Hubby & I stopped here to grab something to eat. Hubby got 2 chili cheese dogs that were disgusting, not tasting fresh. I got a blue raspberry slushie as I just had teeth extracted two days ago and on a soft food diet. The gentleman was nice enough to run back in and get me a spoon. A few bites into my slushie I seen a black hair. I am a blonde. This was very disgusting !!! Unsettling. We won t be returning. When we eat out anywhere we expect our food and drinks to be made accordingly and not have hair in anything. Very disgusted.

I have ordered the same burger from here for years. The supersonic jalapeno cheese burger without the cheese, very very well done. The name is changed now but I relay how I want it. I stress no cheese multiple times when ordering. Almost 90% of the time my burger comes with cheese & I have to send it back worrying that they may do something to it. I always tip around $5 even before sending it back. Ill stop patronizing them for a while & then go back. Today person taking the order was somewhat annoyed while we placed the order so I didnt want to send my burger back for fear of retaliation. It was absolutely the worst burger I have eaten in a while & the fries tasted old, grasey & refried. Even the Ocean Water drink had no taste or fizz. I think Ill just stop eating a Sonic unless I find a location with better reviews.

I ordered a supersonic double cheeseburger and got a single patty. Got less than what I paid for so that was cool I guess. Every now and then I will try the place again to see if they finally fixed messing up orders, but every time they still mess something up and this one just made me really upset since it was missing an entire patty. How does that happen? Just how. I should ve taken a picture of it but it is what it is now I guess. Maybe I m unlucky, but this is just ridiculous because now it s messing with my money, not my customization. I will say though, the people are still extremely nice and their kindness is the reason it s a 2 instead of a 1

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The service here is abysmal. Ordered ice cream sundaes and not only did it take 20 more minutes than when it said to be there, but they skimped out on the amount. They were also clearly not fresh, as they were melted. They werent busy so you would imagine the food would be out pretty quick, but the employees here couldnt be bothered with that. This is not the first time it has happened at this location, even when you use the app to order. Save your money and buy ice cream somewhere else.

I absolutely hate this Sonic. The staff is horrible, the food is always cold, and they always mess something up. I seriously don t h sweet and how it s still open. I ve been there about three times and after today, I was totally done with even thinking about that location. Highly advise to not go here, and if you do, check your food to make sure it s correct and at least room temp.

I am new to the area and have been visiting this location frequently . They give pup cups to dogs. I never heard of this before, its wonderful. During evening hours, the asst mgr Chase, is who has taken care of our ice cream& drink orders makes them perfect.. . I listened to him as he trained a new employee. he was very thorough,hands on and patient. He also was very friendly to us every time we ordered and came to window to pay for & pick up food , helped me understand the differences of something I struggled ordering for my friends. just gives off a good energy with wonderful customer service. I also have had good experiences during daytime hours with another male employee,I think he too is MGMT, Im not sure if his name, he is the one who introduced me to the pup cups! He is nice too. Nothing bad to say about this Sonic Parking: Its a car hop and drive thru servicing restaurant. Truthfully Ive never paid attention if theres tables to sit at outside . But theres definitely enough parking space

I moved to the area about 8 months ago and have been there a total of 3 times. Every single time without fail something in the order is wrong. They forget cheese on the tots, cheese on the burger. Went in late at night and there was only me and someone else in stalls. I ordered two shakes but despite the emptiness of the place it took them 25 minutes for them to finally make my shakes. I say finally because i watched them do nothing in that time and one of them smoked something by a window. Then when i finally got my shakes they didnt even give me the correct ones not to mention they over filled them so they spilled in my car when i tried to remove them from my cupholders. Really dont know what happened as this place used to be somewhat decent to get a sweet treat late at night but now even that seems impossible...

I had a phenomenal experience. I asked Courtney to put as much mayonnaise as she could possibly fit onto a double cheeseburger with jalapenos. She exceeded my expectations. Indeed, this was probably one of the hardiest, most robust burgers I received from any fast food restaurant in a very long time. She was also very polite, friendly, had a wonderful smile and excellent demeanor. I came here from Liquid Environmental Solutions to provide service to their grease traps, so be assured those are taken care of. Wheelchair accessibility: Its wide open.

