the excuses. This is the closest location to my house but they are never open because of staffing issues doors locked, lights on and I can see employees inside not doing anything. Ill just go to the location on rufe snow. At least I know their doors will be open. What a joke.

Buyers beware of their doughnuts. I purchased a sugar ring couple of weeks ago and it was extremely OLD!!! It should NEVER have been set in there to be sold ... high priced too! Over a buck now. I gagged & had to feed it to the birds. See, this kind of customer manipulation should be addressed and at least I can warn the public. Why wasn t that old donut free??? Y all need improvement before I can step foot in getting ripped off, smh!

One night I came in and they are supposed to open at 3 but turns out they just talk and keep the door lock and goof off and then spend 40 minutes cleaning the store after they are supposed to open. Not good service at all

I dont know whats wrong with the management at this location, but theyve been unofficially closed at night for WEEKS now - while still advertising themselves as open 24 hours. They dont alter the lights in any way or put any signage up, however; so youre left to drive up and discover that theyre closed only after youve walked up and tried to open the locked doors. I called once to ask if they were no longer open at night, and someone identifying himself as a manager told me that hes the only one there at nights now and therefore has to close the store due to the company security rules. Its surprising to me that the company would be okay with paying a managers salary all night every night only to have the store closed, but whatever.

Oh this was just awful. Im not sure the 3rd shift manager Cody knows how to properly a shift. Half the fountain sodas are out. None of the teas are brewed. Because they went bad 20 mins ago, but none were restarted. When I brought this to his attention he shrugged it off. Theres another employee behind the counter. Looking like he rolled out of bed in the shirt he wore to work. No name tag, no company shirt. Just a baggy white shirt. Hes also eating snacks....I get that you can have a relaxed work environment, but thats just poor management. Just another reminder why just going on down to the next gas station is really worth the extra mile.

This store started out great. Now has gone into broken down restrooms, employees on their cell phones or having guest while you are in line, employees else where in the store making you wait. Tonight on a Saturday only 1 cashier he messed up on my gas purchase he couldnt help me because on this busy night he was the only cashier..when I asked for the manager he said he was the manager which was a lie because Im in there all the time and I know William is not the store manager. IVE SEEN HER THERE DURING WORK DAYS...all I have to say is omg..they have been through like 3 managers..I hope it gets better..I like getting my gas and cigarettes there.

This is my favorite place for gas and snacks. They give points for each purchase, which I use later for free drinks and food. Last month, the app gave me coupons for more than 2 dozen free energy drinks. Ive been bouncing off the walls ever since.

This is my go to gas station. Always clean and stocked. Staff that Ive encountered have been happy, friendly and helpful. I stopped coming to to Racetrac in 2012 when the young boys had a hard time ringing up my gas bill. I came to the convenience store thinking it would be a convenience. I stopped going. Fast forward to 2017 and a new store opened as close as the other location. The line was 6+ deep. The girl at the food counter came to help and I am assuming the lady at the register was in charge, she told the girl she had it. Then two others showed and she told them to go back to stocking shelves and cleaning bathrooms. When I got to the front I told the lady at the register she should clear the line before taking care of other things. I like a clean bathroom and stocked shelves but when I need fast (convenient) service I dont think I will be going back to a RACETRAC EVER AGAIN.my friends and family will hear of my experiences and I would put money on it they will stop coming into Racetracs not convenient gas station again. There are way too many choices to choose from. QT is near me and I get gas at Kroger so I only use these stores for convenience not to stand around while someone is trying too hard to impress someone.

I usually only go to QT but I decided to give this new Race Trac a try since I needed some gasoline and a couple of hot roller items. It was 10 PM (almost on the dot) when I walked in and they had no roller items and the machine was turned off. I asked about that and the clerk said that they normally turn it off at midnight but they decided to turn it of at 10 PM (it was already off and cleaned). He apologized. I went ahead and went to my QT for gasoline and hot roller items. The Race Trac was clean though.

This place just opened up. It is an excellent building with an excellent staff. I was able to order sandwiches and pizza at this location and it was made promptly. The selection is very good and they also have frozen yogurt and ice cream. The place is absolutely beautiful. I love the design and development of the building. The general manager Catherine is amazing and make sure the store runs beautifully. Everyone should come and check this store out!
