I had an amazing experience! I got my daith pierced and I was lowkey freaking out and I had no idea why when i have multiple other piercings and some I did myself so I have no idea why but besides that the piercer I had was named Allie is I m not mistaken and she talked me through the whole process and was assuring me that if I backed out last minute she would stop. She made my experience worth it and helped my calm my anxiety. 10/10 for her customer service and a 10/10 for being so kind. I would definitely recommend her for all your piercing needs

Sarah was great. She was able to accommodate 3 last minute piercings for myself and 2 friends. I ve never had a piercing not hurt at all until today. She made sure placement and anatomy were perfect before doing the actual piercing which is very much appreciated. Already thinking about my next one. Also, the apprentice Hailey was super helpful and kind too. Great experience. We all felt very comfortable which isn t always the case in a tattoo shop.

I had the best experience ever at this place. Would recommend to any and everyone, I went in alone and very scared about getting my first tattoo and getting my belly re done but both ladies were so sweet and took perfect care of me. The guy who gave me my tattoo, Aaron was amazing he did a fantastic job and made me feel very comfortable and taken care of! Georgia and Hailey were some of the sweetest people I have ever met, Hailey held my hand while Georgia pierced me and I felt more taken care of than I ever have before . Love love love this place!

Sarah has done 6 of my ear piercings and every single time, she stabs me gently with the utmost care and professionalism. I wouldnt go anywhere else to get a piercing, I just love Sarah, shes my favorite and I think she has the magic touch while also having great knowledge in aftercare. This place was sooo awesome it was my first ever tattoo i got and right after i scheduled another one. The environment was so nice and everyone working there were great. My artist, Grace did AMAZING work i absolutely adore the tattoo i got. She was so nice the entire time, answered all my questions, was a very welcoming person, and explained all the tattoo aftercare to me. All the other artist there too were great and very funny people. Would 100% recommend going here! :)

This studio came highly recommended and now I know why! Its clean and has a great vibe walking in. My 15 year old daughter has been begging to get her ears pierced. My artist, JJ, was very rude. Not talkative at all and seemed annoyed when I tried to have conversations with him. We had accidentally gone to the wrong location, ans they did not mention which I was going to or that they had more than one, and had to drive almost 30 minutes to the other one making me late to my appointment. The store minimum was $100 and they charged me 125 for the tattoo I got, which I did not agree on because I ve gotten bigger tattoos for less. It took probably 20 minutes to do the tattoo at that. The tattoo bled horribly and I am afraid it will get infected. The lines and numbers are incredibly uneven and I am very unhappy with my tattoo. If I would have known I was going to have the experience I did, I would not have gone. I do not recommend going here, especially to this location. There s poor service, poor communication, and horrible pricing. Will never be back. Going to a different artist to make sure it s okay and even it out.

I loved this place! Im from San Diego and there are a lot of tattoo/piercing shops out there but this one was special. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. All the equipment they had was current and up to date .The iPads were a great tool as well and help so much in the creating of my tattoo. Its was perfect. My 9yo niece has been begging for a 2nd earlobe piercing but got really nervous when I scheduled the appointment. I took her to see Georgia and she eased her fears aways. Georgia was so gentle with her and explained everything she was going to do BEFORE she did it....to her, which I really appreciate. Came in as a walk-in and Aaron took my tattoo, he was just amazing! Extremely nice guy and the tattoo is so well done and vivid. Aftercare instructions were easy to understand, kept his workspace neat and clean. My tattoo was all color and I brought a photo reference with it, he blew me away with his work. Ive had my nipples pierced by technically 3 different artists and was hesitant to get them redone for a finally time after those experiences. I really wanted them so I came here and when I say I knew it was going to be a completely different experience by the way Sarah prepped, talked to me and took the time to make sure they were even was enough for me but the actual piercing itself was way less painful and so quick I am so happy I went through with it. Had an appointment for a piercing at 5pm today. 445pm they let 3 people back before me for piercings, overheard a lot of laughing and talking. They finished those people at 530pm. At that time the receptionist person told the lady someone just walked in, with no appointment but that I was waiting for my 5pm one. But they let the lady who didn t make an appointment back before me. I didn t get my piercing done until after 540. Each time I ve had to come in for service, it was quick. I had my tragus pierced on both ears about 2 years ago. I have lost the jewelry a couple of times and had to have new ones put in. Each time, I ve been able to walk in, get serviced and walk out without having to wait a long time. The shop is very clean, I ve watched them clean furniture in between clients or getting new gloves when touching something.

UPDATE: they attempted to correct the tattoo for me, unfortunately I was unable to go because of COVID. I really appreciate the effort. Tattoo did not follow the stencil, lines are not straight, also not the same width in many places.on one part Pugsley went so deep that it has taken weeks to heal, and is now a different shade than it is with the rest of the tattoo. I have never used them before, so all I can say is if you go do not use Pugsley.

Family owned and operated tattoo shop. Customer friendly, responsive service, and professional staff. The shop is small but Vine of the cleanest Ive been to. This is my fifth tattoo in the San Antonio (and surrounding areas) and Trevor at RRT did a an excellent job with my compass tattoo. I appreciate his attention to detail and making sure the tattoo placement was correct. It is at times like these when you find out your arm is shorter than the other, one clavicle bone brighter than the other, or in my case my navel is not properly centered with my mid-clavicular chest line . I was charged under the quoted price, which is definitely a first in my tattoo journey. Im a very family oriented individual so I naturally am now very fond of this shop. I would happily recommend to friends and family based on that and the quality of their work.

Pretty cool little tattoo shop. The tat artist Tracy helped me get a quick tattoo within the hour since it was a simple design. The decor was pretty much the usual interesting pieces of the artists. Clean but also it looks like an old school place so theres some worn furniture but again its not dirty. Everyone was nice, paid the tat and was off.

I first went in for a nose piercing and was super pleased with how sweet and welcoming Kristal and Sarah were. My nose piercing was super fast and I ended up scheduling a floating navel piercing with Kristal. After seeing how my first navel piercing was done completely wrong and didn t heal, she took the time to examine my anatomy and recommended the floating navel and I can see and feel a drastic difference in the healing process. Kristal did such a great job in talking me through it and taking her time to make sure it was done correctly and in the right location. I m super pleased with both of my piercings and definitely recommend seeing Kristal and Sarah if you re looking for a new piercing!

Krystal did a rook piercing on both me and my wife. She did a great job at making sure we were both as comfortable as possible. She pays a great deal of attention to proper sanitation and cleanliness when piercing. Both of our rooks came out great! We will be returning soon for helix piercings.

Very clean and inviting atmosphere. Jay is a true artist. He also was very friendly and made the time seem like nothing at all. I live 4 hours away and will still most definitely be back. Price was very fair. I saw images of Tracy and Chriss work and both looked very good as well. All in all, this seems like a quality, clean, and professional shop.

My two sisters and I got a third piercing for each of us and it went great! Jenna pierced all of our ears while Sarah watched, because she s an apprentice. Jenna was wonderful! She talked to us and was super nice. They cleaned everything after each use and replaced the gloves as well. I have a low pain tolerance so after I got my ears pierced Sarah got me water. They both were so nice and personable and the total price was just $55! I definitely recommend river rat and if you get a piercing ask for sarah or jenna!

Jay did a walk-in tattoo for me. It s my first tattoo and he was very professional and an excellent artist. He told me what was going on, what to expect, and generally made me feel really comfortable. I m a pretty anxious person but the moment he started talking to me he made me feel less nervous. He started off doing a smaller line so I could get a feel for it and did beautiful work. It definitely makes me want to get another from him.
