I went in for an annual physical for my job. Overall I was there for four hours, one nurse couldn t find my vein for a blood draw after repeatedly injecting the needle then told me I have to go to a lab to have my blood drawn since she couldn t find it. Another nurse rolled her eyes at me when I asked if I could drink some water. Hardly any instructions were given for my audio or urine test. Half of my tests I needed for my job weren t completed and the service was very rude. They also kept mixing up my paperwork.

New to the area, needed a DOT physical. They don t do appointments. They had us pay before we even filled out paperwork. Then it took an hour for them to call me back. Seems to be unorganized. Need appointment times. Rap music playing.

Had to take D.O.T for a new job. I told them i had to also take a drug test and they threw my urine away. THEN said oops i need more pee so i had to wait 3 hours to be able to pee again very unprofessional.

I walked in, a staff lady told me to sign in . I put down my name at 1:06pm. I waited and waited, after 45 minutes I started to see people who walked in after me had already done and left. I checked and turned out people forgot about me. They then gave me papers to sign. After I came in the room, I thought I am done after 2.5 hours and they told me I am done and I can go home, 10 minutes after I left, they called me back and said they missed a test for me and I should go back to finish the process. Being there since 1pm and I finally done at 4pm for something that only takes over an hour to do. I hope they would improve their system.

Place was very crowded and seems like there would be tons of cross contamination going on. The girl that took my urine traveled to two different stations picking up different things and with the same gloves came back to put my sample into the sterile tube. People were everywhere, things were confusing and instructions weren t clear. And while I was there they had a mix up of urine samples!!! Makes me a bit nervous to tell the truth.

the staff was kind, polite and quick! i saw a lot of negative reviews before i came in so i was a bit leery going into it, but it was actually a very positive experience the nurse gave quick and easy to follow instructions for the drug test required for my job and i was in and out of the facility within around 15 minutes, excluding the online forms i had to fill out. all around a great experience and i hope if i have to do this again i get the chance to return here! you guys rock! :)
