We got married at Legacy Hall on August 3rd! We looked at multiple venues but the moment we saw Legacy Hall, we knew it was the one. From the first initial tour with Sara to finally have it all put together on our special day with Maisie there as our day of coordinator, it was perfect. Everyone we worked with was very professional, fun and very helpful and communicative. From our final meeting to the day of, Maisie was there to answer any questions we had, help any way she could and made our day go smooth. More smooth than I could have ever imagined it. During the planning process, we also worked with Jordan and Taylor and they were very helpful and professional as well, always answering our questions and making sure we doing ok with our planning process! We got the DJ, videographer and photographer through the venue as well and it was the best decision. Ethan, our DJ, was so fun and played all the best songs to get everyone on the dance floor! Emily, our photographer, was the sweetest! She helped make our day and the picture process light and we laughed through it all. Jose, our videographer, was amazing as well! He delivered our wedding video and we are still in awe of how well he captured our day and our love/happiness. Everyone worked so hard to make sure our day was the best, most perfect day and that s exactly what it was. PLUS the venue is so beautiful as it is, even without decorations or flowers. So when we added everything on top of the actually venue, it was even more breathtaking than before!!

Stonehaven Hall is truly a beautiful venue. The best part was having Taylor as our planner. She guided us through every decision and helped ease our minds on the big day. Taylor is dedicated to her couples and their families. Everything we dreamed of came true with Taylor s help. Our wedding at Stonehaven by Walters Wedding Estates was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment we selected this venue, we knew we were in good hands. Our Wedding Coordinator Noel went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. She was attentive, responsive, and truly made the planning process a breeze. One thing we really appreciated was the venues flexibility and accommodation during our special day. They were quick to address any issues or questions we had. The team even assisted us with the setup and takedown of our decor, which was a huge help and allowed us to fully enjoy the celebration. While there were a couple of minor aspects that could be improved upon (gravel parking lot made it difficult for guests with disabilities), overall, Stonehaven provided us with a wedding day that was nothing short of perfect. We are so grateful to the entire team for creating such a beautiful and memorable event for us. If we could do it all over again, we wouldnt change a thing. We couldnt be more thrilled with how our vow renewal turned out, and its all thanks to the incredible team at The Milestone, especially Taylor and Mia. After a year of planning, they made our ceremony absolutely a dream come true. Taylor, our planner, and Mia, our day-of coordinator, were with us every step of the way, ensuring that every detail was perfect. The food was fantastic, and our DJ, Darren, and the bartenders kept the party going all night. Everyone raved about how great everything was! They even ensured our little ones had a blast on the dance floor and felt comfortable when they were overwhelmed, which meant the world to us. It truly felt like having family by our side throughout the entire process. We are eternally grateful to Taylor and Mia for their hard work, attention to detail, and genuine care. On July 5th I attended the wedding of a good friend here at the Milestone. The inside of the venue is spacious and beautiful, all covered in stained wood. On the same side as the bar, there is also a stage as well as a grand staircase. From start to finish, the entire experience was top notch. At the end of the night, however, there was one hiccup. After everyone had already departed, my party and I were still waiting for our Lyft ride. The ride never came, and we thought we were stranded. Mallory, one of the venue managers, came to the rescue. She ever so graciously gave us a ride back to San Marcos. Even though I offered cash to her for her troubles, she refused. I would have happily rewarded her for her kindness. Nevertheless, we arrived safely at our destination. I, along with my party, couldnt be more thankful. Mallory is awesome and deserves a raise!!! Thank you!!!!

Overall we had a very good experience with the team at The Milestone. Our daughter s wedding was at Legacy Hall and the package offerings made it simple to plan and host the wedding and reception at the same location. 5 stars to our day-of coordinator, Malorri, who was incredibly helpful and positive, even when the weather didn t cooperate and we had to last minute go indoors for the ceremony. Drawbacks were the DJ abruptly ending important songs (bride and groom s first dance, and the bride/father of the bride dance) rather than fading the song and the food was average for a catered meal.

