Exceptional Service and quality to match! Yesterday I toured our new homes in Tavola for the first time. The day before, my inspector sent me reports on the homes. Tristyn the Lennar Quality Assurance Manager asked to review the inspection reports before I got there. By the time I arrived, Tristyn and her team had already addressed all of the items on the report. I am very impressed with Lennar and their building team!

I do not recommend purchasing from Lennar, as Lennar tries to do anything to make money on the seemingly cheaply built homes. Please do your research before purchasing with Lennar. I unfortunately got into a contract with Lennar for a shell of a home with no amenities in Tavola West and found out within days that I was not getting as good of a deal as I was told by Mike (Salesman). Once I cancelled the deal, I was threatened regarding my Earnest Money, and basically forced into another deal for another home which they claimed was a new un lived in model home. I found out within a day of signing the new agreement that the home had been lived in and Mike and Cole were charging me $5K more than the brand new home (Legend Home) that I am purchasing in the same neighborhood (Townsen Reserve), claiming that I was getting a 20k discount, and buying the home with equity. Of course, I found out that was another lie being told, as the home was built in 2023 and been occupied. The model home had very few upgrades, and the Legend Home that I purchased provided me with all of the amenities that Mike and Lennar claimed they can longer provide. Even through all of the lies and deception, Mike and Lennar (Desperate used car salesmen) profited by keeping my Earnest Money which came from my retirement. Other builders that I contacted indicated that they would have returned the Earnest Money within that short period of time, as it would have been the right thing to do under the circumstances. Do not trust these salesmen are telling you as they do not have your best interests in mind. Once again, please attempt to do your research before purchasing with Lennar or try to get an opt out clause. BTW, the CEO, other Executives will not help you and will only ignore calls and emails. Once you do the deal, you will be on your own to deal with unscrupulous Salesmen yourself. Buyer Beware!

Sounds I don t want to buy from lenar. I bought a used home (lenar) the foundation is bad, it s leaning really bad. Uggghhh. Take your chances, just saying.

My wife and I purchased a home from Lennar and it s been nothing but deception and lies. They do not follow building code. They have had to come out over 60 times to fix issues that are devastating to the home we had mold in our house. They had to redo our roof had to redo our siding and it s still not done correctly. We have multiple leaking windows we have water pouring in through our siding, and now they re telling us that it s due to the storm when the siding isn t installed correctly.

The day we spoke to Austin Webb The rest has been history since then. He was extremely informational and the team that he had behind him the loan officer, Ashleigh Jones. The Introduction to Home and quality control was on point. There was only one thing to be honest that was of poor quality on the property was the sod and landscaping was 4 out of 10 I did landscaping for two years at NASA. So Quality was important to say the lease. everything else has been exceptionally awesome. I m very happy to be a homeowner threw Lennar

With the current market, buying new with Lennar does make financial sense with the incentives and interest rate buy down. Downside is that they are very salesy who ultimately have their best interest at heart, which happens to be their wallet. With that in mind, you can still be on guard and find a good deal.
