Great service from everyone at corner tubes! Everyone deserves a raise. The small skinny kid in the front such a sweet kid (didn t grab him name), he was a sport! Made the experience easy! Josh the history teacher who drove the buses was fun and gave laughs the whole time! Thanks!! We had a blast on the river!! We will be back.

People at front desk were rude, disrespectful, and vague in explaining what we needed for parking. We made three walking trips back to the overflow lot to get money for parking, our keys, and our phone for collateral. The people driving shuttles were very sweet though.

Very poor customer service and lack of transparency on fees and plans. We were sent to overflow parking lot with no shuttle or discount, we had to walk several blocks. Parking is usually included when you buy a tubing package, we bought two, but since we had two more people with personal tubes, we were penalized with a parking charge of 35 dollars when parking spots in the area start at 10 dlls. The lack of transparency is evident by not having fees listed on their website and not explaining them until we had returned to the main building from the overflow parking lot. To top it off, THEY CHARGED ME TWICE and when I called to rectify the extra charges they were dismissive stating that happens sometimes we will not use these services anymore. Other places list their fees and terms clearly on their websites.

We thought the service was top notch. We paid $25 for tube rental, river entrance and car parking. In addition, you were taken to the river and quickly picked up again at the end. I am very displeased with the fact that this establishment charged $50 for parking and then proceeded to make everyone park as close as possible, over the parking space lines. I understand charging a higher rate as it is Memorial Day weekend. However, making cars park so close that they are at risk of getting hit, is unacceptable. Telling customers park as close as you can, we want to get as many cars as possible, don t worry about the lines is opening up so many people to risk getting their cars getting hit. If you are going to charge so much for parking, at least let customers have the piece of mind that they won t get their car hit because someone next to them only has 5 inches of space to get out.

Amazing! Right on the corner across from the start point. We did the 2 hour float, driver was already waiting and were able to carry our tubes to the park to do the first 2 chutes again for a couple hours. My son loved the chutes. No glass or disposables. Beautiful, mellow float along the river.