Just had my wedding here on 6/15/24. Everything went perfect! Taylor was so helpful throughout the entire planning process and help make sure all the details were provided to all staff involved in our big day. From day one Taylor hit the ground running to make sure the day was everything we could have dreamed of and more. Our day of coordinator Jessica was a dream to work with! My husband and I got married at The Milestone New Braunfels Legacy Hall and had the most wonderful wedding experience! We toured multiple venues and the fact that they offer inclusive packages for DJ, bar, food, photography and day of coordinators made the whole process incredibly easy. Our wedding planner, Taylor, was fabulous and so incredible helpful! She helped us make our day truly special down to every detail. Our photographer, Misty, was also amazing! I am so glad my husband and I chose this venue. The ceremony space is beautiful and the reception space can accommodate plenty of guests with room to spare. The bridal and groom sweets are wonderful and all of the staff and servers were fantastic. We would highly recommend this venue! Guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the space was! Planning was a little complicated at the beginning because there was a lot of turnover, but my coordinators, Maisie and Taylor, were so great and helpful. Maisie helped keep my day on track, and Taylor stepped in to set up things last minute and bustled my dress at the end of the night when it came undone. So thankful they were there the day of!

First and foremost, we were looking for a venue that took care of the individually sourced sections including: food, photographer, DJ etc. I cant even imagine someone coordinating everything seperate from the venue after learning all The Milestone has to offer. It was so easy to sit back and let our coordinator, Taylor, handle the heavy lifting while still letting us have input on numerous personal, custom choices provided by the venue. The coordinators were always available if needed and quick to answer any question weather it be miniscule or pivotal. Since the venue handles everything, you are easily able to have minimal contacts for maximum output and knowledge. Taylor was exceptionally patient, inclusive and supportive of our ideas. I was so pleased to see her and my wife brainstorm something that all came together so beautifully. The day of the wedding, youd normally expect to be nervous about the pieces clicking together simultainiously, but I was honestly calm and excited about the epic wedding that they provided. And, just wow, man. Its hard for me to describe how happy everyone was, and how tightly everything was organized. It felt like an Oceans Eleven heist haha. It was executed to perfection. I have nothing to gain from wrtiting this, so Im being real when I say that there were 0 noticeable kinks or issues. Yo, there was stress and anxiety that cannot be avoided due to unkown factors and distrust, but it was absolutley worth it. It can be expensive, no lie, but if you book with The Milestone and Taylor, you can be assured youll get your moneys worth, and youll have an umforgettable night with everyone you love.

We had our wedding at Legacy Hall this past May, and we couldnt have asked for it to any smoother or be more beautiful. All of our planners were great, but our day of coordinator (Trinity) made our day perfect, we did not have to worry about anything at all on our wedding day! Our food was delicious, and the venue vendors were exceptional. Abi with Emily Chappel Photography was the sweetest, and made sure we had all of the pictures we wanted. Our DJ, Dillon with Cohost went above and beyond to make our music perfect! It was such an amazing day, and we couldn t have asked for anything better!

We got to celebrate our wedding here, the venue is beautiful which is a big plus in minimizing the amount of decorations needed for your big day. The process was fairly easy and price was reasonable if choosing other than Saturday for booking. One thing i love the most about the venue was the getting ready rooms they were amazing. Staff provided us with a mini fridge with drinks while getting ready. I really wanted to give a 5 start review but unfourtantly the food could of use a better presentation and was at best a 7.5. I do recommend that you schedule a menu tasting to get an idea of what dishes are best for you. Having say that, we have no regrets!

My husband and I had our wedding at Legacy Hall in December of last year. We had such a smooth stress free day it was absolutely perfect. Trinity was our day of coordinator and she was AMAZING! Always there when we had a question or needed something. The venue had DJ, catering, lights, tables, chairs, plates and napkins and also table covers! We added in a Photo Booth and our guest as well as us enjoyed it and we got all the photos a couple days later! Literally cannot put into words how amazing our day way at The Milestone Legacy Hall!

NEVER work here. And I mean NEVER. If you re looking for the most amount of labor for the least amount of compensation possible, then this is the place for you. Worked here for one shift as a Server for a 300 person wedding with solely two other servers on for 8 endless labor-filled hours. When I signed on to this position I was told pay would be 14/hr plus gratuity. When I arrived at my first day, the shift lead didn t make it aware to me that I would no longer be receiving the gratuity I was promised when signing on. I was told by my co-worker who I had met 5 minutes prior. I was cleaning up the venue for eight hours straight, not to mention folding and stacking 300 chairs from the ceremony, and 300 more chairs from inside the venue. Could not recommend working here less. Do not give this place your time or money.

