We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location was convenient, and the staff was nice and helpful. Initially, we booked a Loft style room, but it felt a bit odd for our needs. However, the front desk staff were accommodating and promptly moved us to a regular room, which was much more comfortable.

It was mine and my boyfriends anniversary yesterday and for my present he wanted to take me here cause I have bleeding on my knee and he hurt his back so he thought 24 HR access to their hot tub would be perfect for us. He called to confirm the 24 HR access to their hot tub which they confirmed. Rooms seems reasonable online $126 we get there only to be told it would be $220 and they dont accept cash. When asked why so much higher they said because we didnt book online well no we had cash. So we leave to go put the cash on a prepaid card get back and tried to reserve the lower price online only to be told that the room online was no longer available even though online said they had 6 left. Reluctant we pay and once again my boyfriend mentioned the hot tub yes its 24 hrs. Well we go to the hot tub only to find out its broke so manager on duty kept telling us 30 mins it will be fixed. Yes it was still broke at check out. Front desk was completely rude and dead set on not hearing anything we had to say. I think they should have comped us a room for another night or given us a refund or better yet told us the hot tub was broke. Wont get my business ever again.

The only problem we needed to extend our stay for another day, due to a death in the family. We could not do it at the desk. You have to go online to reservations and then its hit or miss. You may are you may not get to keep the room youre in. And if its crowded enough you wont even get a room at all. Thats a far cry from the Hilton Inns I used to travel all the time too. Once you take everything away from the front desk you might as well be dealing with a robot. Thank you Rooms: Luxury without having to have unnecessary compartments. Wonderful showers exceptionally spotless Nearby activities: Nightlife across the street and around the corner older neighborhood with a lot of character. Food and drinks: The bar small but exceptionally well stocked add an expert bartender and theres not much more to say except fill her up again. Prices are exceptionally well. The food here is more along the line of a small restaurant. The menu is small but adequate

Do yourself a favor and book this hotel if you will be in the area! The hotel was very clean with updated decor. Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Beds were super comfy. Adding breakfast to your stay when you book is a plus. Breakfast staff was great as well. Would have liked to see a turkey bacon or sausage option on the menu, but other than that everything was great! Will definitely be staying here next time I am in Dallas.

I booked two connected rooms for my daughters 12th birthday sleepover. The staff, the pool, the hot tub, the cleanliness, the breakfast.... everything was perfect. Its a very pretty hotel. The only thing I wasnt a fan of is that there was no way to keep the connecting doors open, and if they closed, you were locked out from the other side. A couple of door stops would be awesome for those connected rooms. Overall, its a beautiful hotel, with super decent prices. The pool being 24 hours was our main selling point, but our favorite part was the beds-- my sister woke up and said that was the best nights sleep Ive had in a lonnnng time. We also came on a Monday, and I feel like we had the hotel to ourselves-- saw MAYBE six other guests. We definitely plan to come back! Also, the coffee at breakfast? Best, BEST hotel coffee Ive ever had. Hands down.

Way TOO much next-door & hall noise. Left elevator will close on people-beware! Breakfast was just ok. Staff is friendly. Place needs some maintenance. Someone dumped their car ashtray in the parking garage & it was not cleaned up during the 4 days we were there. Pic is of the chip in the enamel on our shower floor.

