I am writing this negative review about my experience with Kaye Lynne as a mediator for my son and his ex-partner on October 9th. I restrained myself from expressing my dissatisfaction at the time, despite my son informing me about how poorly he was treated by this individual. My son has successfully overcome a previous drug addiction and has been clean for over 2 years now. However, upon meeting this woman, she immediately criticized him for his past mistakes, stating, once a druggie, always a druggie. I am appalled by this disrespectful behavior and cannot comprehend how she could speak to my son in such a demeaning manner without even attempting to understand his journey. It is clear to me that she is an insecure bully who takes pleasure in putting others down, and I am left questioning why she would choose to suppress someones efforts to better their life. Such derogatory remarks are capable of driving individuals to extremes, including suicide, and it is distressing to think that she might contribute to such tragedies. Ignorantly belittling individuals with depression or a history of drug addiction only exacerbates their struggles and adds to their burdens. Alternatively, she could have approached my son, or anyone for that matter, with kindness and empathy. Perhaps she could have congratulated him on his sobriety and helped him understand the consequences of his past actions in a supportive manner. The way she handled the situation was completely unnecessary and showed a complete lack of professionalism. Treating people with such disrespect should never be tolerated. It saddens me when my son expresses a desire to call her and share how her words affected him. I sincerely hope this review prompts her to reflect on her actions before mistreating others in the future. It is essential that she realizes she is no better than any of us and ceases to act as if she is.

Update 2021 - I actually had someone I knew that mentioned they were thinking about using Kaye Lynne for her divorce. I laughed & said please read my Google review. I already made that mistake. I will spare you huge amount of frustration, money & time if you permit me to. I told them, I did not enjoy writing the review (below) but you need to know Kay lynne was NOT very adept in her duties to represent me. She was constantly charging me for services she NEVER offered. I told this person that the first thing she discussed in the courthouse on the first court meeting with OPPOSING council while looking at my asset sheet together (which I had given personally to Kaye Lynne), was how she was going to divvy up my assets to cover BOTH OF their time & fees initially! It was sad that this money grabbing person was NOT interested at all in representing me, but siphoning off my assets. This money vampire process continued until I realized she was NOT representing me at all, but delaying the process & ultimately my personal pain, in order to BILL as much money as possible. I told them that I had to constantly follow up & prod her for action & movement in my case as it just languished. Kaye Lynne had made constant promises of things to be completed that just were not. After a very long time & things NOT PROGRESSING AT ALL, & me always pushing for her to complete her promised timeline work. I had no choice but to simply fire her. Divorce is hard enough, but that was the absolute best decision I could have made. Arguably saving me a small fortune on the settlement side as I had ZERO confidence that she would NOT have given away the proverbial farm as the negotiations continued. In my humble opinion, despite her claims, I doubt seriously she is a very effective trial lawyer. Never saw that skill set. Just a Clerical Legal Processor of the divorce process. That is all. After my polite conversation with this person. They avoided the mistake I made of hiring Kaye Lynne. So something beneficial did come out of an unpleasant journey for me...:) Original review - I have hesitated writing this as I really do not like writing unfavorable reviews...but felt I owed this to the people considering engaging Kaye Lynne... I hired & dismissed Kaye Lynne for making timeline promises to me initially that I found out later she could never possibly keep, & also being, in my humble opinion, completely incompetent in my case during the divorce process. She was apparently so intimidated by the top gun attorney my X hired that she had to bring in an even bigger top gun attorney to work with her to manage the situation. If I would have known that, I would have gone straight to the Top Gun attorney to start with & avoided a very unpleasant mess. I apologize for saying this...but the only thing I got on a regular basis from Kaye Lynne was a bill for services I felt were NOT rendered appropriately. I was raised that if I could not say anything nice, then...but felt I owed this information to people preparing to go through one of the toughest, costliest, & emotional times of their lives...a divorce. Not all attorneys are equal!

The review submitted by my ex-husband is not true. Ms Boll represented me in the divorce. She drafted it quickly, and we had to set a hearing to enter it with the court to get the decree signed. I was very pleased with her representation.

Terrible attorney. If you want an attorney that wont return emails or phone calls, and delays your divorce by failing to type up the mediation report more than 6 weeks, then Kay Lynn Boll is your woman!

Kaye Lynn is helpful and knowledgeable. I have known her for many years and she has given me good advise. If you are going through a difficult divorce or child custody dispute you will need to have someone that you can talk to, rely upon and trust and who has a proven track record of success for many years. Kaye Lynn is someone whom you can put your trust in to efficiently resolve your legal issues

On this day, I was in the office during this entire situation. In my experience, I have always shown up early to an appointment because I know there will be paperwork to fill out as a new client. Understandably being in a divorce lawyers office can be a very emotional experience. The staff at Kaye Lynn Bolls office was very helpful and professional on this day I was in the office. Karen the receptionist is a very quiet and soft-spoken woman who is very kind. Sherry has exceptional manners and is a professional woman. She gets down to business and helps you as best she can. Its very unfortunate someone viewed her office the way they did. Ive heard nothing but high reviews of Kaye Lynn Boll and office, and if ever needed I would definitely use her.

We were referred to Kaye Lynn by a friend. It was our first time to need a family lawyer so we were a little nervous. Kaye Lynn and her assistant Sherry were very professional, up front and wanted nothing but the best for us. Sherry was great at communicating updates, what we needed and giving us any information we may need. The well being of our family was the main concern of this law office. I would go to Kaye Lynn again if needed and would refer her to anyone!

I truly do not understand the high reviews and awards Kaye Lynn Boll-Atty has received!!!! This staff is the rudest, inconsiderate group of people I have ever had the misfortune of meeting!! Each one of the staff members made it extremely clear that the attorneys time was extremely valuable and unpredictable which I expresses was understandable, however common courtesy should be a given because my time is valuable too and I dont want to hire an attorney who will not be considerate or reliable. Kaye Lynn Boll-Atty completely blew off my scheduled appointment...with zero consideration of even letting me know. She wasnt in court or deposition...she had a previous appointment and let me sit in her lobby for an hour without any respect or consideration of my time. Her legal assistant, Sherry is extremely rude, unprofessional and when I expressed dissatisfaction, she briskly apologized and dismisses me out the door and said well, it just doesnt work out sometimes. Sherry was short, dismissive and made it very plain that my time didnt matter and her interpersonal skills were lacking. Sherry may have learned manners in school over a half a century ago, but she definitely needs a refresher course. I told Sherry I didnt think she was treating me professionally and she was being rude to me and the staff asked me to leave!!! I would NEVER hire an attorney that is so arrogant to behave as if her time is so much more valuable than the people she is supposed to be serving!! I can not imagine why someone who runs such an inconsiderate pompous practice could ever win as many accolades and awards as she has.

For me, beginning the process with an attorney seemed a very daunting task, but from the moment I got there for my free consultation (truly free), to the moment I walked out of the courtroom, every step was well explained and rather easy. I just did everything they asked me to, and they handled the rest. I was contesting custody. The money seemed right on par with everyone else I talked to. The receptionist was wonderful! Kayes aid, Sherry, was MARVELOUS (stay on her good side!!!). And Kaye Lynne was perfect! Itd be a long review to specify each way I was impressed with their strong and caring minds, so I will just say, dont hesitate to talk to her if an attorney is what you need. She will tell you like it is. And will handle it well. Totally impressed!! Thank you ladies! Sincerely, A very happy Dad. P.S. I got everything I was asking for, and there was NO ugliness involved.