We didnt receive our receipt even when we asked, the order was missing a corn dog & the one we did get was cold not room temp it was still refrigerator cold and the order taker in the drive thru was less than understandable. He couldnt announciate any menu items and got the order wrong 3 times. And then we both choke on the sad price of $20. I truly believe that a 1 large mozzarella stick and 1 corn dog should not cost this much yet we didnt get a receipt so they probally packed the bill. The restaurant employees all should be fired and or closed down. No telling how long the health department has not been there. So very sad and unhealthy. We were robbed!

Went through the drive thru today 5/12/23 at maybe 4:45ish and had to deal with a very rude and slow employee. I placed my order and when I got to the window the lady told me my total but I didnt hear all of it so I asked her what it was again and she just stood there. So ok I ignored that and handed her a gift card and told her how much was on the gift card and I will pay the rest in cash, she then rudely said oh this register will not split orders. I said what do you mean I should be able to pay with my gift card and pay the rest in cash, she said NO we cant do that here the register will not let me. Then she took her headset off and threw it down on the counter with an attitude and said look maam I just work here!! So now at this point I asked her are you ok? And she said yes Im fine!! Out of everything and couldnt get the order right. I had to ask for several things I had ordered. The fries were cold and OLD and tasted like they had been fried in 2 week old oil several hours previously. Granddaughters kids meal was ordered as a CHEESEburger with NO mustard. Of course it had no cheese and DID have mustard. Had to demand her milk and the coney that was ordered. Had ordered a chicken strip dinner and got ONLY 3 chicken strips because the drive through person thought I wouldnt want the entire meal because they had no gravy (try opening your mouth and ASKING instead of making someone elses decision). No onion rings. Or popcorn chicken (which was what was ordered but they were OUT), or tots. I knew I should have stopped at the one farther away.

If I could give ZERO stars I absolutely would. We sat at the Drive-In, after ringing in, for nearly 15 minutes without a single answer from an employee. After growing tired of waiting there, we finally decided to pull up to the Drive-Thru where we waited about another 5 MINUTES with again NO ANSWER. If your location is closed or you re not accepting orders, a simple Sorry for the inconvenience or even a SIGN would be nice especially when we can see people walking around inside. Avoid the hassle. Looks like a shiny new sonic where one could expect to order decent fast food in a timely manner, but looks can be deceptive. After 10 minutes at the window with no other customers present they tell me theyre waiting on tots. After 10 more minutes they ask how I want my chicken fried steak sandwich. After 5 more minutes I am handed a bag with cold tator tots and a burnt chicken fried steak sandwich. To add insult to injury the cashier seems to be Ill with a nasty cough... I have gone to this exact location several times and ordered a Cherry Vanilla Milkshake with zero issues. I just went here today and for some strange reason today they didnt know how to prepare or ring up a cherry vanilla milkshake. Pretty frustrating as I am 100% sure I have ordered that at this location before. That is a horrificly lazy employee.

I have literally ordered a Cherry Vanilla shake from this specific location many times. I just went to get this exact same shake and I was told that they didnt know how to make it or ring it up. Thats incredibly frustrating and very lazy. Its not that hard to figure out how to add cherry to a vanilla milkshake. Disgustingly lazy employees. Guess Ill go somewhere else from now on

Worked at Sonic. Even occasionally worked with this location back in the late 90s. Same owner of the one in Texas City back then. My standards for Sonic are high and only reason why not giving 5 stars is the two #2 hamburgers my wife and I received were salty. Think there was extra on the grill for some reason. I was only able to get about half of it down before I called it quits. Was too much, but not worth complaining about after making an attempt. Everything else was spot on. Fresh fries, good shake, and two cherries in the cherry lime-aid.

Service is unbearably slow even when theres no other customers and you just order a drink. Theres always items unavailable and I have yet to arrive home without an item missing or incorrect. Theyre super rude about correcting mistakes as well and ordering ahead saves you no time since they dont seem to start making it until you arrive, which defeats the purpose. I used to love getting to go to a Sonic and now I dread it as an option.
