I have actually closed on different properties on three occasions. During each property closing I have requested Shanna Hicks. I was fortunate enough to utilize her closing expertise the first time I closed so requested she be my professional on the next two closings. She is well educated, so professional and efficient with a great sense of humor. Additionally, she is well known in the community. The worst title company I ve dealt with. Very poor customer service from both the escrow officer as well as her manager. No follow up whatsoever; I had to called them constantly to check on the status of transaction. The escrow officer went on vacation and left everything on the air. Neither the escrow officer nor her manger were reachable throughout the transaction.

I closed at Alamo Title last week and had a great experience. My escrow officer was Kim Freeman. She was very friendly and able to answer all the questions I had throughout the escrow and closing process. I could not have asked for a better closing experience.
