Just ordered an Iced latte and a blueberry muffin from here and I have to say they are the worst items I ve ever gotten from a coffee shop. The latte was very bitter and gross tasting. Won t be coming back. There are other coffee places nearby so I would skip this one and go elsewhere.

This place is the best!! The matcha is to die for as well as all of the other tea and coffee options. Bonus is that they support our local veterans, and doctors. I have been receiving their coffee by mail via the coffee club for several years. Great company! Great products! #SupportVeteranBusiness They do so much for active military, veterans, and first responders. How could you not support a business like this. I also treat their employees incredibly well and have a phenomenal training program. Come here for your coffee when in the area. I also love their dedication to Old Glory! I can say they still have some amazing staff here, but they have lost a ton of great employees and have a higher turnover rate. P. S. Hannah is back!!!

We ve always had a good experience with Black Rifle Coffee in the two years we ve lived in Texas up until today. My husband and I both ordered a vanilla cold brew with cream in the drive thru. When we got to the window to pay, for the first time ever, we were shown the screen and told that we could add a tip onto our bill for the staff if we wanted to. We didn t end up tipping. When we received our drinks, they were extremely watered down and seemed to be made with more cream than coffee itself. Maybe the staff working were new and it was an honest mistake? Maybe they were getting back at us for not tipping? It s really hard to not feel like that s why our drinks came out so horrible. We were really disappointed with our experience and pray asking for tips isn t something BRC is going to start implementing upon payment from here on out.

Comfortable atmosphere. Lots of seating. Lots of options and flavors for lattes and coffee. A few sugar free options. Got a large Liberty Bell (caramel & vanilla). Large is 20ozs. Delicious coffee. Decor is awesome. Lots of seating available. Various sweeteners available as well. Plenty of merchandise for sale: hoodies, t shirts, coffee mugs, coffee, etc. Would definitely come back here again.

my two daughters and grandson went with me. we ordered and paid for 2-smalls and 2-mediums. we received 3-smalls and one medium. my medium was next to my daughters small (same size), and when I asked about it to the barista......she said that is a medium. admit that you made a mistake, and dont lie to customers. Jessica South and the team at this location in North Richland Hills are nothing short of amazing. Every year they provide coffee for the homeless in Fort Worth on Christmas eve through the ministry group I am part of. This year, 200 people received a hot cup of coffee and fellowship . What a blessing to have people that are willing to give back to the community.

BRC makes a precision strike against Starbucks in the heart of Tarrant County, with minimal collateral damage. The shop is small, yet fairly easy to access on the busy Rufe Snow / 820 intersection. The baristas were beyond friendly, making sure that we got exactly what we were in the mood for. It means a lot that they actively promote and ask about their military/vet discount, instead of just hoping no one mentions it during the sale. The mocha iced coffee was packed with a strong, bitter, mocha flavor, but it was still very much enjoyable. The fall seasonal mocha maple latte was an interesting yet enjoyable beverage, with two types of sweet fighting for the attention of your taste buds. I had an everything bagel with my coffee, and while it was nice and warm, it was a little too soft and chewy for my liking...just a slight toasting would have made it perfect.

This location was very clean and the barista was extremely pleasant. The customer in front of me ordered a decaf drink that was made incorrectly; the employee felt terrible and was incredibly apologetic. It was nice to see someone own their mistake and care enough to make a sincere apology then make it right. These employees are clearly empowered to treat customers well. My draft latte with cold foam was DELICIOUS and the flavor recommendation was perfect. Thanks to everyone here for being what the others should strive for.

Pretty awesome little atmosphere. Veteran owned business with a nice little shop that I wished I had time to go through to buy a shirt. Decided to go in instead of taking the drive thru. This place has been around a litte while but lines were insanely long. The honey sausage biscuit was really delicious and the coffee is freshly roasted. Nice!
