The staff needs a refresher course on professionalism and customer service. I sat there waiting to pick up an order and the conversation being had should NOT be discussed at the front counter in front of customers. I was excited as I had heard this place was amazing but I ll pass. I waited 20 minutes as the order wasn t ready when I got there. Nobody was in the lobby so I don t understand the wait.I think I had to wait for the cook to get off of break.. information should have been relayed to me.The great side to this place was there was a clean restroom.

Today i bought the shrimp boudin balls. As soon as I opened the box my stomach churned. What I saw was two huge hushpuppie colored, burnt balls. While I thought it was supposed to have shrimp amd smoked chicked, it truly was a rice amd cheese mixture..I ordered from here before and it was very tasty on this occassion, because the outside was so burnt and crispy, split the ball and went to the center only to find that the outside was piping hot but the inside was cold. So what I got today was a re-heated and burnt boudin ball because if it were freshly cooked and the cook left the balls in the oven or grease for an extra minute. The inside would have reflected the outside appearance. . I can not comment further on the taste becausebi feared to swallow or eat reheated dairy and shrimp that mustve sat somewhere in their shack for god knows how long.. Furthermore the bottom of the boudin balls were bathing in grease. Im not sure what happened but but there is no way I will be spending....forgot to mention the price. $14.99 at the menu sign but $17.31 at the window. What taxes are they adding is what I thought until i look at the receipt. They had the nerve to add a dollar to the shrimpless , cheese and rice casserole balls!

I use to come here all the time but havent been in about a year. For the first time I was very disappointed with my food. I got the nacho potato. It had hardly any cheese at all, the meat was not very seasoned, and you get a dusting of chips. But all restaurants have off days so I will try them again another time.

Baked potatoes are huge and worth the price. The have a big variety of toppings. Everything Ive had so far is great, the chicken cheese steak is my favorite so far. Vegetarian options: Its a baked potato restaurant so you can just get a all vegetarian toppings. Idk if they have a specific Vegetarian option but you can always just custom make your own vegetarian potato. Parking: Small parking lot but the other businesses there dont get much traffic so theres always spots open. Plus theres a drive thru

First time goin food was cool but service horrible in mainly an employee who made it a bad experience! Then the manager or owner mad it a more bad experience! I was told a time frame from the cashier! So after waiting longer then my time I asked a heavy set light skin young lady how long? She got an attitude right away saying what I purchase takes a while! I said I understand that I was already told that but it s way over the time frame I was giving! I asked if she can go ask how much longer! She started to tell the cashier about my concern but did it in a rude way never came back to acknowledge me or anything! I felt like that was very rude in inconsiderate! So when the cashier came back I asked for a manager or someone in charge! When the owner came up as she said she was the owner right away she had a mean look on her face! I let her know I don t want any problems in really don t want to get anyone in trouble but what her employee did was not right at all! Her stare down in even mockin me saying ok was so unprofessional! It was like she was mad that I was making a report! Didn t understand that especially with me letting her know i I didn t want no one to get in trouble! Why was she so hostile!

I ve ordered from this place a few times and I enjoy supporting local businesses. However, I need to call to attention that the restaurant do not pay attention to order details. I specifically stated that I wanted light butter on my bake potato and they saturated the potato instead (see pic below). I m very health conscious and have to modify orders to my specific needs. My cowabunga potatoe needed a little more butter which I was charged .27 cents for a little cup of melted butter. 1st time here. Place was popping with people walking in/out to pick up orders, but the wait was shockingly short once we actually placed our order at the counter. After ordering from both locations numerous times, I wont be ordering from this location again, although its somewhat closer to my Pearland address. I always feel cheated on quantity. I will say that the customer service at this location earns an A! The girls that work there are fast and professional; I just ponder on what goes on in the kitchen... The food at the location on MLK is better. My seafood boudin balls were burnt and the trash can stuffed potato was watery/oily. I had to drain it before eating and it wasn t seasoned at all. I went to this location because it was closer but I won t be going back. Staff was friendly though!

I dont know whats wrong with all those haters but I love their baked potatoes. Ordered the big azz trash can baked potato last night and I almost overdosed on baked potato it was so good. Keep it up Moe, and say hi to Larry and Curly for me.

Love this place. And when it says huge azz they mean it. We ordered a seafood potato and a Coach Seals. The food was very good especially the portion size.
