The experience at this T-Mobile location was one the easiest we have ever dealt with. Nelson was able to take my husband s phone that was completely destroyed and get him a new one set up with ease. We did not know any of the back up information but he worked through it and got it all done! Totally recommend going to this location and to Nelson with all your t-mobile needs.

Very poor customer service. I went to the store for the second time and after multiple calls to 611 and was advised to talk to the store manager since i have an issue with the promo code which wasnt attach to my account and have to pay the whole amount of the phone. He/she let her/his staff manage may issue and his staff go back and forth to the back office to get his/her assistance. Why dont u just tak to me directly and resolve this problem knowing that this is 2nd trip to the store and multiple calls. I purchased the phone in your store and u have the direct access to whatever department u can call to fix the issue

The guy seemed very helpful until we got home and figured out what he did. He offered us $200 for a trade-in but only gave us $25. We were adding a line from Boost to Tmobile to make a total of 4 active lines. I was told my phone would work immediately and it still isnt working. Was promised it would work with in 24hrs by tech and its been almost 26 hrs. Still no working phone or word from anyone. Terrible and shady service. Be aware, read your paperwork carefully

Manager s name is AC at The Valley Ranch location. Horrible customer service. Today was the third time that I went to the location to try to get a new glass protector for my XR. I have the lifetime warranty on it,so I wanted to get it replaced. They said they no longer carry the phone I have as it s too old. We pay extra every month for this insurance so I was trying to get them to ever an explanation as to what could be done. The first time I went to the location, they stated they were out of protectors and the manager stated that I would get it in the mail. I never received it. That was almost 2 months ago. Same story after the second visit. When I asked today what would happen if I didn t receive it he just shrugged his shoulders at me. They do NOT care about their customers. They just care about selling you the next new phone or accessory to make money. This was the ridiculous reply to the above: Hello Hector Torres, we apologize for your less-than-ideal experience. Our team should always be courteous, respectful, and professional. We appreciate you being a T-Mobile customer and Its disappointing to learn that we did not live up to our high standards for customer service. We are always improving and hope youll give us another chance to provide better service in the future. I don t know how what you write me is going to fix the problem.

Went into this location to upgrade my phone and there was quite a line with only two people working (manager in back room); after two hours of waiting Marcus P assisted me. Marcus was professional and knowledgeable about the product but was unable to help me due to system issues with T-Mobile. He told me he would call me when the system was up and running so I could come in and finish the upgrade (honestly doubted he would call) surprising he called later in the day. Kudos to Marcus for going above and beyond when the manager was sitting in office while 10 or more customers were waiting (almost 2 hours) and that manager should have been helping customers. I hope T-Mobile treats good employees like Marcus P well because he deserves a raise. Thanks Marcus P for following through and going over and above

Ive gone here twice to try to replace my screen protector... which i pay monthly to get unlimited screen protectors replaced when theyre broken. Both times i had to wait 20-30mins for anyone to even acknowledge me. And both times they told me the screen protectors were out of stock and couldnt tell me when they would have more or even direct me to a store that did have them. Its ridiculous. I am fed up with Tmobile. Ive been a customer with them for almost 5 yrs now and I think next week im going to go check out Verizon & AT&T. Tmobile has literally given me nothing but problems and hidden fees. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I am so upset, like why do I pay a monthly fee for my screen protector to be replaced and then its nearly impossible for me to get it replaced at ANY store. Ughhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!

The lady told me pixal 7 pro is on promotion for $99 with free ear buds , cant beat that rite.. got my first bill the phone was 899 and the ear buds $100.. went back in and called customer service the only thing they can do for me is$100 credit. We have attempted to use this location multiple times. Today will be the last. They refused to honor an advertised deal saying we were not eligible. I spent a significant amount of time on the phone with Tmobile customer service to discover I was in fact eligible for that deal. I took my business to another location who handled the situation with no difficulty. This location appears to just be worried about upselling their customers. We have had to leave multiple times because of unhelpful and counterproductive employees and other Tmobile locations can help almost immediately. I dont know if this is a teaining issue, a culture of not understanding customer service withing store, or another issue, but they have permanently lost our business. We have kept trying it because it is conveniently located. But it is not convenient if they are as unhelpful as possible.

We went in to get new SIM cards for our Sprint phones because of the so-called merger. They were not prepared or properly trained to do it. Wait as long as possible to have this done to your phone and by all means, dont go there. They were pathetically rude, blaming the interminable delays on the computer, the system, and Sprint. Trying to get any service at this store is a waste of time. Im a 5+ year business customer & have visited this store 3 times in the last year to purchase phones and add lines for my business. I was unsuccessful each time. They are more interested in selling you new products you did not ask for. They continue to try to up sale even after assertive rejection. If you ever need to go to T mobile make sure you go and see an associate named Angel. She is super friendly and helpful. She also is very knowledgeable about all devices and services. I felt very comfortable making my decision when it came to upgrading to a better phone. Thanks Angel, your the best!!!

Walked in to the store today and there was a wait of course. So I went ahead and checked. Two ladies came in behind me and checked in. We waited about 30 minutes and finally someone was free to take another customer. Instead of taking us the rep took the two ladies that waljed in after us. I will not go back to this store.

They lost their chance for 2 phone sales yesterday. An employee finally decided to come up and ask if we had been help but it wasnt to help us it was to attempt to force my younger children to where a mask, mind you my wife my self and my older son all had them on. My other 2 place under the age of 10 and not required to wear one, this employee state that regardless they would be required if over the age of 2. I am a long time t-mobile customer and spend alot on phones and this incident could end said relationship with t-mobile totally.
