Marsha Helped me get the home of my dreams through this recent crazy market. She stuck through with me over one year of looking, putting competitive 5 different bids on 5 different houses. Marsha was great about being positive and finding clever ways to offer more creative offers especially with me since I wasn t a cash buyer and was on a restricted budget to work with. It was meant for me to not get the other 4 offers on the other homes because the one I ended up with is truly exactly what I was looking for. It was worth the wait and all the shopping to get it right. If it wasn t for Marsha s quick response to notifying me when this house went on the market, I would have lost my sweet bungalow. Marsha found us our dream home. After showing us a couple of houses late one afternoon she said I have one more that just came on the market and I think you d really like it. It didn t have a picture and I was kind of leery but she said give it a try, so we did. When we walked into the front yard and saw the front of the house I said you were right, this is the one! It actually had everything we wanted, right down to the colors. Of course there can always be a few little hiccups on the way to closing but every time Marsha brought one up to us we told her what we wanted and she got it resolved immediately. We couldn t be happier with Marsha Kovar. She listen to what we wanted and she found it for us and we are happily ensconced in our forever home. I made few visits and cannot find good location for my need. there was not much available. but marsha did not gave up.
