I have already been charged almost $2000 . They have not filed anything with the court. I saw the Attorney, Hailey Knighten for 30 minutes. I sent an email to fire them and now I have been charged for the email trying to fire them! I had no idea I would have to set up a meeting with them to fire them! And be charged to do it! I would not use this company, even if they offered their services for free!

If I could do less than a star I would. I hired this law office to help with my divorce, and was told that I could expect not to go over 4,000 in billing unless my ex would make things complicated which they did not. In 3 months I was already 6k deep. All of the invoices charging me about 200-300 every week for meetings not with me, I m guessing amongst themselves? Anyways, I cancelled my cards changed bank info because they just withdraw the money from your bank! I let them know in May I would be discontinuing services. Nathalie emailed me back saying the attorney Theresa was supposed to reach out to me, which she never did. (I don t know if this was to talk me out of discontinuing services or to share info about what happens when you do that) Anyways all of this was 2023!!! Now July 2024 they email me from collections saying I owe 5,600+. I was confused bc ??? I discontinued services how is that possible. This email came from Sherri Miller. Ms.Miller was the rudest and unprofessional person I could ever encounter working in a law office. When I called to follow up and explain my side of things and to see what we could do she was not hearing anything I was saying. When I mentioned Theresa never reached out to me as they told me she would she kept saying, for what, for what in a condescending manner. She explained it took them from May-October to close my case. Because a Judge needed to sign off on it. But 6 months?? for a signature??? and then charging me interest every single day till now totaling more than 5k debt? This place is a scam they already got 6k out of me and are expecting basically another 6k totaling 12k and I still never even got divorced???? Which I hired another law firm to help that s costing me only 1,300 and they are moving faster in less than a month compared to these guys??? There has to be a way to close this business down cus this is ridiculous .. closing this I would like to say Aisline Alvarran who I spoke to after Sherri was great. In explaining things a bit, and sending me copies of all of my invoices (they still didn t make sense) but she did try to help. This place sucks 1000%

There are so many things to unpack with this incompetent team. If youre lucky enough to get someone on the phone, they wont have a clue about anything regarding your case. They will then need to get in touch with their boss whom only works 3 days a week. Then they will need to have 3 meetings to discuss the issue and charge you for each one of said meetings with 3 different people in attendance. Even after firing them, getting a signed document from a judge that they no longer represent you, they will continue to charge you monthly. The billing department is an absoulte joke. A child support modification costing over $20,000 is absolutely insane only to have representation show up to mediation unprepared. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from Bryan Fagan and their unethical business practices.

A company can lose business when customers get a bad first impression of a company. Roslyn is an excellent ambassador for the Fagan Law Firm! I highly recommend this firm!

The delay in resolution is concerning, and it gives the impression of prolonging the process to increase fees. They are unprofessional, with poor, or no communication. This place is so frustrating. They have made mistake after mistake and then they top it off with an even bigger mistake. This is solely the billing dept I m referring to. Mr Edwards (the lawyer on my case) was ok. I won t go into too much detail but there are so many reasons I suggest, actually strongly recommend you NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE for anything related to legal issues.

They have good service and they treat you very well but its all marketing, if they have a lot of money to invest follow them, the worst thing you can do is say no. Bank card because they automatically leave it at 0, they charge for each minute of call, for each email, this makes communication with the paralegal not good because they even charge you for breathing. I paid them $7,000 for just answering a counterclaim, they drag out the courts to continue charging you and if you go to court they ask for $10,000, I ran out and fired them because they wiped out my savings, they dont even let you know when they are going to charge you, suddenly You see how they take money from your account and they are going to leave it at 0. If you are a wealthy person, follow them here, if not, stay away.

Steer clear of this fraud. Yes, he has won cases for people BUT those are the ones with unlimited amounts of money so they can charge for every single thing that the DONT actually do. Not only did this law firm lose our case by sending incompetent people to represent my wife in court but they try to justify it by saying they just couldn t do much unless they have more money. They were charging us $300 for calls they never made (we have the phone records from the other party proving that) They billed out for emails that were never delivered and they claimed that was a network error but yet we were still billed. 5 years later they are still trying to bill us for over $20k for losing the case and doing nothing. Please trust your future with someone who will care. Do you homework before falling for this joker and his crew of attorneys