I will start out by telling you about are Host Jasmine, she was wry prompt, professional, and even went the extra mile by communicating via text. Upon check in which was 1.5 hrs earlier than usual she was able accommodate us. She is a wonderful person!!! Perfect Customer Service!!!The Hotel has its own garage that will take you to every floor, it s in the back it he building ( not the one you drive in to check in). It was great to be able to drive up to the floor we were on. The pool was open and clean, a little too much chlorine for me but better than not at all!!! The rooms were clean and neat. The bed was perfect in the king room. I really liked the security controls to get to the room floors. No card no access. The Breakfast was excellent!!! You can have the buffet breakfast and/or have the great ladies cook you something. It was definitely worth it, both ways. I want to send out a special thanks two the two ladies that made my sunny side up eggs in the morning. The bacon was thick and great flavor! The mixed fruits were very sweet and juicy. Cold juice apple, orange, cranberry. Yogurt, breads, cereals, breakfast potatoes, sausage patties, bacon, scrambled eggs were just part of the breakfast. Wonderful!! We had a great time and will definitely recommend staying at this hotel when you want a good safe comfortable nights sleep or just want to get away from the normal and want to relax. So do yourself the favor and stay at this hotel when your around. Rooms: Clean, comfortable and quiet!!! Nearby activities: Great Mexican restaurant two blocks away. Safety: No card no access !!! Food and drinks: Great happy hour!!! Noteworthy details: 24 hr swimming indoor swimming pool, no card no access, BREAKFAST, SERVICE !!!

A company booked a loft room for me, but the loft rooms are terrible. There s a huge bar/desk dividing the room with the bed weirdly positioned directly in front of the window and the headboard against the desk instead of a wall. This position makes it uncomfortable both for working at the desk and for sleeping. The first night room reservation couldn t be changed because it was booked through a third party, but the second night, they cheerfully changed me to a regular 2 queen bed room and it was a million times better. Very comfortable, restful, and pleasant. Slept so much better. I had packages sent to me by my company and the staff texted as soon as they arrived. Other than that first night, the staff was very helpful, and eager to help. Just do not get the loft room and the rest is great.

Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and had a variety to choose from that was upkept promptly by very accommodating staff. Would have loved to have given a higher rating but the service I received after I had left the hotel really left a bad taste. Very rude lady called only one time and left a voicemail threatening me with police in a rather brandish sort of way over there being left over charges that werent going through cause my card was locked. This was solved immediately when I called back to let her know that my card was locked and that I had unlocked it for her to charge and that there was no need to threaten me how she did as I only needed to know that they were needing to charge my card for things that had gone slightly over my deposit amount. She did not comment or apologize and abruptly hung up after the charge went through. Very disappointed with this hotel... Ive never experienced this kind of behavior with any hotel I have ever stayed with. Noteworthy details: Rude tyrannical staff in the morning that are eager to escalate to unnecessary actions over small issues ( most likely any issue at all )

The carpets in both rooms 502 and 504 had blood stains, cum stains, and gum all over them. It looked as if that carpet hadnt been cleaned since the hotel opened 5 years ago. There was also cum stains on the chair in 502, and on the bed skirt of 504. The blinds in 502 got stuck at the top, and just kept rolling in a circle at the top. I had to sleep with open blinds the whole night which was very disappointing. We called as soon as we noticed, and they should have sent someone up right away to fix that afternoon instead of 30 minutes before we were checking out the next day. In 502 there was almost NO lights in the room. The night lights by the bed didnt work, and there was only light coming from near the door. We had to bring in the lamp from 504 to 502 just to have a little light in the room. Also in room 502 near the door where the floor stops, and carpet begins the carpet was all tore up. We tripped over that several times during our stay. You really need to get that fixed before someone trips, and falls due to that carpet. Id hate to see you get sued over something that is so easy to fix. Upon checkout we stopped at the desk, and spoke with Supervisor Tiffany. She asked for copies the pictures we took, and said she would go up to verify, and then give us points to compensate accordingly. We called back later to speak with Tiffany who said she did see everything we discussed, and gave us 20,000 Hilton points for the inconvenience. We stayed at this hotel when it opened 5 years ago, and gave it 5 star review. This stay went down to a 1 star. How does a Hotel go from a 5 star down to a 1 star rating in 5 years? Ill tell you how. Because the cleaning staff at this Hotel doesnt care about the blood stains, the cum stains, the lights not working. Shouldnt they be taking care of all of this, or at least reporting it to get fixed?????? A Big Shout Out to Tiffany for taking care of us. Rooms: DISGUSTING. Gum stains, cum stains, blood stains all over the carpet. Blinds didnt work they just rolled, and got stuck at the top.

