Im selling my house in Killeen, TX and just had TLC Exterior Cleaning Services come out and wash my fence, house, and driveway. I wish that Id done this years ago. The house looks amazing, and minus the cracks, the concrete looks new. Im recommending to the new home owner that they have this done every 2 years as general maintenance on the house. TLC Exterior Cleaning Service responded quickly with a fair quote and short turn around time. I know my limits, and TLC did a much better job than I could have done myself with a pressure washer and I didnt have the headache. I highly recommend this company.

TLC Exteriors removed the mold and dark stains on the brick walls of my home. It looks brand new and I am impressed by the method they used which was more gentle, yet way more effective than pressure washing. They deserve the 5 stars I m seeing on every level of service.

Todd is very personable and was quick to respond as well as come to my home and give me a detail free quote. Todd is very knowledgable and does great work. The exterior of our home was looking dull, dusty, and dirty and the dirt was simply aging the homes look, but after Todd of TLC Exterior Cleaning was done it looks brand new and has a true sparkle and shine to it. I would definitely recommend TLC as well as plan on hiring him again for my future needs.

Submitted a request for a bid on Saturday and had service on Monday. Tim came out and did a great job on a badly stained driveway. He was patient, professional and provided really great tips on how to keep my house and concrete areas looking great! I highly recommend TLC Exterior cleaning.

Phenomenal service. Exceeded my expectations. I own a roofing company and my crew leaked oil on my customers driveway. He not only got the oil spot out but also removed an old rust stain and some tire marks. My customer is thrilled and I am beyond thrilled.

Showed up on time and did a great job cleaning our gutters, pressure washing the black mold off of the stone on our house and concrete patio. We have a small wooden deck on the side that was black with age. He even pressured was it at no extra cost! Great company and will use them again.

Todd was very clear and honest about what was involved with cleaning my mildewed rock both on the house and landscaping. It exceeded my expectations and looks new. My pebble driveway and rock patio have never looked so good. He went above and beyond by spraying off the patio furniture. He cleaned out gutters that had been ignored for the past years and credited me for those that didn t need anything. We had talked about doing the fence but after doing a small section, he called me out to look at it. We both agreed that the results weren t worth the expense. I really enjoyed working with Todd, his honesty and friendliness were top notch! I will definitely be calling him again.

Ok so I set up this service to be done while we were on vacation to surprise my husband when we got home. And OMG, I only have a few before and after pictures to share but let me tell you it was like coming home to a new house. Todd (and his lovely assistant (wife)) were very professional, paid extra attention to detail and made everything look like new. Hubs was very impressed (which is sometimes hard to do because of course most of the time it s something he could do himself ) I HIGHLY recommend this company. The service is stellar and the staff is personable. Great company

Todd is great to work with and does amazing work. My landscaped Austin limestone retaining wall around my house was completely discolored by mold and algae. I went to work with it dirty and ugly and came home to a new looking house. I honestly didnt know it could look that new again. Thanks TLC!

Like most Texans, we have the limestone exterior around our entire home that we could never seem to get clean! We decided to call in the professionals and I am SO happy we did! We ended up having TLC do our entire exterior, roof and driveways. I only wish we had a before picture because the difference it has made is shocking! I would (and do) refer this company anytime I get the opportunity.