I got married here one month ago. First, I want to mention that the venue is absolutely beautiful! I received many compliments about how pretty the ceremony and reception was. However, I have some concerns about this venue. My wedding ceremony and reception were both held inside the building. I requested the ceremony set up have rows of chairs and the reception set up have round tables and chairs. I was told two years ago when we booked the venue that the coordinators would help transition the ceremony to the reception. I assumed it wouldn t be an issue until I found out about a month before my wedding that the coordinators are not responsible for the transition and that I would have to find people to help me make the transition from ceremony to reception. I refused to ask my guests to help my move tables and chairs to transition from ceremony to reception, so I had to settle for one floor plan. The venue tried to make my father in law, who cooked food for the reception, buy a catering license when the contract clearly didn t mention the need for a catering license if our food was self catered. Our family members, who were exhausted, had to stay behind and clean up the venue after the reception. I understand we were locked into an older contract but it would have been nice if a clean up crew were there to help. I only saw the coordinator once during our reception. During the reception, our DJ announced that there was a scorpion in the women s dressing room. I also noticed in my wedding pictures that the venue did not have the white netting hanging from the ceiling. I was told that the white netting is part of the venue set up so I was expecting it to be up for our wedding. Overall, this is a very pretty venue, but for $4500, it s not worth having all the work put on you and your family.

We booked tours with Sarah Boyd. She is absolutely AMAZING!! She showed us 3 different locations and we ended up choosing the last one. She was so kind and knowledgeable about each venue and you could tell she truly cared. I really hope she will be there on our wedding day 10/26/24. I couldn t imagine the day without her. Her smile is contagious and I feel like I can be completely myself around her(: Walters Wedding estates got very lucky and should feel so blessed to have Sarah as an employee.

I feel in love with the Milestone when my BF got married here. Never did I dream of having my dream wedding here. But with the payment plan it was possible, we got off to a rocky start. But Jordan, Kenzie, & Alexy, soon made up for it! I really feel like these ladies wanted my wedding to be perfect. No detail was left undone. With meetings that fit our busy schedule, emails, and phone calls. I really felt like I had a team that cared as much as we did about our wedding and how special I wanted to make it. Especially since most of my guest were traveling from another state. Everyone was professional and attentive. I literally had the wedding of my dreams! mostly all my guests have complimented me on how beautiful the venue was. And how excellent the food was. Look no further, youre in very good and capable hands here at the Milestone at Stonehaven. We are even thinking of having our a Quinceanera here, it was such a success!!!!

The Milestone is a GORGEOUS venue! We photographed a wedding here in August, and it was incredible. Although the Texas sun is rough that time of year, the Milestone had plenty of shade and good lighting even mid day. Beautiful wood and stone everywhere gives this venue a great neutral tone that matches well with any color patterns for the day, and inside of the venue there are windows that let in natural light for awesome photos as well. 10/10 venue, cant wait to shoot there again!

The Milestone New Braunfels did an amazing job. They have an online portal which helps you to keep track of everything leading up to the wedding day. They kept in touch with me periodically and helped with the planning process. The venue is beautiful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The venue has different tier levels for pricing and what all they provide, and you could customize your package with them. It was helpful to be able to use their in house catering and DJ and not have to worry about finding my own. Highly recommend The Milestone New Braunfels!

My experience with The Milestone and their team was great! The venue (Stonehaven Hall) is just beautiful, and the hill country view was exactly what I wanted! The grooms and bridal suite were great! Our rep McKenna was so nice, and kindly answered all the questions when I reached out. She was enthusiastic about our ideas, and was genuinely excited for us! She was even there on the wedding day! The entire staff were all polite and friendly! Our DJ Nicholas with Co-Host was very communicative even if we weren t and the music was just how we wanted it, fun and got people to dance. We did the cryo guns and that was a fun way to open the dance floor! And lastly the food was delicious! We received many compliments from our guests on the Lone Star Buffet! It was a perfect, stress free day! Highly Recommend!