I stayed here for about a week, and it was wonderful. I love the fact that you can park on your level so you dont have to wait on elevators. The rooms were also beautiful. My only complaint was that the TV in my room had a blueish tint to it, so the colors were off. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I will definitely stay here in the future. Food and drinks: I also had a burger at the restaurant downstairs, and it was delicious and affordable. The bartender was also very attentive.

The front desk was not friendly or helpful. They really didn t want to go the extra mile! The Hampton inn and suites about 100 yards north is the place to stay! My wife booked my reservation. They wouldn t let me check in unless she was with me. They kept telling me it was a security risk even though she made the reservation with MY card which I had in my possession. The manager came to the front. She didn t seem to care that I was unhappy. She didn t offer to make things right or even ask if there was something she could do to make me happy. Not even a free breakfast..Over at the Hampton, they always let me check in early! If a room is not available, they take my cell and call me when one is ready! Great customer service over there. The heated pool and spa are ice cold! The pool also smells like a loaded diaper for some reason... The key operated elevators are a pain also. We ve only been here for about an hour so I will have to see how the rest of the stay goes.. I may have to review after I check out! UPDATE!!!! Checked out this morning. Guy at the front desk asked me how my stay was. I told him that it was horrible. He just shrugged his shoulders. Didn t ask why it was horrible of offer to fix anything. Same as yesterday when I checked in!! I guess It doesn t occur to them that they are in the HOSPITALITY business.....................

I rarely give reviews, but this stay goes down in history. :( Arrived for a conference, immediately received a txt asking how my stay was, and if there was anything they could do. I let them know my shade was broken and had exposed wiring hanging down, and the remote was unable to lower the shade. I could see right into the apartment complex through the giant window, and anyone there would have easily been able to see into mine. I texted them could they please send someone up to my room to fix my shade so that I could have privacy and not have the lights shining in my face while I sleep? They txted back that, sorry, the maintenance guy wouldn t be back until tomorrow. One of the guys at the front desk said that he would try and fix it, but he was unable to. They didn t offer to give me a different room. A hotel with hundreds of people staying the night for a conference, and you dont have someone on-call to fix a shade? As one would guess, I did not sleep good that night, because I had lights shining in my eyes the whole night from the apartment complex and city lights and could only change in the bathroom. Then, I had to get up the next morning completely sleep deprived and attend a conference with back to back classes all day. Also, I accidentally left my phone charger in my room when I checked out, (probably because I wasn t thinking clearly from having woken up every 30 mins for 7 hours) but drove back to the front desk that evening when I discovered it. They said there was no trace of it. Housekeeping was suppose to look thoroughly and call me, but never got back with me, and I seriously doubt anyone even looked for it. Also, upon leaving, they said that they would give me Hilton Honors points when I told them about the bad night s sleep. I recently got online, and saw that they awarded me 3,000 points. Its usually around 32,000 in Hilton points to stay the night somewhere, so that told me that my lack of sleep meant about $10 to them when I paid $200 to stay the whole night. Also, for some reason the room smelled like feet upon arriving and that smell really lingered the whole time. Will not stay here again.

This specific Hilton turned me into a Hilton regular. Ive been using this hotel for a little over 4 years now. It is the only hotel in DFW I will stay at. I stayed at the Fairmont downtown Dallas, and it could not compare to the service I received at this Hilton Garden Inn! This is also the only hotel in all of DFW with a 24/7 pool and hot tub. I tried to find others and it doesnt exist. Cleanliness and service was out of this world. Housekeeping does an amazing job sanitizing and tidying up the rooms. The front desk made extending my stay and checking in / out smooth and easy. They also do it with a smile while making sure youre enjoying your stay! The pool was exceptionally clean, towels always stocked. They clean the pool regularly aswell which is nice! The outdoor patios are perfect to relax on. Parking is a breeze with their attached parking garage, which is also free to use! Tons of food / shopping options located near the hotel. I promise choosing this Hilton location will make your stay a breeze. Hurst is a nice place to stay! Thank you for making my trip great!

