Service was horrible. I questioned the price of a meal, since it was different from The Woodlands location, so instead of holding up drive thru, I went inside. Katrina asked if she could help me, I explained myself, she listened then explained that they are a franchise. She THEN asked if I could step aside so she could take a familys order who had been standing there. As I looked at the menu of my other choices, she took the order of a customer who just walked up. THIS is a franchise that I will NEVER visit again!!

I usually love going to this place but I was very disappointed my last visit. I had asked for a large broccoli salad at the drive through window among another item. The girl told me my total and I had paid. A few minutes go by and she apologizes that she had under charged me 3ish dollars for my broccoli salad instead of 10ish dollars and that she would need an additional payment if I wanted what I had originally ordered. I asked if they could take the money that I had already paid off of the $10, and that I would happily pay the difference. The girl went and got her manager. The manager said it would be easier to refund the $3 and then have me pay the full amount for the food. After she scans my card again, she then tells me that I won t receive a refund until a few days later? I understand that mistakes happen, but inconveniencing a customer to fix that mistake should not happen. I understand that it is only a $3ish refund that I have to wait for, but it s the principle of making a customer wait for their money back for a mistake that they had made. I am not disappointed because the girl made a mistake (I get it, mistakes happen), rather I am upset with how they tried to fix their mistake.

I went in for lunch Friday afternoon for the first time and I was not as impressed as I had hoped I would have been. The food was good and the young lady that helped me was really sweet until an older lady was yelling at her in the dining area in front of all the customers. I heard her yelling I am the manager at this place . I will not return that was so unprofessional and the little girl looked so embarrassed, she had tears in her eyes. The food was okay overall, but the overcooked bacon made it difficult to swallow. I feel compelled to provide feedback. The young lady who took my order didnt greet me with a hi, welcome to Chicken Salad Chick as the companys training suggests. She also neglected to assist me in placing my order, contrary to the expected protocol for front-end employees. Questions such as White or wheat? or Would you like to add a drink? are essential for better sales, according to the mandatory training. While waiting for my food, the employee at the window was sitting on her phone, seemingly wasting company time. During this slow hour with few customers in the store, she could have utilized this time for restocking, facing items, wiping down counters and tables, and initiating the daily cleaning tasks behind the Quick Chick fridge. Furthermore, her shirt was untucked, and she wasnt wearing a belt, violating the employee dress code. There appears to be room for improvement in both service and adherence to company policies.

I have been wanting to try this place for a while and Im glad I finally did. Upon entering, I was instantly delighted with the cozy decor. I went into this little restaurant with little to no expectations. See, I ve always viewed chicken salad as a mediocre dish with little-to-no variety or excitement, but I decided to tag along for lunch and give it a shot anyway.. Let me tell you: I stand very, VERY corrected. I never knew that there could be so much variety in chicken salad; They ve got traditional types with egg, pickles, onion, etc.. but they ve also got exciting and flavorful takes on the dish in styles I ve never seen done before that blew me away once I tasted them. I got a chick with an extra scoop - It came with a sandwich, a scoop of extra chicken salad, a cookie, a pickle, potato/bacon soup, and a drink.. and I think I spent like $13.50 on it? Let me tell you - I came in worried I wouldn t leave full or satisfied, and I found myself with more than enough good food to eat! I almost struggled to finish my plate, actually - And I m a pretty big dude who tends to have a pretty big appetite to match! The place was clean, lively, and the workers were very friendly and attentive. In fact, despite it being pretty busy, our food made it to our table before we even finished getting our drinks at the fountain. I got a sweet tea, and maybe this isn t a selling point for a lot of people reading this review - but that tea was PERFECT. Normally, I avoid sweet tea at restaurants because it s always far too sweet and gets all its flavor from its sweetness.. But this is the first restaurant I ve been to in ages that serves a tea with my ideal balance or sweetness, and it s something I greatly appreciated and will be getting again. Although I didn t take anything to go, I should mention that they offer pre-packaged salads that you can grab and go without needing to wait on any prep, and I found that to be a SUPER convenient factor for anyone in a rush or picking up lunch for later. They ve also got a drive thru, which adds even more to the convenience and speed of their service. All in all, I was shocked. I didn t expect much going in, but I left far more satisfied than I ever thought I could be from just chicken salad. This place will DEFINITELY be going into my rotation for lunch dates!

