Jeff was very helpful, always available, knowledgeable, and took care of every detail right down to closing on the property. Jeff and his team did a phenomenal job helping my family relocate to the Denton area. We were new to the area, and Jeff did an incredible job helping us find our ideal home in a great neighborhood. The process was smooth, and we always feel in the loop. He had a way with explaining the complicated aspects in simple terms. Jeff still stays in touch with us, and will let us know about odds and ends as it relates to the city ordinances that could be applicable which helps immensely. Cant recommend Jeff enough!

Thanks to Jeff Withers and the Withers Howell team for a flawless execution of a real estate transaction. Our previous realtor made many mistakes which caused us to terminate the sell of our daughter s home and the purchase of her new home 3 days before closing. We quickly terminated that realtor and Jeff had us in a contract on a different home the very next day and we closed 14 days later. He saved us.

We lived in Frisco Lakes in Frisco and decided to sell our home. Jeff Withers, with Withers Howell Real Estate was highly recommended to us. He came over and met with us and had all the answers to our questions. He was so easy to talk with and and very knowledgeable about Frisco Lakes and the surrounding area.