We were looking for a last minute place for the night because we a bad experience from a previous Hotel we reserved that day. We are moving so we had to unload large totes. It was a lot of work only to realize we had to leave because very smelly, dirty and old. We are diamond members, so I figured it would be nice. We didnt want to stay there, and found this Hilton Garden Inn location at the last minute. When we checked into reception area we were warmy greeted by a very nice employee named Che Adams. She understood our concern from our last hotel and how we just moved and having to bring all of our stuff inside. She understood our concern to not repeat this at your hotel and she reassured us this was going to be a better experience. From checking in to our room, and getting setteled into our clean room Che was there making sure we had everything we needed. Shay went out of her way to better our stay with Hilton Garden Inn. As a diamond member this was nice to see. She is a wonderful employee. Che went out of her way in customer service. The rooms were very clean. Parking indoor garage was excellent. Lacking diamond member parking in the entrance though, as our truck with rack couldnt fit into garage. Had to park on the street. The location provided many eateries around the hotel. I would certainly come back and refer friends to this location. Rooms: Very clean Nearby activities: Lots of local restaurants

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend while visiting friends. Everyone greeted us with a smile! The room looked and smelled very clean. Beds were some of the most comfortable for any Hilton (even some of my stays at The Conrad). Interior of the hotel had fresh and new (looking)! We will stay here again when we return to the area.

I had to travel to Dallas from west Texas for a Dr appointment. Was gonna be in town overnight on 4/7-4/8. I get in at 9:45 and was told couldnt get in till like 1. But the two women working the check in desk saw I was on oxygen n looked sick. They told me if I could wait till after breakfast they could get me in. So I went n ate breakfast to kill the time n at 11 they helped me tremendously. They are two beautiful helpful black females that worked both mornings. I wish I could remember their names to properly thank them. This place was great and best of all was 4 minute drive from my kids house. Thank u Hilton.

This is a good hotel experience, clean rooms but a bit small. Our room had a mini fridge and microwave. There is plenty of free parking in the garage, a pool, fitness center, and restaurant with bar on the 2nd floor. The bar is only open until 9pm which is a bit early to close. The location is great with many restaurants with 5 minutes driving and a few are walkable.

Attached to the conference center its not your typical HGI. New and more upscale decor and layout it was nice place to stay. Breakfast was actually priced to use the food credit. The buffet is not the way to go but it was faster. Rooms were comfortable and plenty of space. Interesting closet and layout but very functional. Rooms: Good use of space. Temperature control was good. Bed was comfortable and sitting area okay. Nice TV and work area was sufficient. Appreciated the closet vs drawers for furniture. Food and drinks: Bar was well stocked and a good place to unwind at the end of the day. Prices were reasonable. Not sure about dinner but breakfast was minimal selection but good prices. Service was good.

My favorite hotel in this area. Easy to get to and lots of parking. Im usually here during a holiday period so low occupancy compared to when there is a large event in the Hurst Conference Center next door. The person at the front desk quickly got us checked in and on our way to our room. The room became comfortable soon after I switched the thermostat from cooling to heating. Bed was comfortable. TV had on on-screen guide. The place seems to have pretty good security. The elevators require you to scan your room card before you can select a floor with guest rooms.

