It is currently 614 p.m. and Jack in The box on pleasant run road in the blue Grove shopping center has their doors locked with no sign indicating that they are closed, drive-thru is in operation. Once again no sign indicating any reason that door is locked during business hours. This is not corporate policy and I will be making a call to corporate

If I could give zero stars I would. First off let me start by saying never have I ever burned my mouth on food that was ordered over 20 minutes ago. I ordered my food at 11:16. Whatever guy that was taking my order at the speaker was rude as hell rushing me with an attitude. Then when I got my food I parked in the parking lot and I sat and started with my fries they were REFRIED. Not fresh at all or crispy. Just grease clumps. So I decided to eat my teriyaki chicken bowl and it scaled my tongue so I was like let me chill let my food cool off or whatever, scroll through Instagram. HERE at 11:42 I still cannot eat my teriyaki bowl and I think it s sad I get these all the time what was the difference this time? I told the man on the speaker that I was going to do a review so my food was purposely made hotter than normal .

First of all this was my go to favorite place to go after a long day on a 12 hr shift on Sunday and this past weekend I went and this guy named joshua I think that is his name nor that is what the receipt said but he is a skinny man with a hat okay so its not the first time he has been rude and then talks about you when the window is open and since I have manners I didnt say anything back but he needs to stop being rude and stop acting like we adults dont know what he is saying and also threat customers with good customer service and if he cant then yall need to find people that will actually give customers a good service by the way I WILL NO LONGER BE GOING TO THIS PLACE ANYMORE!!! So, starting, I didnt give 5 because its just a tough location... The inside of the restaurant was clean and nice. Music is always good when I sit for breakfast.... mellow. Sometimes this location is understaffed, which isnt their fault, so I understand why they have to open the inside dining later than posted, at times. Sometimes, people are hanging outside, in the shade, so if youre not into that, then the atmosphere isnt for you. LOL, thats in the morning time though, I cannot speak for later in the day. Overall, Love Jacks menu, great communication with staff, clean, great tasting food!

The food was ok but if you get any kind of Burger eat it fast while its supposedly hot before it gets cold .it would be nice if a fast food place would get their staff to double check orders as well as temp of food no matter if the wait is a little longer & correct for better service. I placed an online order through the app. I went to the drive thru to pick it up they said they were closed. They cut off the stove at 12am 5/15/23. I advised them the app shows you all close at 2am. They cut everything off 2 hrs early before close so they are just getting paid for 2hrs to do nothing but decline customers drive thru orders. I asked him for a refund for my $30 order and he said he didn t know how to refund it.

While getting something to eat on my short lunch break (30 mins) I decided to get the spick chicken sandwich. Im ready to enjoy my meal amd to my surprise the bread is molded. Went through drive through and ordered $40 worth of food including a Girl scout shake which was being advertised on drive through sign. Paid for food and they gave me bags of food. after driving away from drive through I realized that the shake was not given to me. Went inside and there was another sign for shake next to register. Manager tells me that they are no longer making that shake, was an old promotion. I asked why they charged me for it if they were not selling it and why they were currently advertising it inside and out? Manager could not give me and explanation. He made a plain vanilla shake with some cookie crumble on top and said here. I asked for phone number to talk to GM and he would not give it to me. Horrible management from top down. Buyer beware.

If you want Jack-in-the-box keep driving because if you stop at this location your food will be old and cold, your order will be wrong and the employees will have a attitude. Update: 10/24/21: taco s should not be runny and soggy, I tried the monster taco s and they were scary, the meat and shell was soggy, greasy, and wet, liquid was dripping and seeping through the shell.

The sourdough breakfast sandwich I just got there was awful. The bread was wilted and gummy; hash brown was way overcooked and hard; the person asked if I wanted bacon or ham 3 times; then the sandwich had one piece of wilted bacon with a hard fried egg. Then it took 2 people to get me my change. This Jack in the Box dont come close to the ones out north Dallas.

I just left here again and you would think I learned my lesson. I ordered a triple bacon cheesy jack. The onion ring 8n the middle was so hard I couldnt bite it. They cook the curly fries so long they are always hard. I work in food service this is unacceptable. Lancaster we have to do better. Hampton and Pleasant Run got you beat. Next time I will wait for Mc Donalds.