The Milestone is a beautiful venue and our coordinator, Victoria was seriously the MVP. So, when reading this review, please remember that Victoria was excellent, and overall the venue was great, we just had some issues. From what I heard from guests, the kitchen staff were rude. The kitchen staff also smashed our top tier that we had planned to save for our anniversary, and they threw away the custom cake topper I had made. This just tells me that some of the staff didn t take a lot of care in our wedding and although Victoria, the bar tenders, the security guard, and everyone else went the extra mile, the kitchen staff did not. With the negative out of the way, I want to again mention how amazing Victoria was. She did not have too much control over what went on in the back, and she went ABOVE and BEYOND for our wedding to make it the best it could be. I would seriously recommend her for any wedding as she will give you 110%, hopefully with a kitchen staff that cares more about keepsakes and the cakes. Once again, the venue was beautiful, Victoria, our coordinator, was amazing, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, the suites were excellent, but the kitchen staff just did not take the proper care for making sure our wedding keepsakes were properly cared for. This place is beautiful!! The milestone new braunfels | stone haven reception was what my wife and I picked, it was the absolute most stunning venue we came across and fell in Inlove with the atmosphere. The food was fenomenal, The Bar was truly exceptional! Everyone loved the food we chose especially, that honey mustard chicken super delicious ! And let me not forget those brisket sliders. Everything was so perfect my wife and I were not stressed at all on how everything was going to play out because everything was right on point and we had a time line on where everything was going to start. Staff was amazing super friendly, very welcoming , made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole process , we are truly thankful for everyone. Let me not forget our ceremony was so beautiful butterflies even started flying out as soon as I walked down the aisle we were all so amazed at how perfect it was it almost seemed like those butterflies were part of that wedding lol. With great pleasure, I recommend the Milestone venue in New Braunfels to anyone looking for a great wedding. Ideally located between the city and the countryside, the place is perfectly maintained. The lush grass and the tall trees make for very romantic pictures. The personnel assigned to take care of our venue were terrific! Liz, Jessica, and Brandon made this memorable moment in our lives very special. Their work ethic was breathtaking. They were accomplishing tasks before we could even think about them. Their flawless job performance was admirable. Their personable interactions made us feel like family. Their empathy for our stress allowed us to relax and enjoy the wedding, knowing we were being cared for in the most delightful ways. Because of their self-respect and work ethics, our experience at the venue was extraordinary. Liz, Jessica, and Brandon know their job incredibly well and perform it with a smile on their faces. I assume this venue is often used for weddings. The walk from the gravel parking lot to the building is quite uncomfortable in heels. Spoke with whom I assume was the wedding coordinator about my pre-ordered meal for dietary restrictions. She acknowledged it and said many times to my husband that it was available. When our table finally went up, my food was given to someone else and nothing else was available for me. And there was absolutely no other option for me. When my table went up to ask about seconds because we were one of the last tables to go up, they said there was nothing. Or they didnt want to serve anymore.

My son and daughter-in-law got married there and there were alot of undisclosed details at the signing that showed up after. Too many rules and regulations. They stopped the DJ before it was time, the parking lot is dark and a huge pot hole at the entrance. The location is in the middle of nowhere with no nearby hotels or lodging, the staff can be rude and unfriendly and everything is an additional charge. When originally booked they told them they can change the Date without penalty due to the pandemic and when they were they said no they would be charged a percentage. Read the contract before signing and make sure everything they tell you is in writing. There are other places that are just as nice and less expensive that includ more things for the amount they paid for just the room. Do your due diligence and look around before booking this place.

This the 2nd wedding in 6 months that I have been at The Milestone. Its great! Theres ample space inside for post wedding festivities. Its well maintained & the outdoors wedding location is perfect to bring ambience & a natural feel to a meaningful marriage moment. My only issue, as well with other guests I spoke with, is the rocky parking area & driveway. I had no problem but my wife & other women complained about the rocks making it difficult to walk in heels on the unstable rocks. Others also complained that the rocks damaged their expensive heels. The 2nd time we attended at this location, I bypassed the attendant trying to wave me away from the main entrance paved covering, just to avoid my wife struggling to walk in heels on the rocks.