I really appreciate the variety of chicken salad, so I ve been able to try something new every time! I went in today to pick up my lunch today and the employee assisting me today was truly rude and unprofessional. She did not greet me in a friendly manner nor did she even say, Thank you or have a nice day. I love the atmosphere of this place. Staff is very friendly and variety in menu to choose from. However, this is my second time here. First time, dined in and second time drive thru. I tried this restaurant for the first time today because I m a chicken salad lover and it was delicious! The food is so delicious. The Kickin Kay Lynne is my favorite one Ive tried so far. The Dixie Chick is very good also! Ive never really been a chicken salad fan, but this place has made me start to like it! It is shocking how long it takes to get two sandwiches. We didnt get drinks, just the sandwiches with the broccoli salad side. We sat at the window for a VERY long time. Do they actually make the salad mix when you request it? It has been slow every time we have ordered here. Plus, for the 2nd Mothers Day in a row, we tried to take advantage of the Mothers Day Special. The 1st year, they were out and actually closed early! This year we went to a different location in Pasadena and they said they were out of containers so they couldnt honor the deal. It was buy one, get one. You couldnt put it in a drink cup or a sandwich container? We are done with this chain. The food is good but pricey and their inability to honor their deals has just finished us off.

I ve been wanting to try this place for a while and it didn t disappoint. I m not crazy about chicken salad but it s one of those food items I get a taste for from time to time. The customer service is excellent. I was surprised at the numerous chicken salad options since I ve only had it one way my entire life. I dined I m and tried the buffalo chicken salad on a croissant with the chicken poblano soup. To my amazement they were both less than $10. That s very rare these days. They were both excellent as well. I also received a complimentary cookie. Cookies are my love language. The cookie was spectacular. I will be back!

They have flavors of chicken salad for every person who loves chicken salad! I had a couple of flavors that tasted just like my mother and grandmother used to make. The croissants were so tasty and flaky! The restaurant was clean and sanitized after each table was used. I loved the food! The pumpkin cheesecake is pretty good.

I ve eaten here several times and am generally pleased with the cleanliness and food. HOWEVER, I got what I m pretty sure was food poisoning yesterday after lunch. Just wanted to inform the restaurant so measures can be taken to minimize this occurrence.

Im giving four stars for uniqueness! Very creative idea...it kinda reminds me of a spring Saturday inside! Im not a fan of cold salads however they have a nice menu! Im just rating the ambience because Ive never had their food. But when I do youll know!

This was my first experience here, and I was kind of disappointed after all of the great things I had heard. The food was amazing. However, it looked as if they were a bit under staffed for the lunch crowd. I went thru their drive thru and received the wrong order. I went inside and spoke to, I assume, the manager, she kind of acted annoyed that I had brought back in the wrong order and asked for what I had paid for. She took the food, chucked it in the trash and yelled to the kitchen staff to remake my order. I waited for a good 20 minutes after being in the drive thru for 30 for my meal. There was no apology. The food is amazing, but I dont think ill be wasting money or gas going out there again.

I really enjoyed my experience here. The aesthetics were pretty and the curly haired brown guy with the beautiful smile had that Chick Fil A customer service!!! The name of the sandwich I had escapes me (I think it was Old Suzie) and i had it on a croissant. It was delectable, some good ole home made chicken salad. I ll definitely be back!!

I used to really love this place, I have eaten here many times and always enjoy the food here. But the past few times I ve come here, they ve completely messed up my order. Almost seems like they just give me someone else s order. It s my fault for not checking it before driving away, but I also shouldn t have to check my bag every time to make sure it s my correct order. Seems to be really going downhill lately.

Loved the food here and they have so many gluten free options!! Staff is very friendly and they have a great variety of food options- definitely will be returning.
