Ordered a bagel with cream cheese through the drive through. Received a bagel with basically no cream cheese. Why is receiving what you simply ordered and PAID FOR so impossible these days?! Laziness will ruin these establishments.

I think a lot of the negative reviews are towards the morning staff. I can admit I ve never had a good experience when I visit in the mornings. To be fair, getting paid minimal while dealing with less than friendly customers would make anyone in the service industry grumpy. Jorden and the afternoon crew, however, are amazing! They are so sweet, friendly and attentive! Their effervescence is the reason I haven t lost all hope in that location. A smile goes a long way! If anything is wrong, they re apologetic and correct the mistake without hesitation. I ve never had issues with my orders, but I ve witnessed some who ve had. 10/10 recommend!

These employees look like they don t ever wanna be there they don t look happy they don t say hello, How are you doing when you walk in. They re rude. And the turnover that they ve had since I ve been working right next-door to them so many people have ended up leaving or quitting and then they end up getting some person that has a sassy attitude and an ugly face towards their customers. i m not saying not to go here because coffee is coffee but they needed to fix the customer service and they need to fix their faces. Also, they need to work on making their coffee a little bit better sometimes I pay five dollars and I don t even get enough of the cold foam on top of my coffee.

Went thru the drive thru asked for a decaf coffee first off wasn t made correct and on top of that terrible customer service I was very sweet even said have a good day and was left with a blank stare. After realized my coffee was made incorrect I went inside to get my coffee remade. Not even a sorry was said but ok and there s a trash over there for my incorrect coffee. If you hate your job that much just quit.

Just popped in to get some donut holes. There were 3 women working behind the counter, one at the drive thru window and apparently the manager putting sandwiches together. After 5 minutes of being ignored, I raised my voice and said Excuse me, what do I have to do to get waited on? . They promptly stopped and looked at me and the manager promptly said they just came to work. Then she informed me there were a line of cars they were taking care of and I would have to wait my turn. What a way to run a business, if they don t want walk ins, then lock the front door. If the manager had used any managerial skills she would have trained her employees to at least acknowledge your customers when they walk in and they would be with you shortly. The manager didn t even apologize to me. Needless to say, I walked out empty handed. Sad state of affairs.

I ordered a medium iced coffee, which was great, and avocado toast, which was just a piece of bread, slathered with avocado unlike the other one I had gotten there that was really good with some everything seasoning on it, and I ordered snack and bacon, which is supposed to be sweet and crispy and it was just plain bacon and not even crispy. Disappointed two of the three items I ordered were not correct.

Update: After trying to go here for 6 months we give up. Today I ordered a hot chocolate like I have done everytime I have gone to DD. I ordered it with almond milk and extra hot and the girl says the mix has milk and hot chocolate can only be made at one temperature. So she basically told me they cant make a drink like every other DD has. We like the location of this one but the hot drinks are NEVER hot. They are slightly warm and a couple of times they have been so cold we had to put them in the microwave before we could drink them.

I took my kids in for the first time today. Special Daddy / kid time. Saturday morning ~9am. We wanted to try something new for a change of scenery. Their donut racks were mostly empty. I noticed another customer commented on this as well while we were eating. They werent busy. We ordered two donuts each and hot chocolates for everyone. The hot chocolates were half drink, half whip cream. Way too much whip cream. The staff was really nice though. Looks like they are trying to cut costs like everyone else. Probably wont be back. There are a couple of donut places nearby that offer more for less.

I have been to this location 10 times and this is my last. I have never had a good experience since it has been opened. From undercooked muffins and having to walk out after being the only person waiting in line for 10 minutes to be told that I will be right with you and continued to assist the drive through only. I do not understand why the Texas locations cannot have the same service as the north eastern locations. I am disappointed with Dunkin.