My wife and Is wedding was phenomenal. Location, landscaping, upkeep of the buildings, and overall experience was top notch. Truly happy we chose this place for our special day. But I need to address three issues. 1. They took the food to fast from our tables. Many guests including my wife and I never finished our meals. The staff should have asked each guest if they were done. 2. The top piece of the cake was misplaced somewhere between the guests and staff. Should have been handed to myself or my wife to prevent this problem. 3. They closed the soda bar to early. Other than that I highly recommend this place.

We had our wedding here on April 9th, 2021 and had the best day! Shelby, our day of coordinator was EXCELLENT. She went above and beyond for us, never appeared overwhelmed, went with the flow and was very nice. Annie, who took over as the GM of the venue just a couple months prior to our wedding was a pleasant addition and worked hard to catch up on things we had questions about, as well as suggestions for our special day. Only reason this was not a 5 star is because, just like most wedding venues everything extra comes at a cost, and is not the fault of the people running this venue, but that it is a corporation. It costs another $500 to add an hour to your full day rental of the property that actually is from 12pm - 11pm. So we paid for an extra hour to ensure we had enough time to setup so our families would have time to get ready before the ceremony. This was also to give us some extra time to get all of our things out of the venue by 11pm sharp that evening. Again, nothing against the people who work there, just a little misleading on a full day rental.

This venue is breathtaking and the bridal suite and groomsmen suite are awesome!! However, the wedding coordinator was 30 minutes late so the wedding party had to wait outside. Half of the tablecloths were disgusting and dirty with food bites on them. We had to ask them to change them. The floor had not been swept. The cake, gift, photo booth, and guestbook tables were dusty and dirty. Dirty serving trays were still out from the night before.

Very disappointing to see how heartless a company that survives based on events such as weddings can treat people the way that they ve treated us. Not allowing us to move our date, not allowing us to change from their New Braunfels venue, to their Georgetown venue in order to make the event work. The Milestone new Braunfels venue has been with us from start to finish for our wedding. They offer wonderful package deals with drinks and food includes along with table runners, plates, silverware and more. We started planning in January pre Covid and our wedding wasn t until 09/12/20. They updated us on every change needed and guaranteed we could still have the wedding of our dreams safely and they followed through on their promise. A lovely venue for any event! My sister had her wedding here and it was so beautiful! The staff was EXTREMELY friendly, courteous, and efficient in their work. This venue has been very reasonable and responsive when dealing with changes and alterations with COVID-19 this time around. Read the fine print! This venue is owned corporately and conducts themselves this way. When the grooms father had an unexpected grave health issue arise and COVID rose to record heights they were unwilling to allow us to reschedule without forfeiting the entire amount and paying 100% for the second date, despite the fact that they were no longer incurring the expenses on the original date such as staffing, set up, cleaning, etc. They even suggested we go on as planned and hold the wedding without the father of the groom. They were completely unwilling to work with us at all and referred us back to the contract language. Incidentally, every single other vendor that wed contracted with was understanding and worked with us on rescheduling. Thankfully, we have event insurance in place which we hope will help, but regardless we will not be back to The Milestone New Braunfels and encourage others to think twice before booking here as well.