My first stay was amazing. The room was beautiful, clean, and the environment/location was perfect. However my recently stay was just not it. Checked in and my room was not clean. Had to wipe it down with wet wipes upon arrival. Was charged $275 after I had already paid for my reservation. Once I notified the person at the front desk he apologized sincerely and told me he d refund me immediately. A few minutes later I saw that instead of me receiving my refund, I was double charged $50. Called the front desk again and spoke to the same person who once again apologized and told me I was only meant to be charged $50 once for a hold that would be returned once I checked out and that his mistake would be fixed in the next 20 minutes. It s now 4 days later and I ve yet to receive my return. Spoke with the manger and she kept telling me to check with the 3rd party bank as though all of this wasnt their fault to begin with. I get it, mistakes happen. But a lot of this could ve been avoided

I m the groom s father and this hotel was reserved for many guests under the wedding block. When we arrived, they had no rooms for several of our guest and the reason was we didn t check-in on the app. The front staff was extremely unapologetic and when asked to speak with the manager I was told they were busy and would be right here never came. I was offered a free water for the inconvenience LOL The room was great but the stress they gave to the reception and the lack of caring was astonishing for a Hilton. Plus I was never recognized as a reward member.

The hotel was filthy. There was hair all over the bathroom floor. The carpet in the room clearly hadnt been vacuumed. The one-use shampoo had already been used. The hallways and elevator were also dirty. Multiple stains on the carpet and dirt that could have been vacuumed up. They moved me to another room, but it looked to me like the sheets hadnt been changed in the new room. Stain on the pillowcase and wrinkled sheets. I have stayed at this hotel many times for business, but not any more. They have a serious problem with cleanliness and I cant get it out of my mind. One other comment. The front desk staff has always been friendly and accommodating, so its too bad that the housekeeping team isnt doing its job. This is ultimately a leadership/owner problem. Asked for the manager on duty, but they had left for the night. Filed a complain with Hilton, but havent heard back.

This is our second time back. With that being said our interactions with staff are always a pleasure. We had problems with the air conditioner in our room, and Linda I believe her name was took great care of us to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. Beds are comfy and the area is quiet. My reason for 4 stars is due to the lack of detail within housekeeping. There was some hair left behind within both units we stayed in and some stains within the showers and floor grout. Breakfast wasn t as well put together as our last stay. Seems as if everything wasn t out yet (went within the first hour).

Hotel is nice enough but you can hear your neighbors, luckily ours weren t up all night. Galway carpet is stained, but our room was clean. Buffet breakfast Is $10 per person, so we just ended up at the Dixie house next door.

There was a vehicle parking on the 4th floor in the parking garage watching me leave. The engine was running and the vehicle was facing me with towels in the back windows to make it darker. Then the breakfast was too expensive! I reported the vehicle and the manager called the Police. When I got back to the 4th floor the vehicle had moved in a different direction so I just drove the the 1st floor and parked. This took place at 1am in the parking garage and I was the only vehicle in there when I arrived at 9pm. When I went to get food for my family it had appeared out of nowhere. Always carry something on you to protect yourself.

A year ago the rooms were great. We had to be in the area every 2 weeks. We loved it The rooms were very Sanitized and extremely clean. Of course FEMA was staying in the hotel at the time! NOW, the rooms are not very clean at all. We walked into our room and in the first bathroom, the toilet had been used and was smelly, not even flushed!! Disgusting! The air conditioner rattled so much the maintenance said it needed to be replaced. So a 2 room suite and 1 air conditioner. They didnt even comp 1 night. The maids, I have mixed feelings, obviously they dont clean as well as they did before. We found a sock in the cabinets, so they werent cleaned. In the bathroom I found a used comb, seriously was this Suite even cleaned? However, they dont even have a decent mop, they wrap a towel around a broom to mop floors. I had to reclean the floors in the bathrooms (we had a suite) see below. The showers have mold growing on them. JUST GROSS! I dont recommend this place to anyone. The price is cheap because its dirty and Disgusting. Even the carts for your luggage are filthy if you can find one. Take a wet napkin and swipe the carts bottom, it will come back the same color as our toilet when we walked into the room. GROSS. You need to wonder whats growing in this hotel? Do you want to take a chance at a hotel next to a Convention Center where people from all over the US stay? With the next wave of the next Variant and now Monkey Pox. No stars
