Im incredibly picky when it comes to Pho. This is the BEST pho Ive had in TX. The staff is great, and everything I order is phenomenal. They never miss. I come here all the time, and Ill continue to drive 30 min every time I want pho... which is multiple times a week.

Pho NB is a mainstay for our family. Consistently good food, friendly service, and wonderfully central to all parts of New Braunfels. While the food is typical of most American Vietnamese food places (with a healthy mix of American Chinese fare) it is by far the best Asian food resturaunt that New Braunfels has to offer.

Nice little casual place to grab a bite to eat. Service is great, and I havent had to wait long the couple times Ive been. The friendly staff helped me find some vegetarian options and helped me know what could be made vegetarian/vegan. It does get busy at lunch, and they do have good specials if you eat a wider variety of foods. Great for a quick bit while youre out, but not a cheap meal. Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian section on the menu and they also offer the option to add tofu on other dishes. Unfortunately to add tofu is $4, so it does spike the price of the dish. Parking: Plenty of parking at the shopping center, but not too many close spots, especially during lunch time rush.

Randomly decided to come here for dinner tonight and was very pleased with how delicious, fresh and tasty the food was! It was packed when I got there, which I thought was a great sign, and I was greeted instantly upon walking through the door. It s a cozy place and I m excited to add it to my regular rotation. I ordered the fried tofu pho with beef broth and some crab wontons. They were both so fresh and super tasty! So yummy!!!!

1st time in by accident. We were supposed to be going to another place but I have to say I am so happy we stayed. This was superb. I started with the rice paper spring rolls sooo fresh! Peanut sauce was on point. Crab fried apps were so fresh, crispy light crunch, combo fried rice was delicious and you could taste the seasoned wok, chicken mixed vegetables with egg roll and to end it the egg drop soup very favorful. Try this place out! All the food was hot and fresh. You can see the steam coming to your table and service was excellent with a mixture of people checking in and not just one waiter. Seems like that pho was not oxtail broth. Not sure if it was mostly a chicken/beef stock combo or what, but was not anywhere near the flavor profile of pho. Its pretty small and if its busy you are too close to the tables near you. I did not like the Pho even a little, but the Chinese food was great! We got the orange chicken with white rice and a chicken lo mein dish. The servers are great. My husband and I LOVE Pho NB and always order the Pho Tao which is the pho with thinly sliced raw beef! I know that sounds odd but the heat of the broth cooks the meat right in front of you! Their flavor is great! The food is fast and the staff is always friendly. We ve only done takeout but we ve done it 10+ times and haven t been disappointed once! First visit last night and the place is very clean but also with super cozy atmosphere and friendly waters! We got Spring Roll (A1), Vietnamese Egg Roll (A2), Combo Pho (P1) and Mi Xao Don (ST5). Flavorful and fresh on every bite, as well as hefty portion that definitely gets your moneys worth! Im especially in love with Stir Fried noodles, not the usual traditional one with clear sauce but they just makes this so much better with their seasonings. Definitely recommended!

Wasn t a long wait to get food. Very loud and overwhelmingly noisy inside. Was pretty expensive for what we got, $50 for 3 people. The Mongolian beef had hardly and flavor and was overly packed with onions. Pretty sure they used over half an onion. Not only that, it was just onion and meat with rice on the side, that not Mongolian beef. Egg drop soup was cold and not very good either. The white rice was ok. The beef with broccoli had rubbery meat and wasn t very good. The crab Rangoon was good as was the duck sauce.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by the delicious smell and attentive staff. The food was just as delicious, if not more so than expected. 10/10 experience here with both service and food!

Pho was really good. Good flavors, right amount of noodles, meat and veggies. Egg rolls are the best I have had in a long time. The lo mein portioning was great to feed the kids with plenty of chicken. I would definitely call this the go to spot for Vietnamese and Chinese food. Staff was friendly and service was good too. I only rated it a 4 star in service, because I feel the waitress could have stopped by the table a bit more. I had to get up to ask for some items, but overall it was a great place and I highly recommend it! Parking: Plenty Kid-friendliness: There were plenty of kids there, dont be afraid of bringing your little ones and being a little noisy. To a degree.

Do you want to eat delicious food and slip into a coma on the couch on a lazy Sunday afternoon? Go for the lunch special here. I am still waking up from a 3 hour nap wondering what what on earth was in that General Joe s?! This place is excellent. My bf and I just moved here from Houston where we re used to having a lot more Asian food options and we ve been on a mission to find a regular spot. Well, we found it. We came in for lunch today along with the after church crowd. It was packed but the service was very quick. Prices are fair for the portion sizes. Everything was delicious. Best hot and sour soup I ve ever had. I also had the Vietnamese iced coffee, which was like racing fuel for people like me with extremely high caffeine tolerance. If it wasn t for the General Joe s I would have left burnout marks on the floor. 10/10 will come back probably this week.