While we did not end up booking with The Milestone at New Braunfels (had some wedding plan changes), this is a review regarding our experience with the consultation and tour conducted by Meagan B. My fiance and I were greeted warmly by Meagan and encouraged to look around/ask as many questions as we could think of ( I had a TON, but she was so patient with me). Both buildings are absolutely beautiful and unique, and the grounds are so well kept and tended to. Meagan went above and beyond to make sure we had an understanding of the contract and what we would be responsible for. We were able to come out and see the venues multiple times, and were always treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. Meagan and her team truly do their best to accommodate your wedding needs and fulfill the vision you have for your special day. I highly recommend this venue and location. I had such a beautiful at the Milestone New Braunfels. My now husband and I received so many compliments about the ceremony and just the whole facility in general. I was one of the firsts to have the new update at Legacy and I loved the white wood and the big windows to shine more light in. We had such an amazing wedding at the Milestone in New Braunfels. We were in the Stone Haven hall and it was just perfect. Little mix of modern and rustic. Victoria was our day if coordinator (which is included in the price) and I cannot praise her enough for how wonderful she was during the entire planning process and day of. She answered all of thousands of emails the same day sometimes the same hour. She sent us reminders for everything. She made sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible the day of. She made everyone comfortable and made sure we had everything we needed. She was helping with the families and all the guests as well as trying to contact our cake vendor who was late. It rained the morning of the wedding and she was outside with a towel wiping off the chairs. She kept me calm the entire time, kept us on schedule, and did so many things I wasn t even aware of that day. Every now and then she was just there fixing my dress while I was dancing so that the pictures were amazing. She brought us our dinner in the grooms suite so we could have a private minute to ourselves including drinks and refills. She bustled my dress for me and put on my shoes. She was just absolutely amazing. My entire family and wedding party just kept asking who she was and where she came from because she just knew exactly what to do and was so kind to everyone. Love her. I was nervous about the catering because at the open house it was small portions but my goodness we had parmesan crusted chicken and it was HUGE. I couldn t even finish it. Perfectly cooked. The sides of mashed potatoes and green beans were to die for as well. It was all delicious. People told me no one would remember the food but I had several people ask me who catered because it was so good. Overall, our experience was amazing. I would definitely recommend them. I would give them ten stars if I could.

My daughter got married there last week on September 14th 2019. The venue is a nice place to have a wedding and is beautiful, that is why we were drawn there in the first place. As far as the wedding was concerned, just as in previous reviews, we received many compliments on the outdoor ceremony as well as the reception. No complaints there. However, I have some concerns about this venue. The wedding planner that was provided by the venue was like nonexistent. Really no help at all. I guess that s their way of hiking up the price. The venue does not allow bartenders to serve alcohol without water or coke or something mixed with the drink. No straight alcohol or shots of any kind. You cannot setup or bring anything in to the venue until the day of the wedding. You must be out by midnight so you have to announce that the wedding is over by 11. 30 or so. By the end of the night my wife and I were exhausted. You literally have to be out of there by midnight! At a about a quarter till midnight the venue hostess came up to me while we were coordinating to get out of there that we had 15 minutes to exit or be charged an additional $500.00. My wife and I had to ask guests to help us take all the beer, alcohol, wedding gifts, cake and leftover food out of there and put it in the front entrance so they could lock the place up by midnight. We had exactly 15 minutes to clean up the venue after the reception. We were pretty much thrown out of there. I understand we were locked into a contract, but it would have been nice if these people had a little compassion instead of being rude. A cleanup crew would have been nice for what they charged rather than the coordinator. We rarely saw the coordinator during the reception anyway. Overall, I have to agree, this is a very pretty venue, but for $8900.00 dollars, it s not worth having all the work put on you, your family and your guests. The people are rude and I do not recommend this place. I would suggest you look elsewhere for another venue. It s just not worth the headache having it there. But, it s just a risk you will have to take if you do. Good Luck

The only positive thing I can say about this venue is that it is truly beautiful inside and outside. The staff was unwilling to work with me on adjusting my needs for my event. When the contract was originally signed, we wanted upgraded linens, cocktail tables, and bar service for 100 people. The event changed and we no longer needed these services. We explained the situation to the staff 7 months before our event (at that time we had only paid a deposit) and they refused to remove the linens, cocktail tables, and adjust the number of guests even though nothing had been ordered for our event yet. Keep in mind, we still wanted to have the event, we just wanted to customize the event to be what we need. Additionally, this venue offers military discount but refused to apply it to our event because we didnt ask for it the day of the contract signing, we remembered a few days later and asked. Despite the nickel and diming and truly horrible customer service we received, we had the event anyway and the staff sat in their office during the majority of the event and if I needed anything like a pair of scissors or a lighter, I had to walk upstairs to their office and find our coordinator because she was nowhere to be found downstairs. The venue also blocks you out for four hour time slots but only keeps the bar open for three hours, then doesnt allow you to take home the unused alcohol even though you paid for it. I would never recommend this venue. If you want a venue that has AMAZING staff, allows you to customize your event up until two weeks before your event, and is present during your event to bend over backwards for you, go to Olympia Hills. I had an amazing experience with them and they set the standard that Milestone simply cannot match.