I would love to give this location more stars, the staff has always been kind and helpful, but we recently had an issue where our box, including the munchkins, smelt and tasted like WD40 or oil or gas or something. I contacted the store and the employee who answered was kind and concerned, I then reached out to corporate to find out if there was anything that they could do to resolve the issue. They informed me they would contact the franchise owner, give them my information and that they should be in touch with me asap. this was over a week ago and the franchise owner has not contacted me. we were luck enough that we did not let a child eat all of these donuts, we tried and smelt them ourselves and it was AWFUL, we didnt had the smell/taste in our mouth constantly all day. THIS IS EXTREMELY CONCERNING. I ultimately wanted to know that the issue was resolved as this is serious and could cause health concerns. The fact that the Franchise owner has not contacted me to address these concerns is disappointing. I have been a loyal Dunkin customer for years, but at this point Im almost to where I do not want to risk this happening at any other location. I understand it was likely a transport issue, but HOW could it not be addressed, and I still do not understand how this could not be smelt when unpacking them, or even handling them. this owner needs to do better. I would also like to reiterate that IT IS NOT THE EMPLOYEES, theyve always been wonderful and friendly, it is the FRANCHISE OWNER that is not taking the responsibility of contacting a customer who has a serious issue.

Went thru drive thru and lady was kind. Ordered gingerbread latte/ french vanilla latte/ and 2 kolaches. The lady working drive thru asked us to wait up agead and she would bring our it out. I think she was the only one working since we waited a bit for our items and there was only one automobile behind us. Oh I do not love the place I went there a few hours ago to get a free donut for vets day I drove thru and gave the girl my VA card she tried to run it thru the credit card reader which is not gonna happen she called a co-worker to help she tried several times but could not get it to work either so she call another person whom I assume was the manager she tried to run it thru several times she finally told me that the card does not work I told her that was not a credit card it was my VA Id. What a bitter disappointment!!! This is no longer the Dunkin Donuts of my childhood or even most of my adulthood. I remember walking into Dunkin Donuts and the whole wall behind the counter was full of every kind of donut you could think of! Now, there is a double wide glass case with 3 shelves on each side for everything they have except for drinks. They no longer even sell crullers at all and the chocolate kreme filled donuts are filled with something that doesnt taste near as good as what they used to fill them with. I also bought a box of 10 chocolate munchkins to take home for later. I have no idea how or what they used to make them with, but they were the 2nd worst donut product I have ever eaten! They were bland and not sweet at all. My dogs wouldnt even eat them. I will NEVER go back to Dunkin Donut again.

Terrible customer service! They are always out of something. I was just there with my 4 year old son because he loves Kolaches. We waited at the ordering station with no cars in front for several minutes. Once attendant came on she was extremely rude and bothered we were there. I believe her name is Kelly. I asked to speak to manager, but manager is never on-site and requested franchise owner information. Once we finally received whatever left they had at 9:00 am - my son tells me he doesnt like this place. He prefers the one in southlake or in hurst. How bad is a place where a 4 year old would rather drive 10 minutes than across the street. Management needs to clean house and hire people who care.

Stopped by this morning. The drive through line was long. When it was my turn to order, the woman taking my order informed me they were out of donuts. Really Dunkin Donuts???? So I left the line and tried another Dunkin Donuts down the road. They had some donuts. Part of my order included 2 bacon eg and cheese croissants. When my family bit into them, they noticed the eggs werent right. Something was very off. The eggs were like mush. Turns out, they dont use real eggs! Horrible! This is a new Dunkin so it was very clean, and compared to most Dunkins, the service was incredibly fast, however the coffee was just horrendous. Perhaps this is because it just recently opened but that doesn t excuse the taste. The flavor was not mixed on one of my coffees, and the other was drenched in the flavored syrup making it undrinkable and on top of that this Dunkin (and this is no fault to the employees as this is decided by management) charges 50 cents per pump of other milk (almond, soy, etc.) which is by no means noticeable if you only get one. I d say give it some time to acquire more experience.
